I've had them work on my car twice now, and I've been extremely happy both times. Both instances insurance deemed the damages to extensive and total led the car, so I collected a check and keep the vehicle. Then I went to Dent Masters to have the work done. On my most recent repair, I was told by a couple of different body shops, that the only way to replace the fender and have it look good would be to blend the color over the hood, door, etc. it's an older car so I wasn't to concerned and just wanted it close. Dent Master agreed to do the work, painting the new fender without the blend, which cut my cost in half. When I picked up the car I was amazed how good it looked! They are fast, professional, and do a great job! My car was a bit dusty inside and when I picked it up, they had completely cleaned the dash and interior of the front of the car. A nice bonus. Use Dent Masters, that's my recommendation! read more

Took my car there after an accident and Brian was totally upfront with me why he would repair it VS replacing it. They were lower priced than any of the other estimates that I had done. I am very pleased with the way Dent Master handled my estimate and repair. I took my Land Rover to three body shops and Dent Master is the only one that actually listened to me. I was paying for the repair myself (instead of using insurance), and wanted this fix done a certain way. For example, my bumper was pushed in 1-2 inches and only Dent Master was willing to try reshaping it, instead of replacing it. It looks perfect, and is still as strong as ever. There were no surprises...my bill was exactly what my estimate was. My truck was ready in only a few days. It was pretty darn salty when i dropped it off, but well washed when I picked it up. A nice touch. Staff is friendly and helpful. Received a nice thank-you card after estimate. TV and Magazines and a comfy couch in the waiting area. Give them a try. read more

I had a very tricky dent to fix along a ridge line which had caused puckering on both sides of the ridge. The paint was undamaged so I was interested in PDR. The folks at Dent Master told me that because of the nature of the dent they would only be able to get it to about 80% of the original condition. (Another repair place said the same thing.) However, I just got my car back and no matter how hard I try I can't see any evidence there was ever a dent. It just about brought a tear to my eye. And the price was very reasonable, especially considering the nature of the dent. Dent Master won a loyal customer in me. read more

I dented my trunk with fight between my bike rack and the garage door. I went into Dent Masters for an estimate and was told I would probably need a new trunk. I had done some research and asked about buying a spoiler to cover the dents. Curtis laughed and agreed that my cheap fix was almost genius. I bought my spoiler from eBay and dropped it off. They painted it and when it was ready I dropped off my car. Two hours later I drove away with zero dents, and a bottle of touch up paint. These guys are honest everyday people, that obviously care about what they do. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, parent or even a grandparent. read more

Worst customer service ever received. Not only did their estimator miss damaged items on the estimate and charged us more. They kept the car 3 days longer than what we were told they would need causing us extra money on a rental car. He didn't return calls, and didn't know the status of our car when we would call and finally get him. I would not recommend this business at all. Go anywhere else but here. If you have to go here don't work with Brian. He is disorganized and doesn't communicate. He misses his own deadlines that he gives his customer. When it came time to finalize this he then refused to take my calls. read more

Dent Master gave a very accurate estimate and stuck to it. I needed to have a door replaced on my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I learned that we had a miscommunication about my vehicle in that we'd discussed having it painted but it wasn't. Also, the door that was installed wasn't shutting very well. They handled the situaiton very professionally and we arranged to have those two items completed. They were very timely with completing the door overall and the bill was exactly what I'd signed for when I dropped off my vehicle. The door works and looks great! Again, they were very professional in the way this entire process was handled. I would take my vehicle here again in the event that I needed this type of work done. read more

I took my car here after an accident from hitting some black ice, spinning, and hitting a wall on the other side of a tall median. It took twice as long as they said it was going to take (one month, as opposed to a week and a half to two weeks). The customer service was terrible. They never called me or took any proactive steps to keep me informed on the status of my car, except in response to my calls to them, even to tell me on the day that I was supposed to get my car back that it was going to be another week (it ended up being another two weeks before I got my car back). When I finally did get my car back, there was a laundry list of sloppy mistakes, including broken glass rolling around in my ceiling from the shattered sunroof, dents and dings on the side of the car that had hit the wall in the accident, a bent rim and broken hubcap on my tire, which broke less than 20 minutes after leaving their shop, and shoddily replaced door seals when they did fix the glass in the ceiling. The dents and the tire they ultimately refused to take responsibility for, claiming that the tire damage must have occurred somehow in the 20 minutes after I left their shop, when I'd been driving 30 mph down a very well maintained road. Considering the other sloppy mistakes and poor attention to detail they showed in the repairs of my car, I think that HIGHLY unlikely. The only reason they ended up fixing the tire was nepotism--the guy who'd recommended me to them has probably brought these people a dozen customers of the years, so the owner probably feels like he at least owes those customers something so he can keep getting more of his business. If you aren't well-connected, though, and if you want good customer service and repairs done in a professional, timely manner, I do NOT recommend bringing your car here. read more

I will never be back. Took four times longer than what I was told. Constant mistakes and misinformation on their part. Employees flat didn't care. After ruining the parts I brought in, they apologized and asked if I wanted them to order and pay for replacements. I told them this would be fine since I didn't want to pay twice. They asked where I ordered them and I let them know and gave them the part number. When I checked on the status, they said they didn't know and didn't check. The part was ordered from a friend and they had no idea when it might be in. Had they ordered from where I told them, it would have been three days. They then proceeded to tell me I could have just ordered it myself. I said, "I guess I have no choice: and the response was, "Yeah, you have no choice." Take your chances going there. Thank God for capitalism and competition. I will go elsewhere if I ever need something of this nature again. read more
