The car wash its self is better than the two other car washes that we have used in the past and I love their vacuum and interior stations (self serve). Everything seemed fine and my BF was actually impressed with how clean his CR-V got. When we got to the vacuum area after the wash he found some damage to the passenger side doors. They looked like just smudges though in that lighting. When we got home however, and parked in the sunlight, it was definitely scratches that weren't there before the wash. :( We drove back & filed an incident report. Yesterday the Tagg-N-Go representative called to say the scratches on the door wasn't caused by their wash or equipment. We're pretty disappointed to say the least. And won't ever be back, unfortunately.

But it was also a blessing in disguise... because if it wasn't because of the dishonesty of the other mechanic shop.. we would've never came to C Jae's!! And they're sooo honest here!!! great people and amazing services!!! They helped us fixed the actual problem, fixed some more minor issues for free AND they have life time warranty for the major fixes that they did for us!! They found the root cause of our problems and saved us so much more money!! SERIOUSLY!! I couldn't recommend them more!!!! If you're looking for someone honest, reliable, and great at what they do. Took my car in back in July. It needed an AC recharge. The lady at the front was kind, and quoted…read moreme a 1.5-2 hours for it to be done. After coming back to the shop 3 hours later to pick it up, my car was not at the shop. Turns out they took the car to another shop in town who had the correct machines to get the job done. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time instead of seeing my car driven in to the shop from a different shop. Fast forward to now, my AC went out again several weeks ago and I'll need to take it in once more to inspect what is happening. While this service was cheaper then competitors I feel it may have been worth it in the long run to take it somewhere else because I'll end up paying more to get it done again anyway at this point.
