I had a coffee spill in just the driver side front section and not under the seat as my car has a 2 inch ridge to catch stuff like that. The shop I took it to took 15 minutes max including check in. It was extraction and then combed through for crumbs and then washed. So of course I tipped well for the $35 cost.

I have the top tier car wash membership and on all the visits I opt for touch free. I probably go…read more2x a week. They've always run me through without the roller brushes on. But on one visit recently the pads came down to wash after I ordered touch-free. When I brought it up, they took it seriously and sincerely apologized and sent the manager out. Luckily there was no damage, the manager took his time explaining to me the tech didn't hold down the button all the way and he has customers that pull up and remind the tech again they are touch free - annoying but its worth the extra reminder. He gave me a coupon for a free wax. I appreciated how they handled it and now I remind the techs before I enter.

I was able to get my engine bay streamed cleaned, brake dust removed and an exterior car wash. The engine bay cleaning was night and day. They covered all the electronics. A protective coat was applied to the rubber and plastic parts in the engine bay as well to protect it from the harsh salted winters coming up from our roads. I worked with Wes personable guy. We called Todd and setup a time for him to come out and give the van a polish. He was very responsive over text and sent a reminder message the day before. I also noticed a call button which I find useful in cases such as no towels or accidentally vacuuming something. The vacuums worked great as well which I definitely appreciate. The lack of a star is due to the back of my van still being dirty. Around the logo, license plate and back of my window of my Toyota sienna was still very dirty. I don't think my car was so dirty that it couldn't be cleaned as it was just as dirty all around the car, I believe the equipment just didn't get to those spots as well as everywhere else. First, they offer great deals on their monthly memberships and also single wash options. They even have a 4pm-6pm $5 car wash happy hour which no else does. Second, the wash quality is better than other washes in my opinion. Usually the dryers at the end of these car washes dent or push in the roof of my car but shiny shells does not and their washers get in some of the nooks and crannies that other washes do not. Third, they have free car mat cleaner, they only car wash that I know of that does this, they have free soda for patrons, free water sprayer inside so your kids can spray passing cars and they also have a playground area. I'm telling you that this is THE place when it comes to car washes and they have my loyalty for life because of their standards.
