Most convenience stores around here offer fresh lemon and lime slices, so it would be nice if they offered it too. Recently I went to refill a propane tank. For $5 (machine accepts cash or card) your dog can walk up into an elevated basin, and then it works exactly like a self-serve car wash. There's a dial on the wall to select different shampoos, deodorizers, etc. it's amazing not to have to try to bend over the bathtub to wash my dog who hates baths anyway! I love that all the products are in the machine and come out of the hose. There's even a milk bone vending machine on the wall. Make sure you bring towels to dry your dog.

They had me reverse to get out, guided by two of their employees, and my bumper continued to rip off and the side of my car scratched. After running inside and asking to speak to a manager, they had me sit outside their office where they 'reviewed the tapes' privately and determibed they did nothing wrong. The manager said he would be in contact with me then never called + when I came back two days later, he said they were taking zero responsibility. Laaaaaaaaaame, Gorilla. Super lame.

QQ would not refund my money and admitted their practice of offering free washes to void a cancelation is not communicated very clearly. This is a very dishonest business practice so buyer beware.

I hadn't had time to grab a wash for a while (at least the last 2 times it snowed) and you could barely tell the color of my car. It was caked. In my head, I was thinking "why wait in this line when I'm just going to have to go through twice because there is no way one time through would get my car clean." BUT I had been putting it off long enough and I decided to enter the line and one time through would have to do and I'll come again when it's less busy (after all why complain about a long line...YOU have the choice to enter the line, right?). Much to my surprise, the line moved WAY quicker than I thought. 2 staff were out there directing traffic and making sure everyone got into the correct place in the correct order with smiles on their faces.
