Today I found out the 2nd lane works manually, but they choose not to use it until it's fixed. Funny thing is they'll have employees standing out front watching the line waving to customers, but have failed to have their employees manually open the gate to the second lane verses let people wait in long lines. There's a dial on the wall to select different shampoos, deodorizers, etc. it's amazing not to have to try to bend over the bathtub to wash my dog who hates baths anyway! I love that all the products are in the machine and come out of the hose. There's even a milk bone vending machine on the wall. Make sure you bring towels to dry your dog.
