The staff is nice and you do have the option to get your car washed (interior & exterior) during Covid. I truly am appreciative of them being open on Sunday, and they were a quick service. It was my first time there, and the customer service was great! He was a young lad who was very knowledgable and welcomed me for my first time. He explained the different selections as well as packages offered. I selected platinum for $20, and I received a lot of product for my vehicle. There are also free vacuums with unlimited timing afterward. My car is clean now with a few smudges here and there. I'm satisfied, but I would like to try other car washes to see if I can get a cleaner vehicle coming out. read more

Utah has more car washes per mile than any other state that I've been in lol With that being said coming from Reno Nevada I have to say this was like a Casino VIP experience. All hands on deck were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Even Management came out to talk to us and make sure our experience was what we expected. My grandmother didn't get the full service including the interior clean as she thought she did, but the manager was super nice and offered it at no cost for today then kindly explained the different packages they offered. The wash itself did a great job and then you pull into the full service garage where they wipe and vacuum your car. In the waiting lounge was full of amenities such as clean bathrooms, complimentary soda and popcorn; they even have a kid play area. After your car is done an attentive attendant will call you out to inspect your car and is quick to wipe down anything they missed. Great service and experience ! So after 4 years I am finally calling it. Management cant keep good people here there for you get a bad wash. I mean the machine that washes the car is fine. I pay extra to get the car dried and windows cleaned. They really do not do a very good job. What got me was after 4 years of coming here I normally helped so I would get my car washed and cleaned to my expectations. The new manager came out and asked me "can I help you?" I said "No" He then said you cant be here you have to sit in the lobby. I stated to him I have been doing this for over 4 years. He did not care and again asked me to sit in the lobby. I said ok and waited. As always they missed the hole half of my car. That is why I help! I brought a brand new truck through their car wash and their brushes ripped off my antenna completely braking the bracket out from underneath it. I talked to them and they pretty much told me their was nothing they could do . Would never go to them again. I was really disappointed in my service here today. The only reason I am giving it more than 1 star is because the manager did offer for me to come back. Anytime I have gotten my car vacuumed anywhere else they have at least picked things off from the floor and put them in a bag. Nothing was taken out from he back either and all I had was a stroller and a few blankets. If I knew they wouldn't take anything out to vacuum, I would've done it. Took my SUV in to this location now three times. Each time it was still dirty when I left. This last time I asked the worker to make sure the back of car was clean and showed him how bad it was just from being their the day before. I also showed him how the vacuuming was not done well and the center console and dash were not even wiped down. He promised he would do it correct and I'd leave with a clean car... Pictures I guess speak louder than words and her is my "clean" car. Pulling my wash pass and I'll take my business elsewhere. There is a reason I drive past other car washes that are closer to my house to come here. This place is awesome! I'm pretty picky about cleaning my vehicles and normally I do that myself, however since I moved to Utah and got a big truck I find that I just don't have the time to wash it as much as it needs it. These guys do an amazing job getting my truck as clean as I'd do it and the staff is friendly and detail oriented. The $14 car wash looks no different on my car than any other places $5-$10 automatic car wash. Sure, a guy half heartedly scrubs one side of your car as you go in, but that's about the only difference I saw. The only reason I went through with it was because I was already there and would have felt awkward leaving at that point. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

This place used to be my go-to for car washing. I miss the towel dry at the end of the line, of which I was happy to tip these individuals for doing so... but ever since the change I always have water spots everywhere. Also, the back of my vehicle seems to get missed everytime. I think it is time for me to find another wash system that will clean my whole vehicle. read more

I really like this place. They do a great job. When I come here I am always coming to get my car detailed, and it always comes out like new! I usually pay extra to have the floors shampooed as well. It's just really nice, the put down plastic after words and everything. I like the services they offer, the customer service is great, and I like the products they use. & you get what you pay for. I also really like that on here the company is making an effort to contact the people who have had negative experiences and resolve their concerns. That is a really good business practice that you just don't get at allot of other places. Another reviewer mentioned the turn over. When considering this fact some common sense may be helpful. I haven't been in a while since we moved but we moved back and I was excited to use them again. They don't wipe it down anymore. Even though weather said. Lead skies I got sprinkled on so now my car is dirty again. They've always had the weather guarantee but I didn't see anything on the receipt. After calling and waiting on hold they told me they don't do that anymore either. They cost the same but have none of the perks anymore? My experience with their detailing service didn't start well but it ended well. I expected white glove treatment for our Audi - it's what you expect for the $149.86 I paid, but 4.5 hours later was disappointed!!! Their excuses seemed to revolve around being short-handed of high schoolers?- not my problem. When they walked me through the results there were still stains on the floor mats, the center console was still dirty and the trunk jambs hadn't been cleaned but they said to bring it back since it was closing time. When I took the car back today there was a veteran named Chris from another location who was able to handle ALL my concerns perfectly with a smile and a can-do attitude. Impossible stains came up, the console looked like new and more! Hopefully they can train everyone to do the same great job Chris did for me while I waited. You just drive up and they let you right in. I went and asked a worker, his response "I'm new here, they haven't been working for a while, I have no idea when they will get fixed." They also have a NOW HIRING sign out front. This place has constant turnover. Always a bad sign for a business. And when I initially signed up for monthly car washes the employee told me not to call corporate with complaints. I am just going to go ahead and review this place again. I loved this location when it was fire house. They did a great job and I always drove away thinking my car was brand new. But ever since it's been rebranded, it's horrible. The only thing I like about this car wash is the kids play area and the free drinks and popcorn. But other than that, they never do the interior. I came prepared this time to take out my car seats so that they could really get in there and do a good job. There were scuff marks on my seats not only from my children, but from them. They may or may not have vacuumed with an attachment that wasn't working because there were still crumbs , straw wrappers, and gum wrappers on the floor. They didn't remove my mats from the car so there were crumbs underneath those and there were obvious, easy to remove spots on my seat that they had not taken care of. My dash was still dusty and my cupholders sticky. I came here hoping for a better experience because it has been bad the past two times that I have come. Instead, I wasted $30 on a free cup of popcorn and came out only to find that I would have to redo it all again myself. I didn't have the patience or the energy to talk to anybody about it because I had two crying children and the employees looked at me almost like they thought it was funny that they didn't clean it. This place is a sad joke and I am going to be very disappointed to see an empty building soon. We bought those fundraising full service washes from my nephew, and I am returning them. 4 times I have come and 4 times my van comes out looking like they didn't do a thing inside. Not worth your time and definitely not worth the money. The pre- wash was only sprayed on the driver side. When they brought us out to our "clean" car there were still smashed bugs all over the front end and rear view mirrors. How could that have been missed by the people hand drying the car?! We just returned from a road trip so the car was covered - it was so obvious. When I pointed it out the response was "Oh ok" and then he started to clean it. My husband grabbed a towel and cleaner and started to help because it was so bad. If another full service car wash came to AF/Lehi area it could easily put Mister out of business. They're that bad. We really love the service we receive here. We get the month pass so we can get washed as often as we need. Living in Utah this is so nice to get all the salt off your vehicle. We get the platinum service and we get the works inside and out. Watch tv while you wait. Free popcorn for the kids and a play area too. I got the "Platinum" detail package. Basically I paid $40 for someone else to do a crappy job vacuuming my car. They barely wiped down the surfaces, they didn't clean the floor mats, they didn't wash the windows - whole process took 5 minutes. When I asked if they could try to get a light stain out on the seat I was told it would take 6 hours and $165. No wonder there are so many terrible Yelp reviews for this place. Never coming back. My wife went here to her interior detailed since it was close to home, it smells a little different after their "detail" but looks the exact same. We just needed the leather seats cleaned, but I guess that was asking too much. Only 6000 miles on the car so it's not terribly dirty, just needed some basic cleanup. I used a free dash wipe from Quick Quack and cleaned up everything they missed in 5 mins. If you spend any money at all on the services here then you overpaid. Mr carwash once again does q sloppy job on our car. Every time we come here we have to get them to go back and clean it beacause they didn't even do a half way job. They didn't vacuum the first time and then after when we got them to vacuum they made us pay 5 bucks extra cause they cleaned the rugs which costs extra even though we didn't ask them to. This used to be my go to car wash but ever since they made changes my car never gets as clean as it used to. There are always huge stripes all over my car from where the washers missing parts. Back of car is never clean, it used to come out clean every time. Sides never get clean and windows are always streaky. I understand why they can't have people drying at the end of the line, but it made all the difference and I miss this part, it is what set it apart from other car washes. I also hate the automated pay machine, you either can't reach them or you get halfway through trying to make your selection and am employee takes over and starts it over to upsell. (was not a cheap one ) got home and had to wax almost the whole back and left side of my car where A LOT of places had been missed. Not until it was in the sun did I notice what a horrible job they did. All I was offered was 2 free car washes.
