Just moved to Utah, needed a go-to car wash, and I think I found it! The service was great, they obviously take a lot of pride in their business. Keith greeted me and was super helpful. They also had another employee walking around constantly, making sure everything was clean and tidy. Car came out nice and shiny and they even have air pressure guns at the vacuum stations. If I could have I've out in Layton Utah I would switch in a heart beat they v seem to do a better job. I need the detailing service plus the salt from the road seems to come off at this place better. I don't know if it's because of the cleaners or the hot water combo but kudos. The manager is the sweetest thing always out side when I stop in which is rare from what I've seen at other car washes. I was thrilled with this place UNTIL I started receiving 2 charges a month, 2 different amounts on 2 different cards. Now I take part of the blame because my original card stopped working due to fraud, however when I provided the second card at a different location from the one I initially joined at I ASSURED that it would not charge both. Boy were they wrong and it took me a minute to determine I was being charged twice a month. When I made my first call the lady said she could see the charges on my cards and said she would get it resolved. Well that didnt happen, so I made a second call and again assured they could take care of it, but they needed my pass number. Well they dont tell you that you ay need that number after it is put on your windshield and that the number was put right under the windshield manufacturing info. So they asked me for the number and I stated I couldnt read it. They said no worries. A few days later I get an email asking for the number. I explain that I cant read it due to the placement and they tell me they must have it to fix this. I asked "wait...you can see the charges but can't stop them or fix it?" Yes that is correct. SO I tried to read the number but I couldnt so then they said take the sticker off. SUREEEE - sun burnt sticker off of the windshield. Should've worked just great NOT! It peeled off in pieces and by the time it came off, it was in pieces. Still couldn't read it and at this point I am frustrated. EVERY single DAY the second charge has tried to charge my card. EVERY SINGLE DAY! Even after my phone call and email! IT has caused overdrafts and stress! This is unacceptable Take 5! Get the card issue resolved, credit me what you feel I should be (this will be interesting to see) but at least the double charges. and STOP charging my CARDS!!!!! read more

Nothing more frustrating then driving to a business that says they are open only to realize they are closed. Google and yelp both state the business is open on Sunday's. I have come to really enjoy this Supersonic car wash. This is probably one of the smaller, and less busy locations in both Utah and Salt Lake county (which I appreciate). Their Fastpass is the quickest checking in method of the subscription based car washes I have tried. Competitors should really follow their lead here. I have had my rear wiper ripped off on one occasion, all other 100+ times have had no issues there. The mat cleaners tend to be out of service at times. Good selection in their vending machines for interior and exterior cleaning products if ever needed. Vacuums tend to suck (in a good way), with a couple occasions of one side not having any suction power. $40/month for unlimited wash and wax, it is comparable price point with Quick Quack and Mister Wash. read more

They are extremely convenient for those who live in Lindon and Pleasant Grove. I have a monthly membership which is nice and allows you to get right in. This location is also nice because it's never as busy as the Orem location and it still gets the job done. I have not tried any special services, only the car wash and they have always cleaned the car. The dryer doesn't completely dry the car, but what one really does. read more

I signed up for a 6 month membership online on October 25 and they tell me that their "systems are down" and their website doesn't work well. It's been 86 fucking days since I paid for that shit and they haven't figured my shit out. Almost 3 months of my 6 month membership has past. What a fucking joke. I go this afternoon to try and get a refund because I haven't even been able to use my damn pass and the dumbass manager doesn't even come out and talk to me? and after I'm there for 20 minutes they still don't even know if they can help me? I was a member here for a couple years. When my car was totaled and I couldn't take it through the wash anymore because it wasn't in my possession, the people at the car wash said I would need to contact corporate to cancel. I spent the next year trying to get ahold of them. I called no less than 30 times and never got in touch with an agent. I sent what seemed like a million emails. They always passed me around and would never refund me or cancel the membership. I ended up needing to report it as fraud on my card to get the payments to stop. They have still never refunded me for the months I couldn't get ahold of them and wasn't using the car wash. NEVER get a membership with these guys. They are terrible to work with if you have any kind of problem. read more

However, I noticed months later that they had been charging me monthly. They refused to refund and of course could not provide any proof that I signed up up for monthly services. I love this location! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and it's so clean and inviting! I got the polymer pro wash there and I noticed there were no spots that the car wash missed or skimmed. We have tried a few different car wash place and supersonic does a great job for us. We do the monthly unlimited on both of our cars. I especially like just being able to drive in with out having to talk to the help. I guess they call it the express lane. You are in and out in no time. The vacuums really suck (ha ha) and there is a blower at each station as well. My husband likes to blow the excess water out of his mirrors and small places on his truck. read more

I love Supersonic!!! The fast pass is great. It lets you drive thru the fast pass lane that is so quick and easy. Only thing I miss is interaction with the employees because they are so friendly and great. When using fast pass lane you are in and out so fast you hardly know you have washed your car. But you can tell by looking at the great job they do. They keep on top of any upgrades that come along. We are moving to St. George and I'm very sad they don't have one there. This place is terrible and gives Supsersonic a bad name. The Orem location is 1000% better. I have the fast pass and this location is closer to me so I end up here on days I don't feel like wasting gas just to get a car wash in Orem. I'm disappointed every time I come. I know they didn't build the place themselves. If they would have, it'd be awesome. But because they bought out a previous car wash, it's nowhere near the usual Supersonic standards. The employees seem nice enough but the car wash sucks. It's not long enough and the driers hardly work. I leave every time with my car still wet so the water dries and leaves water spots all over. Plus the sprayers and scrubbers aren't strong enough to get it clean. I always find dirt spots afterward. This never happens in Orem. I was super excited when a sign went up for a new one in Lehi (that would be even closer to me than Lindon) but it was taken down recently so I think that means it's not going in. I pay a good amount for my fast pass each month and would like to feel like I'm getting a great wash but sadly Lindon doesn't deliver. Supersonic - please do something to make this location better! read more
