I have purchased and eaten many bags of this brand of pretzels and these were stale for some reason, even though the expiration date was not expire. In short the employee would not help me or return my purchase price, I told him thanks for nothing and left him the bag of stale pretzel. I have stopped at Wills for years but will never stop or shop there again. Again, thanks for being so "not helpful".

The coffee was complicated for this first timer and upon asking the young man at the checkout they happily assisted me. In the cafe there were an assortment of meat filled breakfast burritos and tacos. I got the steak Amd egg burrito with scrambled eggs.. I normally don't get gas station food but this was different. The inside was spotlessly clean and organized. I gave it a go and it hit the spot. Everyone there was nice. Exceeding anticipatory service. A young lady sensed I needed help locating the coffee cup lids. Yep! Spot on. Nice gas station in a nice community. Well done!

I don't come here much, but I've been a few times & have not gone inside much, but I needed some gas on the way to my gym & this was the first one. I was trying to pay with whatever was left on my biolife plasma card, cuz why not? last i checked, there was like $9.15 on there, so I figured I'd use the last of it since my husband & I both get paid later this week. the screen prompted me to go inside for some reason, which was annoying since it was 12:30 in the afternoon & there was a long line (mostly consisting of construction workers & high school kids on lunch breaks) so I waited about 5 minutes or so then got up to the register & was helped by a Polynesian (I think?) woman. I told her that I was trying to get gas & pay for it with my plasma card, I told her I wanted to pay $9. I swiped my card & a receipt printed out, but instead of saying "thanks, you're all set, have a nice day" she loudly said "that didn't work, insufficient funds" loudly for everyone behind me to hear, then handed me the receipt that said $0, & said, "that sucks, next!" like really? i know gas station employees aren't exactly customer service moguls, but you couldn't have lowered your voice when you told me my card was declined? or said sorry? I went back to my car & checked my biolife app, it said i had like $7.62 on there, so I was just a little off. I went back inside & of course this woman was no where to be seen, so the other employee working there charged my card for the $7.50 & told me I was set, but I was already embarrassed since everyone in that store had already seen me get my card declined like a minute earlier. to me- (who's worked an ass ton of customer service jobs) it's just tacky to treat customers like that, she could've been much more pleasant. I don't go to maverick all that often anyways, but i am definitely not coming back to this location, or any other for that matter. hart's employees know how to treat customers right!

Also, their Haagen-Dazs bars were on clearance sale for only $1.59, so I snatched a bunch. Cheryl, the staff at self-checkout, was super helpful. I had some trouble with using the coupons, and she showed me how to do it correctly and explained how it all worked, and she even gave me some helpful tips for the future! She definitely went above and beyond. I was very satisfied with her service. This was actually my first time going to this location, and I'll for sure come back more often!

I was at another Smith's and I wanted to get this pizza that was on sale. They were out so I called this smiths the one by my house that I don't try to go to anymore . I talked to Keegan and I asked him if he had the hot honey pepper feta private selection pizza he put me on hold. He said he went to look. He said they had it and I repeated that it was the private selection, hot honey pepper feta pizza. I asked if it was on the shelf he said yes it's on the shelf so I drove all the way over there to find there is not even a place for this pizza on their shelf. My problem with this interaction is not that I didn't get pizza. It's that I spent my time going over there to get something that wasn't even on the shelf because the employee didn't bother to look and just lied to me that they had it. I talked to management. I told them the story Keegan was present. I told Keegan I get that everybody's understaffed and we're all busy, but if you don't have time to actually go do what you say you're going to do which is look for it then just ask somebody else to help the customer instead of telling them something that's not true. I would like to see this location give all of their employees some customer service remediation. This is not my first poor customer service at this location. I think everybody could benefit from it. Maybe have Mason in produce teach the class. He has spectacular customer service !

You'll notice that it's really a Sinclair station, but officially by the books it's a Crest…read more I don't know if it's just because it was New Year's Day, or if this place is always so quiet, but it was closed up and dark just after 8pm yesterday. The convenience store part was, anyway, but the gas pumps are on 24/7 so I drove it to fuel up. Unfortunately, the first pump I went to seemed to be malfunctioning. It was stuck in permanent "Cancelled" mode. I walked across the the next pump and it was also malfunctioning. I walked around to the other side of the pump where I had pulled up and it appeared to be working, so I drove around. Third time was a charm, and I fueled up. I have to say, however, that this was one of the slowest pumps I've been to in a really long time. I still had a quarter of a tank when I drove in, and it may have taken well over 5 minutes to fill the thing up. Now, 5 minutes, in the grand scheme of things, is not much time. But count to 60 and realize that's about how much time it was taking to pump a whole gallon. S l o w... The convenience store looked decent. Some ice cream specials in the afternoon sounded mighty tasty and would be a nice topper to a J Dawgs afternoon, which is a but a block up the road. After fueling up I did my memory lane drive around Provo to see my old stomping grounds. Sigh.
