We usually go to this place when we would like an Icee. One of the drawbacks to this station is that the prices of their drinks are more expensive than any other Maverik within 50 miles or so. We bring our own cups to use for refills. But we have to be very careful to make certain they charge us correctly. Even when we do that, we still get charged over a dollar or more than any other Maverik stores that we visit. This place stays pretty bust where they are right next to freeway access. The good thing is they have a main level gas station for regular sized vehicles and an upper one for larger trucks, semis, and RVs. They also have an RV dump station which can cause traffic clogging after holiday weekends. They have electric charging stations. The employees are usually quite friendly. Overall this is a good place to have a travel rest at. read more

What's not to love about Adventure's First Stop? For me, Santaquin is more like adventure's second or third stop, but who's counting? This one is solid with all the things you'd expect from the gas station that puts all others to shame. If you're pulling a trailer or driving an extra large vehicle, you'll be pleased with the large space to navigate in the back. I mean, it's Maverik! By and far the best gas station to stop at whether you're traveling or just looking for a snack. The interior was very clean and organized, they have a food section that is far superior to other gas stations, and the team member that helped us was super kind. I was just there to get gas and let my two year old stretch his legs and I ended up grabbing him a sucker. When we went to pay, the cashier just paid for it with a quarter that they had in the little change bowl. read more

Bathroom is clean, as usual with most of these, though there is only a single dryer and no entrance doors and it looks directly onto the infant changing room in the women's bathroom, which is...odd. Aside from that, the usual food and drink sundries abound. I got a wound hound Jalapeno Bahama Mama, but a good portion of the inside was raw dough, so I don't know if the attempt was to cook it via heat lamp (while it's in the foil paper) or what, but maybe watch out for those a bit. read more

Maverik gas stations came in loud and proud but that is not the reason why I like them. 1- they carry the best snacks, including MadBrook donuts from SLC. The soda machine has a wide variety and great flavor of slushees. 2 - they are the most well lit gas stations out there. Safety matters to me when I'm getting gas, especially being a woman with young kids. Had a super low tire and pulled in to put air in my tire. It's $2 just to put air in and of course the end was broken off. Now I'm out $2 and have to switch to my spare or drive on a flat tire. There was no sign saying it was broken and when I went in to ask for help. They said it's not theirs so they can't put a sign on it or reimburse me for it. I'll be going to a different gas station from now on. If you don't have the decency to be honest with your customers you don't deserve me as a customer. read more

Perfect stop while traveling through with our RV and dogs. Great space to pull into to get diesel for the Rv (and we were towing our truck). We were easily able to get diesel and DEF for the RV and fill our tow vehicle with regular gas as well right from the pump. Our dogs had plenty of grass...complete with a Pooh bag dispenser! My wife and I regularly go to Maverik stores for gas, drinks, etc. So much that we regularly cash in points for gift cards and other rewards. In some of the stores, we are even on a first-name basis with their employees. In general, most of the Maverik stores have been great, except for the Santaquin. At the Santaquin store (Store #377), there always seems to be a bevy of issues - from subpar employees to management, from the drink fountains constantly being broken down or under repair, to even the POS terminals not working properly. We know it's not a system-wide issue, because most of the other stores have these issues, but at a far less frequent rate. The Santaquin store unfortunately is the closest one to our location, but because of the hassle with an array of issues, we will typically drive the few extra miles for a more consistent and better experience. We have made complaints about this store in the past, but little to no follow-up has been given from either the store manager, the district manager, or higher. We assumed the management had passed the message along and dealt with the issue(s). I am reporting to you this time because of a POS issue that went horribly wrong. About a week ago, my wife and I went to the Santaquin store to get drinks, when we encountered an issue with the POS terminal. It had happened before, so it was no surprise that it was happening again. MY wife checked to see if the charge came out of the account (which it did) and declined the receipt, then went on her way. The cashier behind the counter proceeded to chase my wife out of the store claiming that she allegedly did not pay for the drinks, to which my wife told her otherwise. After some words, we left the premise. So nearly a week later (today), we go back to the same store and get drinks as usual just to discover that my wife had been banned from the store. My wife had told them that it was a POS transaction failure and that the charge had already come out. Again, we left. A few hours later, we received a knock on the door from some local police, giving us notice that the Santaquin store demanded that we not come back. Otherwise, it would be considered trespassing, and that further legal action would be taken! I asked for a copy of the citation number, to which the officer gave it to me. So this is where the story is. We're banned from a gas station over a $.99 cent drink? Is this really how petty an establishment can be? NINETY-NINE CENTS??? Well, I'm nowhere to put them on blast. For the love of any and all things sensible, PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS STORE - just this one, I am asking. All the other Maverik stores have been good, if not great. This one (Santaquin #377) has been - hands down - the WORST one, ever! They weren't always this way, I will gladly admit. But in the last year and a half, their overall quality, efficiency, and BASIC ability to function without issues have been piss poor! Go to any of the other Maverik stores in the area - ANY ONE OF THEM. just steer clear of this one! Filthy pumps, filthy store. Grease at deisel pumps was an inch thick. Dirty floors inside store. The worst Maverick I've been to yet.

The Owner/Operator and his employees make this station stand out heads above others. The owner cares and he listens. Additionally, the store is always clean and sanitary. Many would think all gas stations are the same, but if you have ever stopped at an Exxon or BP with lax standards, you know that the Owner/Operator along with their team drives the customer experience. read more

One of the Mavericks we sometimes stop by on our road trips- nice offering of snacks, drinks, and other items. Appears to have consistent traffic but never too long of a wait. Men's rr was clean with cool integrated hand dryers with the sink. Wife said women's rr was fine. I like the gas stations are set up for the point and click payment method- same inside. This Maverik is right off I-15 in Santaquin. It has small restrooms having only 2 stalls in the women's restroom. Women's restroom was pretty dirty. The women I saw at the register looked disgusted that she was working. When we were ready to pay a different gal was checking who was nice and rang us up promptly. read more

COVID-19 contraction is HIGH here .Caucasian men in particular have a staring problem if you are a women & not of Caucasian decent. Why can't I select a negative star?? This location is a disgrace to the Maverick name. The entire store was absolutely disgusting. Out of the six stalls in the ladies restroom 3 were plugged, 2 where so splattered with pop and blood I wanted to throw up, and the last only operable toilet was out of toilet paper! I'm not sure that I have ever seen a five star convenience store. Maverik is clean that staff is generally fast and fairly friendly. The bathrooms are clean. They have a decent to good selection of snacks and drinks. What more do you really want from a gas station convenience store. Oh and they also have a red-box. read more

We always stop at this Maverik when traveling they finally got rid of the crappy coffee and have pretty dang good coffee. Usually the stories well-kept well-stocked but rather busy. Sometimes it is tough to get on the fuel island because there are too many people here. Today we had an unusually unpleasant experience with the cashier. Our cashier proceeded to wipe her nose with her hand. Then, in her hand. Then Costine her hand again. She had a horrible sounding croupy cough. And insisted on handling my food product. I'm not a German folk or anything else but common courtesy is you don't cop in your hand and wiped your nose with your hand and then handle customers with product. God help all of the children who got Freal's today for $.86 and also got the croup from the disrespectful cashier. read more

So my husband and I just stopped for some drinks. Taking a break from a long drive. And the bathrooms were the worst! I heard so many People in the women's bathroom wAit for the only clean toilet. It was also the only one with toilet paper. 8 women were in line for 1 out of maybe 6 rooms. Poop on the seats it was really bad. So We went to check out with our drinks and I kindly told the ladies that the bathrooms were kinda dirty. And she yelled at me! WE HAVE BEEN BUSY ALLL DAY!!!!!!!! I was very impressed with the courtesy of the manager and staff. When I was pumping gas it started to spill out of my car and it got on my clothes, I told them about it and they helped me wash it as well as refunded my gas. They called in someone to check on the pump right away and kept asking if there was anything else they could do. Later I found out that the problem was with My car!! I found a dead frozen fly inside my 5 year old son's slushy. When I notified the cashier, she said a manager would not be back for 2 days and there was nothing she could do. Four days later the store manager called me back. They never offered to reimburse me or anything. I filed a complaint with the health department. Very POOR customer service and insects in drinks.
