We have eaten here several times but today was a different experience for us. They were the busiest that we have ever seen them. We waited about 25-30 minutes before being seated. Once seated, our server took our order and we waited about another 30 minutes before we got our food. However once the food arrived, it was very good. Our server apologized for the wait- there was a larger group before us, and we understood that. With all of the people there, the staff was all kept very busy but they did their best to keep on top of things. The music could have been a bit less loud or more calming type. We are thrilled they are staying busy especially in the economy currently. The food is worth the wait. They are a bit on the pricier side however do we don't go there often. They had me with their entrance sign that said Mexican hot chocolate was on the menu. YES PLEASE. It's a comfortable space with a lot of light and a diverse menu. For a small town, it's a great option for brunch. I enjoyed their avocado toast. I look forward to visiting again. read more

The people here are very nice. It's a cute shop with a great menu. And special orders don't scare them. The coffee was good, service was good. They let me taste their gravy first because I am a biscuits and gravy snob. It passed my test for flavor and conisistency. The sausage link was okay, the poached eggs were cooked perfectly, and the biscuits and gravy were good. The cubed potatoes were ok but not my favorite. They have fresh squeezed OJ. My husband's ham steak was really good. They didn't toast his English muffin dark enough, but everything else was good. We even took home a sourdough loaf. Shout out to Monika for being so nice. I called in for an order. Kids meal with fruit crepe, bacon and egg. The skillet, full stack and biscuits and gravy. When I arrived to pick up the order I checked everything and the egg and bacon was not included so I let them know. They said that it's either the crepe or egg and bacon right, however, online that's not at all what it said. Also, over the phone I was asked how I wanted the bacon and egg to be prepared? Long story short I had to wait longer for the one egg and bacon. By the time I got home. Biscuits were soggy, there was no bacon with the egg for kid meal and no bacon for the skillet. We came in for breakfast while visiting family and was pleasantly surprised. Santaquin doesn't have many options in general and even more so for breakfast. Aroma knocked it out of the park!!! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Not one thing was wrong. Everyone left happy and full for the day ahead. I got the chicken fried steak, as I do most places and the wife got biscuits and gravy, as she does most places. I didn't realize how set in our ways we were Both were amazing! The eggs were cooked perfectly, seriously, whomever they have in the kitchen making eggs is a master at it. The potatoes O'Brien were great, I wanted more of them after I was done. If I could give 6 stars, I would. The food is excellent and the service is unbelievable. Most of the servers are young ladies and not only are they efficient, they are very pleasant. They also keep the place very clean. We never have to ask for a coffee refill or a glass of water as they are usually waiting for us when we walk in. There is a group of seniors (a lot of us are veterans) I meet with a couple times a week and we are always treated with respect and a big smile. They even have cups with out names made for us. This place has only been in existence since 2023, but I anticipate it will be around for many years. If you haven't been, you need to go. Highly recommended, and I am not alone here. Sorry but I believe 2 stars is generous. I had what they call their "Classic Cub" Sandwich, and it was anything but classic. First off it was warm! It appeared they cooked the meat on a flat top and did the same with the bread, so it wasn't toasted, in fact it was quite soggy. Same with the fries, and the lettuce was warm and limp...There wasn't mayo on it, but some other Thousand Island-ish spread, I am going to guess this is their Fry Sauce. My order was to go as I was heading South on I-15... I like to Yelp places instead of fast food. Just walked out and couldn't even throw the car into drive before writing how wonderful the service and food is here. It's not always easy to be awake and wonderful at 7:30am but the server was so nice . The food is always good here and as a visitor to the area I will be sad to say goodbye . All the food I've had here has been great. The decor is fantastic. Really an enjoyable place to be in. The servers and owners are super nice too. Oh man I hate to write this. 4 visits in 1.5 years. I have tried to be patient because I like local. I like to drive 7 minutes from my house and get breakfast. I am a LOCAL. I have lived here my entire life so take what I say as being gracious. Each visit I particularly watch how the kitchen runs. Today is no different than my previous visits that I have intentionally not reviewed because I wanted to give them a chance I see our food come up in the window for 10 full minutes yes I timed it. Again I want to be thoughtful and fair. Our food sits to the right side of the lights. Every single waitress literally walks by our food and a full I mean full window of food. I watch the chef get so frustrated because nobody will run food and the window is full so they cannot make anymore food. This has happened literally every time I have come. First visit just getting the kinks out. Second and Third benefit of the doubt. Fourth visit I sent my very cold food back and asked for it to be remade. Sat today for another 10 minutes and watched the kitchen staff refuse to make my food as my now worried waitress sat in the window. This was ridiculous. Man I want to love this place and write a nice review but just can't when after 1.5 years waiting for it to get better after each visit. Some suggestions hire a bus and food runner. It's not hard. The weekends are slammed. Teach team work and not just everyone waiting for someone else. Per the waitress they forgot our omelet and would not let her take the food out. That's kitchens issue bring out warm food. When you have something returned rush it back to the customer. Don't fight with your waitstaff and just not make it. Also where is the manager. Nobody has ever come to our table to check on us or to direct staff. So I'll go back because it's the only place in town please get better and do better we as locals like you and want you to survive. read more

This little diner has quickly grown in popularity since opening in 2023. We've tried many of the dishes over the past months all of which have been good. In my opinion, breakfast is where they shine. Favorites include the California omelette, the avocado toast, and the fresh squeezed orange juice. Service is friendly and usually pretty quick.
