Half Falafel Salad with side Avocado
    Jody T.

Not only is the Café adorable but the Staff is kind and helpful and their music playlist is awesome! I tried their 1/2 Falafel salad & added Avocado. It was the perfect size and the falafel mini balls were not dry - hooray! (Size of small tator tots). The curry dressing was delightful. Sweet but not sugar sweet. The tiny cut tomatoes were so fresh (not tasteless). The other yummy part of this salad is flax seed crackers. They were so good I asked if I could purchase some. YES! If they have extra, they sell them! I'll go back for sure - it's a 1.5 hour roundtrip drive away but so worth it.

If you are ever in the area, I STRONGLY suggest eating here. I am hardly ever in this area, and it was by luck that we decided to stop here and eat before heading back home. Eat Well Feel Well is their tag line, and they abide to it. Fresh Fresh Fresh and abundant are the menu items. Although their menu is limited it has a good variety. I had a chicken sandwich with side salad with a bowl of soup. We also had an appetizer plate of veggies and pita strips. Just take a look at the pictures, your mouth won't stop watering for fresh, flavorful food. Shared space with a herb shop. Lot's of herbs, books and wellness classes. I wish they had a cafe closer to where I live, but in the meantime I'm going make a point to drive down just so I can eat here it's that good. Oh and a side note I left my purse hanging on the back of a chair, and remembered when I was on the freeway that I left it there. I hurried and got off the next exit and called them. They were able to find the chair it was hanging on and kept it safe until I could drive back down and pick it up. Everything was in tact. It's refreshing to know there are still honest people in the world....

Consistently good and good for you. A perfect combination if you're looking for something healthy and not heavy, but good flavors.

I love Ginger's Garden Cafe so much! I always try to stop by if I'm around Springville. Everything I've tried on their menu has been really tasty and fresh but my very favorite is the turkey sandwich. It has a lot of flavor and such a perfect variety of vegetables. My only suggestion would be I got the rye bread and it didn't stay together too well but it was tasty. I can't wait to come back and try even more things on the menu!

Restaurant. It finally emptied out enough to sneak a photo.

The menu is abundant and the 3 items we chose to share were absolutely delightful! Very chill place which is awesome. It's not a drive through fast food kinda place, but that makes it charming. We shopped the holistic store in the back and found some great teas and supplements.

While I'm not planning to go 100% vegan, I still love restaurants like this that offer so much variety. Everything is meatless which is hard to find in Utah county. We repeatedly said how delicious it was throughout the meal and talked about coming back and bringing other people with us. You could tell it's family run and everyone was really kind. We each got a dish and shared an appetizer. We left super full and happy. My husband said he would happily become vegan if this is what it tasted like all the time lol. The pho broth was solid and tasted really good -- there was more tofu than I would have liked, but the other meat was fine though I wasn't a fan of the "fish balls". Tasted almost too real? The teriyaki chicken was pretty good - sauce and all and the vermicelli was refreshing. But the egg rolls weren't very good and had little flavor. You order and pay at the counter and then they bring your food to your number. There are many booths and tables though the lighting was a bit dim. Overall, a solid vegan place with many options and I'd come back the next time I was in town especially since there aren't many solely vegan places in the area.

They are a "counter service" style restaurant where you order and pay at the counter, take a numbered placard for your table, and someone delivers your food to your inside or outside table. Their menu is overflowing with burgers, salads, sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, bowls, types of fries, and Breakfast fare. We went with two half portion salads. My wife went with an $8.99 Mango Chicken salad, and I had a $9.99 Buffalo Chicken Salad. Both were pretty big for a "small" and had a generous supply of tender chicken pieces. We were both very happy with our choices. Have to give a shout-out to Jerzi, who took our order and was as pleasant and helpful as could be.

Understand and accept a) that it's a vegetarian buffet, b) you can get a completely balanced meal with all the protein and nutrients you need, and c) you don't have to be Hare Krishna to enjoy their buffet. We showed up there at about 5 PM. The people working there were very nice and welcoming. I recommend the halvah--which is a wheat-based dessert dish. It was sweet and delicious with a pleasant thick texture (like clumpier cream-of-wheat). Everything in their salad bar looked so fresh, and they put out some honeydew that they told me they grew there. I thought I'd give it a try, though I dislike honeydew in general--but the color was so vibrant and it looked juicy. It was unlike any honeydew I've ever tasted; the grocery store honeydew is trash compared to what they were serving. It literally tasted like honey. It was a small but varied buffet. The mung bean soup was bright and tangy--so good. There was something that was either pan-fried yucca or sweet potato; whatever it was was starchy but kind of sweet. I kept going back to the halvah. Outside there were llamas, peacocks, trees, parrots, a koi pond. The people working there welcomed us to walk around, hang out, visit their service (which started at 6, but we declined), to do whatever we wanted to relax. It was a great way to decompress and eat a healthy, nutritious meal while traveling.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful with suggestions on the menu. We felt right at home, great hospitality here. I wanted to try a burger that sounded really out of the ordinary, so I got the Grumpy Claire. It has apples on it, a savory caramel sauce, it just sounded insane, and I had to try it out. I also got an order of onion rings. The burger was cooked to perfection, had great flavor and was more delicious than I imagined. My husband got the Poco Bueno. I tried a bite, I did not like it. The reason I did not order it was because that sounded like a burger I'd find at any regular burger joint. The problem I had with the burger was the seasonings used. It tasted like a very strong taco seasoning was added to the patty. I do not like taco seasoning at all, so this was a No from me. It had more heat than the chipotle flavors I am typically used to, and I really enjoyed the extra kick. For my entrée, I ordered the Navajo taco with BBQ pork ($15)? which was outstanding. The taco is served on freshly made fry bread that was fluffy, slightly sweet, and had subtle honey notes. It was piled with a generous portion of perfectly cooked pulled pork coated in a sweet glaze, along with some fresh vegetables and herbs that added both crunch and more flavor, with chipotle sauce on the side. The fry bread was fresh and flavorful, the pork was tender, and the combination of herbs, vegetables, and sauce created a great balance of sweet, savory, and spicy flavors.
