TL; DR Well done casual, fun vibe Good service and food Moderate prices Thursday evening 6:30. I'm dining solo so I sit at the bar. Greeted right away, ordered beer and it came right now. The menu is typical pub food but most everything is made in-house. Several regulars all sat along the West side of the bar. They all seemed friendly. I had the prime rib dip which was good; about six ounces of beef which I'd say is a minimum at these prices. Sandwich was served with horseradish mayo ...pardon me, aioli, and a pretty good jus. The roll was good (I think house made, or locally anyhow.) Bartenders checked with me after food arrived (good), and didn't let my drink sit empty but were not annoying about it: professional. Overall good experience; I recommend it and would come back.

They don't take reservations but only a 15 minute wait for our party of 9 on a Saturday night! Hostesses were kind and accommodating getting us seated with two little ones in our group. There were old bikes and motorcycle things in this fun rustic brewery, never leaving the eyes bored. Music playing but able to talk to everyone just fine. Nice outdoor seating available and delicious food options that surely everyone can pick something they like! We had fried pickles, spinach, dip, and cheese curds for an appetizer. I had a salad myself, but was sure to try other family members burgers, pizzas, and sandwiches! Every bite of food and sip of beer was nothing short of tasty!

Great food, bartenders. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Felt welcome by everyone. As an Over the Road Truck Driver. I needed a place like this.

Great food, atmosphere and service. They have a big menu with a lot of different food options. I ordered a steak that was cooked perfectly to my liking, it was tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes were also delicious. I normally don't like green beans much but I enjoyed the ones that came with my meal.

Fries, sweet potato fries, and salsa were great! Love love loved them. Burgers were fine. Pretty much what you would expect for a $17 burger. I got the bacon cheese burger. They don't skimp out on the meat which is great. The pickles they use are delicious. Do not recommend the queso or the artichoke dip. Service was terrible. We were quoted 40-45 min which we agreed to. It took over an hour to be seated. A group the same size as us came in and immediately the hostess told us she was going to sit them first then grab us. Mind you, we had a baby with us and had been told our table was going to be ready soon multiple times at this point. This was distasteful. My husband's food came out 20 min later than everyone else's as well. It would have been better if it was communicated that his food was going to be significantly delayed. They do not allow reservations as well.

Glad I tried Strap Tank finally! I enjoyed it! The chef salad was big and tasty and came out quick. The atmosphere was top notch. I love when a place is themed well! I'm just sad that we got there right after the live music stopped.. that would've made it even better! My main complaint is just that everything is so expensive, and while my salad was good, I would've never expected it to cost me $20! Especially since it was pretty basic. Glad I came but probably won't come back all the time.

Looking for somewhere close to our hotel. The parking lot was pretty full (they share with other businesses) but when we walked in, we saw there were plenty of tables available. We were seated immediately and within a couple of minutes our waiter was there. We ordered two of their beers, Honey Bandit & Ape Hangar. They came in large mugs for $8.00 which is extremely reasonable. We both ordered the soup of the day - Tomato Basil. It was warm and rich and perfect for a cold and rainy day. For dinner we both ordered the Steak Salad - medium rare. The meat was perfectly cooked, well seasoned, and tender. It was set on top of a bed of mixed greens, tender and crispy asparagus, corn, pickled onions, and crumbled blue cheese. They came with two containers of blue cheese dressing. So happy we chose here to stop. Definitely on our places to return to when we are in town.

Grime. S&P shakers are gross. Menus are gross. Staff needs a shower. Menu is dated.

The Ahi Tuna is always worth it. The staff is sometimes ornery but the food comes out very timely and they keep up with the drinks.

This review is regarding Longhorn Steakhouse in Spanish Fork Utah…read more This was absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had at a restaurant. My stepmom called in and ask if we needed to make reservations for our group of ten. We were told they don't do that it was a 20-30 minute wait. So we all went there, put our names on, they told us 20-30 minutes and we started waiting. Mind you we got there at 6:30 because my wife and I have a 19 month old and we were hoping to be able to hang out with our family, get our toddler fed, and then over to bed at a timely hour. 30 minutes turned into 45 minutes. But it's a restaurant, things happen so we weren't too upset at this point. Although we were confused because we did watch a huge group (bigger than ours) walk in after us and get seated. So my sister went in and asked where we were at in line and we were told we were priority and next to be seated. We then got to the hour mark and asked how much longer and we were told that the table we were going to be given had a party there that had already finished their meals fifteen minutes prior and were just talking . The hostess said they didn't want to be rude and ask them to get a move on. Which is weird considering there are people waiting to be sat. It is not rude to kindly ask a group to wrap it up because there are other people waiting. But again, we were told we were next and priority. So then an hour and thirty minutes comes up and we hear the manager call out for a party of nine. My step mom asked him what was going on because we were told we were next to which he responded "just give me a sec," which is quite comical considering we had, at that point, already given him about an extra 3,600 seconds on top of the 1,800 seconds we were told they needed to get our party seated. Totaling 5,200 seconds for those interested. So then an hour and 45 minutes comes up and the manager comes out and says he is only going to be able to get us seated in separate groups. We said okay, we were just wanting it to be over with. Our toddler was tired and we just needed to get him fed and home. Well, we ended up having to wait. And it got to be another 15 minutes. At which point we decided just leave. Unfortunately, my dad was pissed and went and told the Manager off. The Manager replied with "this is nothing new to me, it happens all the time." Which is actually revealing to this restaurant's management competency level. If you have people in your face a lot, then you are clearly doing something wrong. Whether it being the processes, systems, or communication problems. There is clearly something wrong that isn't being addressed. If you read through the reviews here, there is a common denominator: managers, and wait times, (I will leave the food out of it because we didn't get any. Although I did hear a woman leave who said "well that wasn't anything special, I'm probably never coming back." So I will give her a one star by proxy for the food element). But this being the common denominator on reviews doesn't just reveal how poor Zack and Brenden are as managers but actually how bad Chad is at managing his leaders of the restaurant. And that incompetency really just extends all the way up to the owners of the restaurant, who obviously cannot get a grip on how their restaurant is ran. Why go into business if you are just going to be incompetent, like aren't you embarrassed? The issue here is that simple communication would have been appreciated. Even a "hey guys, I'm sorry but we are an hour in and I don't think we are going to be able to get you seated," would have been understood, things happen. To be told we are only going to wait 20-30 minutes and then get strung along for an extra hour and a half is just crappy. Especially when we have a toddler. We tried to audible to Chilis but at that point it was 8:40 at night, they told us about 30 minutes so we just had to get our kid home and fed. So we got him home, fed him and just now putting him down at 9:15 at night. All-in-all a really crappy experience that strung us along, and then left us high and dry to a decent audible with the family.

The "porterhouse", was a mere 22oz, not really a substantial portion. In my opinion, a porterhouse should be at minimum, a 32oz serving size. I always ask for rare or medium rare because when you normally ask for rare it normally comes medium rare. Unfortunately my small porterhouse came more medium, the dead cow is already dead so it was no need to overcook it. The meat was okay, not the best I've had. The ceasar salad had no discernible anchovy flavour at all, the brussel sprouts tasted like it was a little overcooked also.

They are a "counter service" style restaurant where you order and pay at the counter, take a numbered placard for your table, and someone delivers your food to your inside or outside table. Their menu is overflowing with burgers, salads, sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, bowls, types of fries, and Breakfast fare. We went with two half portion salads. My wife went with an $8.99 Mango Chicken salad, and I had a $9.99 Buffalo Chicken Salad. Both were pretty big for a "small" and had a generous supply of tender chicken pieces. We were both very happy with our choices. Have to give a shout-out to Jerzi, who took our order and was as pleasant and helpful as could be.
