Prior to this Chili's, I believed all Chili's were the same, but that could not be further from the truth! This was, by far, the best Chili's location I've ever dined at! The staff have always been incredibly nice at all locations, but the presentation and quality of the food here tasted different. I was saddened to hear that Chilis officially took off their signature chili from their menu at all their locations. How can you have Chili's without chili?! However, the guacamole seemed to have more fresh ingredients like red onions and the smash burger was cooked to perfection. Overall, great experience! read more

I can't remember ever going to a Chili's before and so when my mom found an old gift card while cleaning we decided that it was about time! We opened the first set of doors and were greeted by an employee opening the next set and were quickly seated. We observed that the host did that for every customer and were impressed. The location was very clean and in good condition too. Our server was very prompt and had a fun attitude. My mother ordered a 3 for Me: house salad, drink and the Classic Sirloin while I ordered the Ancho Salmon. The turnaround time from the kitchen was about average and our meals came out nice and hot. We discovered the Sirloin was really chewy and hard to cut while my Salmon was a bit overcooked. I did like the sauces quite a bit that came on top I just wish there was more of it. The rest of our sides were fine but didn't really impress. We walked away not for the better or the worse from the food experience but the service was nice. read more

The food was delicious!! My first time eating at chilis, I came with my grandparents and had the mushroom burger with fries, it was so perfectly toasted on the bun and the fries were CRISPY! The service was good, the guy helping us was very polite. Overall, it's a nice spot! Kind of cozy inside almost, nice ambiance, TVs on with sports and it's a bustling atmosphere but it's nicely lit so it feels familiar. Very happy overall! Always consistent with their food and service here. We come here pretty regularly too. In all of the times we've been here, we only had to wait once. It is a Chili's, so I'm rating it against other similar chain restaurants. My Mom and I were here today for lunch. We were seated right away. Our server was very attentive. Drinks, appetizers and our lunch came out quickly. Like I said, very consistent whenever we've dined here. They said a 10 min wait. We waited almost a half hour. Counted 7 empty tables while we waited. The place was filthy. The hostess and a waitress were arguing the whole time we sat there. The hostess was continously glaring at everyone while she stood there doing nothing twirling her nasty hair all over. 2 different families that came in after us were seated before we were. I ordered a mushroom Swiss burger. It was inedible as salt was off the chart. As you know, mushrooms are salty so you adjust seasoning on burger itself. The server and manager were unbelievably rude to the only people drinking alcohol (literally one round) to the point that we actually left. How a national chain like Chili's can allow this utterly unacceptable regional interpretation of acceptable service levels is beyond me. Chili's is a solid four stars. Nothing fantastic about the place. It has good staff, and the place is clean. So I enjoy going here with friends. Sadly, I sometimes think they skimp on some little things. I have had my order wrong a few times, and they fixed it, but at the time we were the only ones there early in the day, so there was not much of an excuse. Afternoon seems much easier to get into than evening, so keep that in mind. Sadly some of my favorite dishes have come off the menu in the last few years. Or they dropped a lunch fajitas, for a bigger much more expensive dinner one. So oh well. read more

We tried two new things, the loaded baked potato soup and the cilantro like carne asada. I was blown away by how good the carne asada was and the soup was also very good. I really like Chili's. I ordered online for my husband and I. We both did the 3 for me deal which includes a drink, appetizer and entree. My husband ordered a burger and for his appetizer he upgraded to the 3 dip trio which he ordered 1 white queso and 2 of the skillet quesos. I ordered the shrimp Cajun pasta and for my appetizer I ordered the chips and salsa. I did curbside for the order. I arrived early before my scheduled time and it was ready early. They came out within just a few minutes. This is my closest chilis but I still live 10 minutes away from this location. I got home and noticed that my salsa was missing. I ordered chips and salsa for my appetizer and they only gave me a bag of chips. Chili's chips and salsa is my favorite. I was super upset that it wasn't in the bag. I didn't want to drive all the way back since it's 10 minutes away. It really drives me nuts when restaurants can't get an order right and we didn't order a whole lot. We actually were planning to take our appetizers to a New Year's Eve party. We ate our entrees which was delicious. Then we were going to take the chips and salsa and the 3 dip trio to our party but now we have no salsa to take. Super upset about it. read more

O star rating if I could due to this being a racist location based on my experience being of asian descent. I came here on a Monday night with my boyfriend's family and we are all asian. We are originally from Los Angeles and was coming to Utah for a family trip. We ordered and got our drinks and soup, and after about a 30-40 minute wait, we asked on the status of the order and were told by the waitress that the food was going to come out and the food was being prepared. About 10 minutes later, the same waitress comes out and tells us "theres a glitch in the system" and our whole order was lost and we would have to re-order, AFTER ABOUT AN HOUR OF WAITING and after being told that our "food was already being prepared". Our whole party was upset and got up to leave. We could only conclude at this point this was an act of racism as our drinks and soup came out, so how did our whole order "disappear"? There were only about 3-4 parties, so if the order had "disappeared", they sure are incompetent staff to have not noticed. We also saw other patrons getting their food who had arrived after us. We spoke to the manager who apathetic and made us pay for the drinks. Horrible experience and gave us a horrible impression of the city. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU ARE WHITE OR WITH SOMEONE WHITE. Unfortunately this location has gone terribly down hill. We came for lunch today 9/18/24. The manager that sat us was kinda rude. It was not busy, the waitress was nice but that is the only reason they are receiving 2 stars. First the prices have increased and you don't get near the food. We order chips and queso and the pan it came in was barely covering the bottom of it. It was also cold. My husband's soup came in a little cup with hardly any in it. Apparently they have a It's Just Wings inside their restaurant. First of all I tried ordering from Wing Nutz online and this website hijack me and redirected me to their website. I thought maybe they had changed their name so I ordered. When the food got here, we were missing part of our order. I tried calling the store and they told me to call door dash. The two stars are because of our waitress and I wish I would've gotten her name. She was great. Besides that, our food was not up to par. We ordered the two meals for $25 and the salads we got were probably the best part of the whole meal. I got the half rib, which comes with fries and coleslaw but I substituted asparagus for the fries. The rib was 50/50 great and horrible. The bottom half was edible and juicy. The top half was over cooked and tough, inedible. The asparagus were okay but I didn't care for them that much. And the coleslaw was wholly inedible. I took one taste and it was bitter and honestly just disgusting. I had to spit it back out. My husband got the bacon burger with fries and he said his was pretty good. Attentive but not pushy. Willing to talk when we did; it was like reuniting with a friend you haven't seen in six months. The food, the service and the price were all phenomenal. The place was packed on a Saturday night, but we got a table in the bar area service was extremely fast. Their 3 for me is a ridiculously good deal. All our food was great. If you join their club you either get a free drink (which you don't need with a 3 for me) or chips and salsa. For $10.99 you get a drink (which can be a margarita they claim), a salad or soup (both were great) and a burger and fries. My wife loved hers. I opted to pay $5 more for carne asada. It was quite large and great. It's pretty hard to make me rave about a good deal but this is the best quality for price I've experienced in a long time. read more

The To-Go experience is absolutely horrible. We ordered food and it said it would be ready in "29 minutes." It also had an option to give your number to receive updates about the order. I entered my number, but never received a message. After about 20-25 minutes, I showed up to see what progress had been made. To my surprise, the food was ready. What I didn't realize until I got home, was that the food had probably been sitting there for 15 minutes already (keep in mind I was early anyway, so it would have been closer to 25 minutes of sitting otherwise). As if cold food wasn't bad enough, the salad I received was an absolute disgrace to salads everywhere. I attached a picture because it's hard to explain how little it was. It was literally 3 bites. It was packaged in a small container and only filled 1/3 of the way. What on earth. Even the crappiest restaurant in town puts it in a plastic clamshell container. It's salad you guys, one of the cheapest things for them to buy. They couldn't even give me a full tiny cup? It would cost them less than two cents to fill it. Of course my fries and burger were freezing when I got home. The fries were already soggy. Keep in mind I live 4 blocks away from this restaurant so there's no excuse for this. So irritating. I used to love Chili's, but sadly, it seems the age of Chili's has passed. Ordered two salad entrees and some chicken crispers to go. Got no salad dressing. One of the salads had a big chunk of dirty lettuce core in it. The chicken crispers were all stuck together in one big glob, with raw batter between pieces of undercooked chicken. I gave two stars because the southwestern egg rolls were good. I chose Chili's for my birthday celebration dinner, and it was such a disappointment. I won't make that mistake again. read more
