We decided to try something new in a nearby town and there aren't a lot of sit down restaurants nearby. The wait on a Tuesday was 35 min! After being sick I with the flu I regretted going out but we had no food! Once we got seated, everything came fairly quickly. The bread rolls with the sweet honey cinnamon butter. Our appetizer of the cheesy fries. They were so good! Loaded with cheese and bacon bits. I ate 3 fries and was full. lol. I order the grilled chicken salad which was really good, but I had to take 9/10ths of it home because I just wasn't hungry. My daughter had the chicken tenders with applesauce. My husband had a slab of ribs and a side of the Texas chili. The Texas chili was spicy in the one bite I tried and not your average chili taste. Will have to go back and try it again. He liked the ribs abs had extra to bring home for an after work bite the next day. Service was good. The restaurant is quite noisy and very busy for a weeknight. Parking can be tough to find. I'd like to try to go again when I'm actually hungry and try some other things. read more

I love TXRH but this location continues to disappoint. If you have the option go to the Orem one. The main issue is the employees. Very rude hosts. Some servers are awesome and others are bland. We went for a birthday and he just said happy birthday and didn't do anything more. Was hoping for a song at least to embarrass the birthday kid. Disappointed. Also, they can't cook their steaks, I usually have to have them refire the steaks when I get them. I ordered a medium and they served me this - raw. The food is good, but getting pickup always has issues. The Web site has an option to say who the food is for, but the kitchen ignores it. Any extra salad dressings are always ignored. I put in the order notes (limited to 40 characters) to write on the box who it is for, also ignored. McDonald's does a better job getting orders right. Maybe if everyone at the table ordered rare you might get a rare, but the past three times I have ended up with a medium steak despite specifically asking for rare. We went for lunch, 3 adults 3 kids We were seated fast and the waitress was nice. We put our orders in and had told her 3-4x that we wanted our steak cooked very very well done. The service is always efficient and courteous. We feel the price is a good value. It is not a restaurant with white table cloths but as a "roadhouse" it fills the bill. It. I wanted to send this privately and use the 'Contact Us' option on the Texas Roadhouse website but it errored out each time I clicked on 'Submit' (bad website coding). Never had this issue with other websites (using Brave browser which is based off of Chrome). Our server was Mason (check #80027) and he didn't seem to want to be there. He did the bare minimum and wasn't very friendly. Our food was good and delicious but the service wasn't good. He almost seemed upset that he had to help us. Hopefully he was just having a bad day but this type of service isn't good for your business. He never offered to refill our drinks and did the bare minimum. I shouldn't have given him a tip but did anyway. We came in to celebrate our anniversary so this experience was a bit disappointing. I love Texas Roadhouse !! Texas road house is one of my favorite chain restaurants to eat at . The portions are large and the food is always yummy. They got rid of the peanuts so no more peanuts on the ground . We came on a Sunday , we ordered potato skins , rib eye , and the roadkill. They brought us the warm rolls with butte right away . The potato skins also came out pretty quickly but the main entrees took almost 30-40 min to come out . The kitchen was really backed up even though we didn't go at lunch or dinner time . I guess they are understaffed so be prepared to wait . The rib eye was super soft and I liked the road kill a lot . The hamburger patty was cooked perfect medium rare . I've always loved Texas Roadhouse and it's a go-to for me when I'm craving steak. Being able to get on the wait list ahead of time, through their app, is a big plus. Plus. I've been to several of their locations in different states. This specific restaurant is always crowded and very, very noisy. There doesn't seem to be a table available at which one could have a normal conversation. We had a great waiter on this visit and he had a voice that was very appropriate for the atmosphere, in that we could hear him, but he was really having to yell. I ordered my steak medium rare, and my boyfriend ordered his medium. His was beautifully medium rare and mine was medium. The prices have really gone up and, given the environment, it's not a good value for the experience. read more

I had such a great experience that I had to write a review! We came at 4pm on a Monday and there was already a line waiting to get in. We were seated promptly and our server Dylan was phenomenal!!! I seriously can't sing his praises enough! (I do not know him outside this experience) We came for my husbands birthday and brought our 5 kids. We mentioned how our little ones go through bread like it's their job so he made sure they kept coming out piping hot. He was attentive and made sure we didn't just like everything but loved it. He even swapped out a steak that I mentioned was well done instead of medium, but it didn't matter because it was for the kids, but he insisted on bringing another which was cooked perfectly. The taste is always consistent with all Texas roadhouses which I like. We left completely stuffed with some food leftover. They brought out a scoop of ice cream with chocolate sauce, but made sure not to sing per my husbands request. Dylan was consistent, kind, and attentive. This location is busy so if you can get on the waitlist online before you go that's probably the best option. I struggle with loud environments so this location was a little much for me. However the staff made up for it in kindness and understanding. The greeter at the door is adorable and I just want to go back just to see him. Our server was quick and super attentive.
