I had the Espresso Martini and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Perfectly balanced, rich, and smooth. I also tried the Bramble Barrel, which was amazing as well. The blueberry and pomegranate flavors paired so well with the gin and lemon. The lounge itself is really cozy with a stylish, living room type feel. Great lighting, comfortable seating, and overall just a really good vibe. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While we were there we saw a cocktail class happening, which looked really fun. Definitely something I'd love to come back and try next time. Small detail, but I also loved the bathroom products. It's those little touches that make a place stand out. Overall the drinks, atmosphere, and service were all excellent. One of my favorite cocktail spots in Park City.

OTC has a great vibe - located in the lower-level at 408 Main Street, you might miss this intimate…read morespeakeasy-style establishment of you're not ITK. Characterized by a vintner-curated menu of blended wines and cocktails, the dimly lit spot is warm and attractive. The interior is appointed with art work, shiplap and stone work. The communal tables add to the festive decore and allow for making new friends, especially on Christmas (during our visit). The owner, Steve, is a Sommelier by training and has mad skills. His space is welcoming and he's passionate about a great guest experience, often planning unique events like an oyster shucking master class, glass blowing workshops, candlemaking, and, of course, private wine tastings. Flanked by his Alaskan Husky and best friend, Bear, he'll spend time with patrons, make a solid drink recommendation and ensure a memorable visit.

They did NOT have a glass of wine available for less than $45 (+$20 cover). They have $30/glass on the menu but was out of stock according to the waitress. I also did not go to Sundance and am not here for that so his comment about being *out of my depth* is just dumb. I encourage you to look at the one star reviews of this place and see the owners' hostile, immature, and abrasive responses (others also note his blatant habit of lying). Stephen, book a therapy appointment. Original review below *********** There is a $20 cover charge to enter, and they were out of all of the cheapest ($30/glass) glasses of wine, so we were forced to get the next cheapest, a $45 glass of wine. Are you willing to spend $65 for a cheap glass of wine? They also only have five cocktails on the menu and you can't order anything else with liquor (I asked for a hot toddy cuz I'm freezing and they said no can do). The singer was good and the ambiance is nice; not very crowded. But overall, I would never pay $65/glass for mediocre wine unless I'm at an ultra luxury resort (which this is not).

The hamachi was so fresh, and the duck confit Caesar salad was fantastic! I did a starter size of the parpadelle as my main, and it was the perfect amount of food, as I had a bite each of my dining companions Wagyu steak, Bavette steak and the lamb "New York." My husband loved his lamb so much (he doesn't get it at home because I don't like lamb) but we all agreed that the Bavette was the winner. Making the evening even more perfect was our server Victor. He was amazing! So fun and friendly, and it was like he could read our minds & would bring things we were talking about without us asking. We joked that there must be a microphone hidden at the table. It's a great room too, with windows into the kitchen and beautiful decor. Anyway, really happy to have experienced this restaurant again, for the last Sundance in Utah.

Special shoutout to our waiter, Alex, who was not only friendly and attentive, but truly knew the menu inside and out. He also was happy to help with alternatives for those of us who had allergy or food preferences. The ambiance here is nice - very simple and warm but still felt upscale. Given there were 8 of us, I can't say I remember everyone's orders but below is what my partner and I ordered to share: Pappardelle Yellowtail Carpaccio Crispy Duck Caesar Wagyu Strip Loin All of the food was cooked or prepared beautifully. My biggest complaint was portion size, as the dishes are pretty pricey. But hey, you're paying for quality, not quantity. The group split a handful of the desserts, and while I can't remember the names of what the table ordered, I do have photos below. I personally ordered the persimmon sorbet which I was a huge fan of. One final note - our group stayed LATE yapping. Like closed down the joint and not a single person tried to rush us out. I'm so appreciative of their kindness and willingness to let us finish out our evening when I know for sure we overstayed our welcome. I'm honestly surprised this place isn't hyped more on social media but I'd absolutely recommend if in the area. 8/8 of us agreed it was the best meal we had while in town.
