Okay wow! We were really excited about this place! We came here on a Sunday afternoon right when they opened, and there were several people already here. By the time we left around 4:30/5, most of the tables and the bar was full. You can get a flight of five 2oz pours here for $35, or you can get wine by the half glass, full glass, or bottle. The servers were wonderful! They take your order wherever you're seated. The space is beautiful and it was really cozy inside. They have a wonderful menu with a lot of options for different tastes and preferences, and the atmosphere just can't be beat. Can't wait to come back here!

We walked in without a reservation and had a group of about 6 girls. They sat us in the cutest corner with a couch that was a bit separate and provided the perfect vibes. The waitress then recommended a tasting and helped us pick out some wines. We had a fantastic time and everyone there was so helpful. We never felt rushed either. Would definitely come again.

Very quiet and intimate place. Had a flight and a glass of wine with the wife. We really enjoyed the wine and picked up a couple of bottles to go. Owner is quite the gentleman. Definitely recommend th

We visited Old Town Cellars to grab a drink before dinner and it was perfect! We were on a fun girls weekend and this was a great spot. They make their own wine and they have about 10 choices. They also have some bubbles and beer in case wine isn't your jam. The place is small and tucked away and really feels like a cellar. An intimate atmosphere with a small bar and maybe 7-10 tables. It would be a great date night spot, but probably not the best for any parties bigger than 8-10 people. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The wine was delicious and we really enjoy our time there. It's kind of hidden on Main Street, so you have to be looking for it. Definitely worth a stop if you're looking for a chill place to have a classy drink in PC!

Bar top with my delicious limited Pinot noir !

Three of tried out this great wine and beer bar on Sunday afternoon during our visit to Park City. What a gem and pleasant surprise! They make several varieties of their own wine and carry many other local excellent local wines and beers. There is something on the menu for everyone including a tasting flight of wines that I recommend. They also have a great selection of light bites, cheese , crackers, dips, etc. to purchase also What made our visit so special were Remy and Rebecca, our bartenders, who were experts on the wines and beers and made great suggestions. They were also fun to chat with during our afternoons visit to the bar. The decor and atmosphere is cool too..... it's down a flight of stairs and the walls are old stone with a polished concrete floor and comfy furniture with great photos of PC as artwork. Loved this place and we will be back for sure !

What a find! Hidden among the plethora of shopping is a single door to the OTC. With a speakeasy feel, seating varies from the bar to high tops and even cozy private seating. Service was attentive. Wine- had the Outlaw Cab--delicious. Nice light bites to eat while you sip. Neighborhood gem!

We spent most of the time in the van and when we did stop at the locations, we weren't able to go inside to tour any of them or even use a bathroom at them, we just stood in the driveways to learn about them. I admire her passion for teaching, but we cannot for the life of us figure out how our $3000 was spent. The wine was limited to an ounce every time, and whenever we asked for a second "glass" the lady pouring would say "well we want to make sure everyone gets some!" - the "snacks" were two tiny pieces of cheese inside of a ziplock baggie and there is no place to use any restroom throughout the course of the entire tour... mainly because the tour takes place only in a van and standing in driveways. For $3000, a nice suggestion would've been a charcuterie spread INSIDE of one of the locations with some tastings and every person at that price should at the very least have been able to go home with a bottle of wine from the tour. I give her credit for starting up a creative business in an extremely competitive tourist city, but I can't in good faith allow anyone else to pay so much money to go into this expecting a luxury experience, and end up getting yelled at by a bus driver and having to sneak around an old hospital just to pee. I really liked her as a person and hope she can take this advice and use it to work on creating a better experience for all.

With each historical stop, wine and mine history was poured by sommelier Kristen Fox, small snacks were gifted in a goodie bag to enhance the flavor of the wine, and guests enjoyed the humor and depth of knowledge of Kirsten. Six wines, six locations, a return to the Brass Tag for more history and a plate of charcuterie made for a perfect three hour activity. Highly suggested unique tour - great tour bus - just call an Uber to drive you back to your hotel- if needed.

If you're unfamiliar with the significance of honey/beehives in Utah, do a little research-the metaphor of beehives dates back to our pioneer days. Utahns are industrious people. If you're more interested in traditional wines, this might not be for you. But it's fun to venture out and try something new. My friend and I scheduled a tasting to celebrate her birthday and each opted for a different menu-I did the wines, while she did the spirits. We would take a taste of each, then share, so we ended up really tasting ten different items. I enjoyed the Pioneer Red as well as one of the whiskeys-although I've forgotten the name of that one. I didn't care as much for the meads-those had a flavor that I didn't love as much. Our host, Michael, was friendly and not only explained what we were tasting but also carried on conversation with us, making us feel at home. He had a dry sense of humor, which I appreciate. Speaking of humor, there is an actual curtain that can be pulled across the bar/tasting area to partition the alcohol that's being consumed from the patrons in the gift shop (since minors could visit the shop with parents, I'd assume. We made sure to close it and get some pictures of the custom-made curtain that cheekily acknowledges the silly Utah liquor law. We asked if it would be possible to take a tour, but were told that they can't give tours-which I'm still confused about, because I've taken tours at other locations in the state. Maybe they are just extra cautious and don't want to do anything that could get them shut down. Or perhaps it has something to do with how their business is classified. The tasting menu changes each week, dependent on what new product they are putting out. It would be a fun way to check out the new inventory and pick something you'd like to take home. I know I will!
