Went to the St Regis because had worked there for a few days on a corporate event and really liked the food and atmosphere. Took me a minute to look around and decided to get lunch at the bar near the patio as it had snowed and not seating there. Service was good and the food was excellent. I ordered the lobster roll with a Caesar salad instead of fries and a local beer brewed for the hotel. Oktoberfest bier and it fit my liking. They have a few beers specific for them and the usuals and quite a few special cocktails which I would have liked to try. Overall very happy with the restaurant and the price is not bad compared to others in town. And the ride up the funicular overlooking the ski runs is an added treat. Will look forward to coming back again next time when in town.

Outdoor seating, even in the winter, comes with heaters, a fireplace, blankets and the best damn lobster I've had since living on the coast. The service is excellent, the ambiance a delight and the food - perfection. We started with Brussels and the Caesar salad and finished with buttery, melt in your mouth lobster rolls. I don't need anything else in my life. The only thing that would make it better, would be a cold Diet Coke. They only have Pepsi products, so beware.

An absolutely lovely place for lunch! Everything was very tasty & the service was excellent, turns out the waiter had the same birthday as one of our party, wow! Really enjoyed the outdoor patio area with the fire garden and view of ski runs. I would not hesitate to come again!

Mac & Cheese ($14) and Michelob Ultra ($10)

SO OVERPRICED. Ordered Mac & Cheese ($14) - turns out it's literally from the $1 kraft mac n cheese box... tastes awful. Also a Michelob Ultra is $10. Insane what these places will charge for crap food anymore :/ only positive thing about this place is the views.

If you can, definitely try to get a seat by their fire pit! It has stunning views, and is so warm and cozy. You take a gondola from the parking lot up to the St. Regis Bar, which is fun. It's heated and enclosed and makes for a unique experience. We were here on a Sunday during the off season around 2pm, and we snagged the last two Adirondack chairs in front of the fire, and it was lovely. Definitely the place to be when you come here! It was almost even too warm, because it was maybe about 50 degrees outside when we visited and the sun was out. It would be perfect when it's a little bit colder outside. We just came here for drinks, and the drinks are definitely on the pricier side, which is to be expected for the location. Our drinks were $22 each. They have food on the menu as well, which I'll definitely come back to try again sometime, but again, it's on the pricier side. Service was great, our server was attentive and friendly. It sounds like it gets really busy here during the height of ski season, so try to come during the off hours if you can.

The ambience and service were very nice. We sat in the brasserie portion, which had better views and was less loud and more family friendly. We had a nice window seat. I foolishly ordered the cheeseburger and it was decent but wish I ordered one of the mains. My friend tried the lamb taigalette and other friend had the short rib polenta. We were pleasantly surprised. My favorite was probably the wagyu cappricio appetizer. It was a good combination of flavor and the bread piece was warm and delicious and paired well! Overall, it was very enjoyable after a morning on the slopes !

This is a must if you are in SLC. The views are amazing and it's a great place to sit a spell. I've been here a few times and each time was so fun. The staff work so hard here, keeping track of everyone inside and out and at the bar. The drinks and small places are tasty, and you seriously cannot beat the views.

I don't understand the bad reviews. Our server was very kind and attentive. Our drinks were good and strong, as I've come to expect from the St Regis bar. Yes, they're expensive, but they're good, and I only need 2. The rooftop area is beautiful. Taking the funicular up from the parking lot was unique. We shared the truffle pizza, and it was lovely. We really enjoyed it here. Zero complaints, and we will definitely be back. We called and asked where we could park. The woman said we had to valet. We called back to confirm because many reviews here said they parked in the free Deer Valley lots across the street. The other person said we could park in these lots. We parked there no problem, and they're free. Once inside the lobby, follow signs for the funicular. Easy peasy.

This was a fun experience! The views are stunning if you sit outside you can see into the mountain. You can watch hikers during the summer. The food was excellent and the service was great! The Steak Frites are superb! The trout amazing! Highly recommend!

The ride up on the lift is a cool experience. The resort is nestled in the mountain and has great views. We sat on the patio with heaters next to our table. We timed it to be there at sunset which was so beautiful. The service was polite and attentive. We specifically came for the Bloody Mary and black mussels w frites. All of them did not disappoint. We did go on a Monday during ski season and the crowds weren't as bad as a weekend.

What a beautiful establishment! We took a ride up to the Saint Regis restaurant bar patio in the funicular! Fun little ride with great views! We were seated right away and Jeremy took care of us with expertise and a fabulous personality! Very attentive and knowledgeable, thank you Jeremy! We sat by the nice little rock fireplace. We started with some freshly shucked raw oysters and the shrimp cocktail then went onto the cheese charcuterie tray, which was on a cute little lazy susan you could spin around. The oysters were very fresh and the shrimp were a good size and the cocktail sauce was the perfect combination of the ingredients. They give you a lot of great cheeses on the charcuterie, blue cheese, a pile of triple cream brie and a nice manchego, some nice little side peppers and pickled peppers as well. All delicious! And with a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc, it was the perfect spot to grab some appetizers and drinks. Looking forward to coming back!

Pricey for what you get but the ambience cannot be beat. The elevator to the hotel bar is incredible with stunning views and the yurts are awesome. Great photo opportunities. The charcuterie had everything you could ask for and we're quality meats and cheeses. We got some wine as well. Again, a little pricey but it is the st Regis.

I was served cold mussels. I'm at risk of food poisoning now. My friends burger was over cooked. We waited for 1 hour for food.

They also only have five cocktails on the menu and you can't order anything else with liquor (I asked for a hot toddy cuz I'm freezing and they said no can do). The singer was good and the ambiance is nice; not very crowded. But overall, I would never pay $65/glass for mediocre wine unless I'm at an ultra luxury resort (which this is not).
