I'm adding this review in hopes that the owner can read it and see the little changes that will make a huge difference. There isn't anyone there to help you with any questions, just a kiosk. I ordered the sweet potato and chicken bowl. It's a yummy bowl (the broccoli throws the taste off a bit) but my sweet potatoes were cold while every other thing was warm. When I asked the girl was like "well the dressing makes it colder but it should be warmed" I said "the dressing would of course affect the temp but the potatoes are the only thing cold" I just let it go because she definitely didn't seem like she understood. The styrofoam cups are not convenient to hold and don't come out until your food is out. There were no tops out and the ice machine was on its last straw the whole time we were there. When I told the girls about the bathroom not having a working paper towel machine and the door being hard to lock it was also brushed off. When you're paying $15 for a bowl, these are just the little things that kind of make a difference. read more

I had high hopes for the Kaitlyn's Knockout Salad at Tossd--its vibrant presentation easily stole the show. But as beautiful as it looked, the reality didn't match up. The roasted sweet potatoes were served cold instead of warm, which I get but it was pretty off-putting. The proportions seemed lopsided too--some ingredients were generous, others barely noticeable--making the bowl feel unbalanced. And my pita bread was really soggy. Overall, it wasn't a great experience. If you're looking for a fresh, healthier options, I think Tossd is your spot. I need to explore the menu a bit more and see if there's another bowl/salad that makes me want to go to Tossd time and time again. read more

I got the black sheep salad. Not good enough nor big enough to be charging $19 maybe less meat and more veggies would help with their cost analysis. Service was mid to okay but what seemed to be a child was working the counter so can't blame her for not wanting to be there. It was good just better places around for the price. So refreshing to have a spot that serves food that actually feels good for you! Prices are reasonable for the portions, especially compared to other salad/bowl places. The drive-thru is super convenient, staff is friendly, and orders come out quick. I've tried most of the salads and a few bowls, all delicious. - I usually like to write positive reviews.... But today was rough. I was the 3rd car in line at 12:18, and didn't get my food until 12:41. I literally had to get out of my car and walk up to the speaker to see if it was working for the car in front of me. Portion sizes have significantly decreased as well since they opened. I liked coming here to get a healthy option in an unhealthy world. $15 for a bowl this size..... especially when they have been significantly larger in the past. Doesn't even fill up the bottom of the to go box. Quality and taste of food are on point though. Today may have just been a rough day. I will be back to give them and second chance and update my review!! I hope they are successful. It's a great option! I have been back a couple of times..... the service has been quick and the portion sizes have been much better. They may have just had an off day as most of us do. You do get a lot of food for what you pay for! I've only ever DoorDash or got to the drive through, but they have always been fairly fast! I have had three unique experiences with Tossd. The first being a "Thank You" luncheon, where I first tried a bowl, and it was delicious. I was hooked. I love a well-flavored and textured meal and this just made my mouth and stomach giggle with joy. So good! I next saw that Chef Alex Blosil had collaborated with Tossd and was anxious to try his concoction. I went to the drive-thru location in Pleasant Grove, Utah and ordered his Thai Beef Bowl, as well as the Cardamom Rice Pudding with the Pineapple Citrus Lime Juice. The bowl was incredible and the meat was cooked to perfection. The fresh ingredients, the perfectly cooked rice and steak was so flavorsome. The rice was good, but it was paired with apples, and I thought the balance was off. I wanted more rice, less apples, but that's a personal preference. The juice was good as well, with light flavors. Now, in the words of Miley Cyrus, "Everybody has those days." My third visit started off rough, but ended well. When I entered the same PG location (walk-in), there were two other customers finishing up as I entered my order onto the iPads located on the wall. I sat down to await my order, going for the Asian Chicken Bowl and Tristen's Mint Limeade this time, and soon the two other customers left. I was the only one in the restaurant and I waited for about 7-10 minutes. I couldn't see if they were preparing my bowl, as the design of the restaurant doesn't allow the employees to see clearly if someone is in the restaurant, so I decided to approach the window. Both employees that I could see were cutting meat. I got the attention of one of them and asked if they had received my order. Based on their reaction, they hadn't. They prepared my bowl quickly and I was on my way. This time I asked that they toss the bowl for me (I love this option by the way...let instagram worthy, but so much easier to dive right in). I was quite hungry and so wanted to take a couple of bites before I was on my way. I quickly noticed it was missing the chicken (I need and love the protein). I went back inside and asked them to put chicken on the bowl (no picture of bowl without chicken). While I waited I read through the menu and realized it was also missing the peanuts and Furikake. They added it on top and I left once more. So, overall, not their best customer service day, but was the food delicious? Yes! This was my favorite order to date! The limeade was packed with flavor and the bowl...drool worthy! Just great food. Overall, I would recommend Tossd for its great flavor and healthy options, but I think they have some space to improve the customer experiences. read more

My coworker recommended this place and it has got to be one of THE best salads I've had in my life. Not exactly sure which one I got haha but you can see in the pictures the toppings. If you're looking for the best salad in Utah, you need to get the summer seasonal salad. This is an absolutely must get, I've never had a better salad anywhere else! Ingredients are all so fresh and the portion is large. The summer seasonal salad comes with avocado, seasoned corn, pickled onions, chicken, cherry tomatoes, black beans, and a spicy poblano dressing. I've gotten this SO many times! Another favorite here is the thai beef bowl. I've gotten this one probably 7 times already. (I've literally been here probably upwards to 18 times.. that is probably a low estimate actually). My toddler daughter also loved eating the soffrito brown rice with the sauces from the thai bowl. This and the Asian chicken bowl are winners. Their brown rice is magical, literally. Definitely check this one out. GF options are labelled too. My top go-to right now for a quick drive thru lunch or dinner! read more

I got the harissa chicken bowl and it was pretty good. I'm used to anything with a "harissa" being spicy but this bowl had no spice and was kinda sweet. The food is quite good. I love to come here when I'm looking for a light, healthy meal. Strange experience today though. Went inside and waited a couple minutes to be helped but no one came to the register. Rang the bell a few times, still nothing. Walked back into the kitchen to see what was going on. No one there. My wife and I were the only people in the building! Walked to the drive through window and found 2 employees outside filming a TikTok dance. Opened the window from inside the restaurant and asked them if they could come inside and take our order. They acted like I was a huge inconvenience! Never said sorry. Never acted like I would have expected them to act. We were super polite and they still treated us like we were just in their way. I was excited to try Tossd because I love healthy food, but the experience fell flat. You order through iPads with no staff interaction, and the space felt cold and unwelcoming. Every table was dirty, the floor was filthy, napkins were falling out of the dispenser, and there were no forks. Only two employees were working on a busy Saturday night, and it took a long time to get our food. While the food tasted good, the portions were small for the $15 price. We waited about 50 minutes in the car for our food. 20 minutes at the window watching all 3 workers screw around instead of making our food and talking and laughing. Looked a lot more like a hang out instead of working. When we finally got our food it was missing ingredients. We asked about it and in reply we got a mean response basically asking us to drive away and that they were out. They then offered us more bread as compensation, but upon further inspection they failed to even give us the bread we ordered. I'm sad writing this. I love the food and will probably keep coming back to be honest.. but the customer service and the experience need some work. I've only had three experiences with Tossd and 2/3 are a negative hit. And the third one we had them cater a work meeting so it isn't super relevant. First offence: the girl at the drive thru was not very friendly. Quickly handed us our food while she was literally looking over her shoulder the opposite direction and didn't say a word. Then shut the window. Sitting there confused if that was all, and we should leave, we checked the bag because maybe she was coming back with something (it seemed like maybe she was running to grab something else) which would have made sense because we were indeed missing a couple things. She opened the window again after about 5 minutes and said "is something wrong?" To which we explained we were missing part of our order and also utensils. She handed us the missing focaccia bread we ordered and utensils and then shut the window without another word.. Second offence: Again, at the drive thru. The kid was kind this time, but it took probably 10 minutes waiting at the window for just two salads. Which, I can give benefit of the doubt if it was crazy inside. Finally got my food and I was still in good spirits, but the bag and also the two salads were covered in avocado mush. Gross. So the whole way home I'm trying to make sure the avocado is not getting all over my car or gym bag in the front seat. I get home and finally take the salads out of the bag (because I'm not pulling out slimy avocado covered salads from the bag in my car). Only to find that one salad was in the wrong container.. maybe the bowl container? Which is much smaller than the regular sized salad bowl. Therefore my salad was much smaller in volume than it should have been, with less chicken and less greens. Im a salad girly so I was SAD. I resorted to adding in my own romaine lettuce from my fridge to compensate. Again, I like Tossd and the food is great. But there is some room for improvement! read more

I think they very recently changed the chicken and sauce in the summer seasonal and mainly the change with the chicken will make me almost never go back. It's now kind of a soy sauce flavor and much drier and gummy. yuck. What a bummer, I used to LOVE this salad. read more
