I came in on a Thursday during Strawberry Days and ordered an Orange Creamsicle float and a chocolate chip cookie. It was really busy, which I expected--but despite ordering well before at least 16 other groups, I didn't receive my float until 50 minutes later. Everyone else in my group got their food, and I even followed up with a staff member partway through. She apologized and said she'd get right on it, but it still took a long time after that. The float itself was fine, but the cookie was pretty tough and not enjoyable. The staff was friendly, but there was clearly a lack of order prioritization or communication in the kitchen. The restaurant also feels a bit rundown--tables were sticky even after being wiped down, and parts of the space looked like unfinished or forgotten decor ideas shoved to the side. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I wouldn't choose to come back.

Ordered a to-go order on a weekday and it was delicious! The Monte Cristo was super flavorful and I loved the chunks of actual turkey. The jam was nice to dip the sandwich in and add a little sweetness. The fries were just okay. Kind of soggy and needed some more seasoning. The sandwich was really big and the portion was generous for the regular size. I would love to come again soon!

This setup was a little funky for us. Walking all the way to the back of the room to order was a little wonky, because we didn't see any signs or indication that we should do that. We just had to figure it out. Waitstaff were not very helpful, so the owner/manager might want to give them more training to be more helpful and friendly to new customers, so that the customers will return. Descriptions of the sandwiches are somewhat vague, so when hubby ordered the Pizza Melt, he actually thought it was a pizza. He felt it needed more flavor, like maybe (more?) Italian seasoning. My ABC grilled cheese was surprisingly lacking in cheese and apple flavor. I did get some delicious bites when the cheese had hit the griddle, and gotten a toasty char. Yum! Also, kudos for providing gluten-free bread! The gluten-free fries were a nice, tasty surprise; I really enjoyed them.

I would definitely recommend this place and will go back! Go on a Sunday if you're willing to eat out Sundays, they do a full size chicken fried steak on Sundays. I'll close by saying I'm a bit of a chicken fried steak connoisseur, I've eaten chicken fried steaks at a lot of places including Nevada casinos. The flavor here at Praise the Lord took me back to the best of these chicken fried steaks.

Unfortunately, that dish is currently not in season. Their seasonal fruit salad right now is Strawberry Fields, which is great too! I got it with grilled chicken rather than fried chicken. The salad was delicious!! Lots of color from the variety of fruits and veggies. They gave me 2 sauce cups of dressing; I went with poppy seed as my dressing. My friend got the blue cheese bacon burger. By the way, burgers do not automatically come with fries; you must add it on or upgrade to a combo. Also, my friend noticed there were cookie bits in his plain ole vanilla shake; no complaints, just thought it was something to call out since we assume a vanilla shake would just be that and nothing more haha we think there may be vanilla cookies in there. The location is pretty spacious with good amount of seating.

They were also out of the spam musubi, which was disappointing. We went on a Monday night and were the only people there. The vibes of the restaurant were also quite plain and it was only slightly themed which was surprising for a Hawaiian restaurant. Now for the not-so-good. We usually call ahead because we have a few family members with food allergies. We called ahead and everything sounded kopacetic. We arrived and ordered our food. One member of our 6 person party ate a couple of fries (which she asked about ahead of time due to her allergies) and she noticed something different about the fries. We asked one of the workers if they put something on the fries because they were crispy on the outside. The worker said "I don't think so." We asked if he could check to be sure so he went to ask. He came back and said "it's just crispy coating." So again we asked "can you tell us what is in the crispy coating because we are trying to avoid an allergic reaction." He replied "it's just crispy coating I don't know what's in it." So we asked "is there anyway you can find out what's in the crispy coating?" He replied "there is definitely a way to find out." He goes to the back...again. When he returns he says, "we fry the fries in a fryer with our chicken tenders. I would suggest not eating the fries." His suggestion is well-taken but we still don't know what's in the 'crispy coating.' When we were ordering, one member in my group asked for the two meat plate with brisket and pork ribs. The menu says "pork ribs." The worker said "We don't have pork ribs. We have ribs." So ribs it was. Giving a little room for grace, he was a young man who seemed to be new. BUT if you are at the cash register taking orders, you really should know what's on your menu. As for the food, it was disappointing. Portions were small. For the two meat plate with brisket and sausage, I was given one piece of brisket and a small hot link. To be fair, the menu says "8 oz" for the two meat plate so you kind of know what you're getting. When the order comes out, it looks very small. The brisket was a little on the dry side. The hot link was tasty but small. Buyer beware. TLDR; not coming back

They run a little light on the protein these days. Tables were not being attended to despite plenty of hands in the kitchen, the staff was not particularly warm.
