    Balsamic Chicken Greens with Grains

Loving this new location close to home! It's super quaint, welcoming, and inviting. The decor and ambiance is on point. They have employees checking in on tables and on your food, and even helping to clear your dishes. I've always loved Panera Bread - their soups, salads, and pastries are on point every time I come in. More recently discovered their chocolate croissants O.M.G. - my newest favorite (ahem...addiction) and can eat more than 1, in one sitting . Their balsamic chicken greens salad with grains is refreshing, and tasty - would get again. The ciabatta cheese steak sandwich was very well received by the fam. And you don't skip on the Mexican street corn chowder - hearty, filling, and tasty.

    Out of Avocado (very often)

They are constantly out of ingredients, especially avocado and tomatoes. For a place that specializes in salads and sandwiches, they are a joke. They need to do a better job ordering stock for their items on the menu.

My meal after I had only one bite. The lady behind me said the same thing about her Mac n cheese to her friend. Do better Panera.

I'm so disappointed. First off all the place is tiny. Then when I got my food I almost laughed at loud. It literally looked like I ordered a kids menu meal for a five year old. Yet, I ordered a normal adult sized meal. The picture I have I took after having only one bite. I then realized I should take a picture for my review. I ordered the same meal many times before but it had been awhile due to moving and not having one nearby. This location was finally built closer to me and I was excited to have it again. I'm so tired of portions being ridiculous small yet ridiculously expensive. And they gaslight you when you question the size and if they gave you the right thing claiming it's always been this size etc. I'm just so disappointed in this place. I know it's not the location specifically but corporate. Do better Panera.

Today (8/21/24) we attended the Grand Opening for this location. Usually there is a big fuss and swag and everything happening! This location had nothing! Hahaha we went at around 920, they opened at 7 so they had been opened for a bit even though it looked like they just opened the whole store then. It was a bit disorganized. Outside of my little group (3) there was one other person there doing dine in. We ordered on 2 separate checks, I got a bagel sliced not toasted or anything not only did it take about 5 min longer then my sister's toasted Asiago with spread. I had to go up and tell them that they missed my order, which was kind of sad being that we were basically the only ones there that weren't workers. 2nd round of food we ordered a bit more, again my sisters came out first (more food then me) and mine 2nd even though like before I was ahead of her and had less food that needed to be cooked. There were 5 managers with manager tags on that we could see and about 7 team members. So with all those hands and we still were getting food late and not ordered right?? Seems strange to me. We loved Panera in CO but seems to be falling flat her in Utah a little. I just thought it was also strange that for a grand opening they weren't doing anything? No games or music at the minimum! Crazy! When I have opened stores personally (3 locations) it's been a big thing! You want the community involved! Anyways food was okay, didn't taste super fresh, bagels were yummy cute store. Just expected more I guess

Great bagels - get them in the morning time. We also really love the honey walnut cream cheese.

Now for the not-so-good. We usually call ahead because we have a few family members with food allergies. We called ahead and everything sounded kopacetic. We arrived and ordered our food. One member of our 6 person party ate a couple of fries (which she asked about ahead of time due to her allergies) and she noticed something different about the fries. We asked one of the workers if they put something on the fries because they were crispy on the outside. The worker said "I don't think so." We asked if he could check to be sure so he went to ask. He came back and said "it's just crispy coating." So again we asked "can you tell us what is in the crispy coating because we are trying to avoid an allergic reaction." He replied "it's just crispy coating I don't know what's in it." So we asked "is there anyway you can find out what's in the crispy coating?" He replied "there is definitely a way to find out." He goes to the back...again. When he returns he says, "we fry the fries in a fryer with our chicken tenders. I would suggest not eating the fries." His suggestion is well-taken but we still don't know what's in the 'crispy coating.' When we were ordering, one member in my group asked for the two meat plate with brisket and pork ribs. The menu says "pork ribs." The worker said "We don't have pork ribs. We have ribs." So ribs it was. Giving a little room for grace, he was a young man who seemed to be new. BUT if you are at the cash register taking orders, you really should know what's on your menu. As for the food, it was disappointing. Portions were small. For the two meat plate with brisket and sausage, I was given one piece of brisket and a small hot link. To be fair, the menu says "8 oz" for the two meat plate so you kind of know what you're getting. When the order comes out, it looks very small. The brisket was a little on the dry side. The hot link was tasty but small. Buyer beware. TLDR; not coming back

The gravy was only okay not great and the mashed potatoes were not good. I wish there was anything good I could say. The corn was alright I guess but it's hard to mess that up. The result looked nothing like advertised and on door dash it said it came with green beans but I didnt get any. I wont be back and I do not recommend. I recommend that the cook learn how to make good food before they start charging for it.

Basically these are "sliders" but the piece of meat is pretty substantial, I'm a big guy and two of these filled me up. I tried one of each of the three sandwich styles, they were all great. The mac and cheese is my favorite. Then, it's not on the menu / not for sale but they treat you to a great dessert, a fried sweet potato mixture. I would definitely recommend this place and will go back! Go on a Sunday if you're willing to eat out Sundays, they do a full size chicken fried steak on Sundays. I'll close by saying I'm a bit of a chicken fried steak connoisseur, I've eaten chicken fried steaks at a lot of places including Nevada casinos. The flavor here at Praise the Lord took me back to the best of these chicken fried steaks.

Carne asada was so tender and juicy and the ceviche was surprisingly tasty. The restaurant itself was well decorated and an open kitchen concept as well which is so fun. Our oldest grandson said the carnitas tacos were too good--he ate six of them. My arrachera steak had a great flavor, and the side of onions and portobella mushrooms was generous and perfectly cooked. I also enjoyed the tasty glazed carrots. My husband's bone-in short rib birria was melt-in-your-mouth tender and enough to feed two people. Unfortunately, I had to deduct a star because of a safety issue. The arrachera was served on a hot stone placed on a wooden board. When it arrived at our table, the stone was still so hot it was spitting droplets of fat. Being short in stature, I was right in the line of fire. Also, metal absorbs heat, so the steak knife leaning against the stone was too hot to touch. Another problem with this serving method is that a medium rare steak can quickly become well done. Anyway, I had to transfer the food to a plate before I could eat it. I strongly urge the chefs or waiters to plate the arrachera in the kitchen, even if the presentation isn't as dramatic.
