The styrofoam cups are not convenient to hold and don't come out until your food is out. There were no tops out and the ice machine was on its last straw the whole time we were there. When I told the girls about the bathroom not having a working paper towel machine and the door being hard to lock it was also brushed off. When you're paying $15 for a bowl, these are just the little things that kind of make a difference.
