Went to Kneaders and got the all-you-can-eat French toast--and it totally hit the spot. Thick slices of cinnamon bread, grilled perfectly and served with whipped cream and strawberries. The toast was soft, fluffy, and had just the right amount of sweetness and cinnamon. It's all-you-can-eat, but I was full after 1.5 plates. If you can eat at least two plates, it's a pretty good deal! The staff were friendly and efficient, even with a busy crowd. The cozy, casual vibe makes it a great place to relax and enjoy a warm breakfast. It's one of those comfort meals that's simple but really satisfying. Very cute little bakery. Looks very clean and modern. I like all the cottage decor in the middle of the room, it makes it feel homey. The service was alright, the woman taking our order was a little confused and rang us up funky, but when the food came out the other woman who ran the food was quick to fix it. I got the turkey pesto hot sandwich, which was super delicious! Their Parmesan chips were very flavorful. The French toast is made on a delicious fluffy bread. Their bacon is not very good though. Doesn't feel fresh. Tastes premade-- or made hours before serving. Dry and hard. We also got an Oreo cheesecake which I didn't like. I am a cheesecake aficionado and so I know a good cheesecake. Kneaders is about as ubiquitous in Utah as In-N-Out is in California. But they are always packed, and for good reason-they have quality stuff. I pass a handful of locations on my way to Pleasant Grove but found myself in this spot recently to attend a cookie decorating class. The staff were incredibly welcoming and truly grateful to all the customer who had signed up for the class. The pastry chef led the group in some simple sugar cookie decorating and answered any questions we had. There was plenty of frosting to take home and decorate more cookies, which is what I did. I may not be a skilled cookie decorator, but I had fun! Included in the class price was lunch, which I thought was more than generous. The cost per person was $15 which included 4 cookies & decorating supplies, a meal and a fountain drink. It was a wonderful date activity! We had a blast and plan to attend other classes in the future. read more

Was greeted so warmly as soon as I entered the doors! The interior decor and ambiance was so inviting and warm - the kind of place you want to hang out for hours with a friend! Went here last night with my son. We ordered 2 sandwiches, nothing added or fancy. No drinks . Both my son and I had a heart attack after hearing how much the cost was; over $17.00 a piece. 2COTTON PICKEN SANDWHICHES !!!!. One was just a BLT. I know grocery prices are high, but not that high.. I would suggest if you want something a little less expensive and yet a little more tasty go to next-door or down the street because this is Highway robbery. I will not buy from them again we decided to not pay for it. We got out of line and went to the purple turtle instead which only cost me $20 for a lot more food. I was about to give up on Kneaders. I have been a customer for years and saw a few stores go down in quality and upkeep. Plus, they took my faorite sandwich off the menu -- the artichoke panini. But, I went to the grand opening of this one and was blown away. Not only did I find my new favorite salad, I have been overly impressed with the kind staff and impeccable service. What's the point of placing a pickup order if it's not ready when I arrive? It defeats the purpose of ordering ahead when I still have to wait in the same line as everyone else--and then wait again because my bread wasn't prepared. Kneaders Bakery is a great spot with a cozy ambiance that feels just right--though a few more booths wouldn't hurt anyone. Their French toast is a must-try, and the variety of fresh breads never disappoints. I'm a a big coffee drinker, so having it behind the counter makes refills a bit tricky other locations don't do that they actually have it by the soda machine. They should consider the move IMO. 6 o'clock on a Saturday night, these staff members obviously need retraining. They are running around looking chaotic. Everybody around me is getting wrong food or having their order have to go back up. As well as the bread that is ready to be bagged is sitting out on the side of the counter with no protection from anybody or anybody's children potentially touching all the bread. wait time is 15-25 minutes, and still wrong. and to add to the incredibly embarrassing level of service and disorganization, they couldn't even get a cookie order correctly. We just got home with wrong cookies. We didn't think we'd have to taste the cookies. Can you imagine if someone had an allergy to peanuts..... Management needs to get in there and fix this, this is an embarrassing location. I also see that management is posting to please be patient since it's recently opened, this isn't just about being recently opened.
