Not a disaster, but worth noting. The Turkey Tom and Spicy Italian were both tasty, which is the baseline expectation and Jimmy John's does meet it. One tip: ask for extra meat on the Turkey Tom. They run a little light on the protein these days. Tables were not being attended to despite plenty of hands in the kitchen, the staff was not particularly warm. The dining room was freezing, and with only two tables outside your options for a comfortable seat are limited either way. Prices are standard for the category and the sandwiches deliver on flavor. If I'm being for real... Jimmy John's is not my first pick for sandwiches, but my husband likes it, so we got it for dinner. My husband ordered the #5 Vito, and I got the #6 Veggie with mustard, pickles, onions, and peppers added. We also got their BBQ chips and a Coke to drink. I was actually pretty happy with my sandwich! A friend recommended it to me since she also isn't a huge Jimmy John's fan, and I'd definitely order it again. I've been to this location a few times already. Service has always been 10/10! The staff were all very friendly and efficient. One time I went to redeem my free birthday sandwich, but somehow the system didn't show that on my account. The staff (or maybe she was the manager?) still let me get my sandwich and wished me a happy birthday. I really appreciated that, otherwise I'd be quite upset that this happened on my birthday. I've tried many of their sandwiches, such as the Billy Club, Beach Club, Club Lulu, etc., and they all tasted great. My favorite was the toasted roast beef + cheddar, which was part of the new toasted sandwiches. Sometimes they have deals for free delivery or other discounts. I can't complain considering how fast, efficient, and affordable Jimmy Johns is. I like this location. The staff are friendly, jump right to it as you are ordering, even their drive through runs like a well oiled machine. My favorite is the Turkey Tom or #9 Midnight Italian. In recent years I've switched the Tom to an unwich (which is their term for lettuce wrapped instead of bread). Love the fresh flavor of the lettuce with the turkey. I also get extra turkey for more protein and always hot peppers to spice things up. I also really like their pickles. Nice vinegar and dill flavor. You can have them cut the pickle up any way you want. I go with quartered for easier biting. The place is clean if you dine in and quick from order to eating. Came here for the first time a few months ago due to a family member raving about the sandwiches. First off, let me specify that this review is completely based on the customer service that Travis, director of Human Resources, and Andy, General Manager gave me and my family. I sent someone in a Friday night to fetch us a couple of sandwiches for dinner. Got the sandwiches, but realized that our sandwiches were not done correctly based on our initial order. So, I called in and spoke to a shift manager and explained to them what had happened. I drove back to the restaurant, and asked for the shift manager, with them knowing I was coming to see them shortly. Let me just say that the shift manager couldn't handle an unsatisfied customer and one of the employees there, got confrontational on their behalf. At the end of this whole situation, I came home starving, with no sandwich in hand, and was fuming based on the customer service I just experienced. So I reached out to the general manager Andy, as well as Travis, who is the director of Human Resources. Let me just say that these two made me believe in Jimmy Johns again, and they righted any wrongs that happened on my first experience with the company. Travis and Andy not only made a long lasting impression on me and my family, but they were really sincere, genuine, and truly cared about people and their experience in their store. If only every company cared about their customers the way these two do, the world will be a happier place! read more

I've waited for delivery's for up to an hour before, I've had to go in multiple times after going through the drive-thru bc something was wrong with my sandwich, and more than once my order has been wrong on my delivery. Today they forgot the turkey in my sandwich. I took two bites of it when I turned my car around. I went in and they just tried to hand me the turkey to flop it in some how . I was like "can you make me a new one please". They hesitated and started it, forced me to throw away the other one (which we could've saved and fed our children, no need to waste it). Then as I pulled away and took another bite I could tell it was different, they forgot the sprouts which I had asked for. Look, it's not a big deal. We all make mistakes. Absolutely love it here! Everyone is so friendly and they're fast and efficient at their jobs. I feel it's kind of hard to get all of that in a fast-food business, speaking as someone who also works in fast-food, but Jimmy John's seems to have no problem doing all of that and more! It's always worth it to drive out of our way to get some food here because even after a 15min car ride, everything still tastes great and the bread isn't too soggy. I only recently started coming to this location and, unless they add one closer to my house (which is the ultimate dream), I'll keep coming here! One night, our family members decided to have food delivered and watch a movie. My phone showed two different Jimmy John's that could serve the area but it had difficulty pinpointing our exact location. I contacted the Pleasant Grove Jimmy John's location and presented the manager the address. He confirmed it was actually in his particular store's delivery area and he took my order personally. Someone in my office orders from this place a couple times a week. I usually order once a week. They are super fast at delivering our order. This is great , because most of the time I'm crazy swamped and realize I'm starving, but don't have time to run and get something. They even bring a snack for our office dog!
