The food was good. However I ordered my food for pickup & we were missing items. They forgot to add our onion rings & forgot to add bacon to our burger. Keeping in mind that we paid extra. We realized the onion rings were missing till we got home so we drove back as our meal was expensive. Pretty great fast food. The burger patties are nice and charred. The bun basically smashes to nothing and....I can't decide if it was great or too soft. The crinkle cut fries were actually pretty good (I normally strongly dislike this cut), the cheese curds and the pretzel bites were enjoyed by all. I love that they had family sizes for the sides, made it cheaper for our big family. And the root beer was excellent! Very creamy. The service was great and the restaurant was clean. Every other time we order via drive-through we receive something different than what we ordered. My favorite was when I asked for a chocolate concrete with Heath Bar and when the concrete with peach arrived I wasn't surprised. I didn't discover the peach until I had eaten the other food and began eating the concrete. Came here on a Monday night and they were out of bananas.....so I couldn't get the mixer I wanted. Got a refund. Other mixers we ordered seemed to satisfy the younger (less matured) taste buds - too sweet in my opinion. Customer service was just OK. disappointed. went through the drive through because i was on a road trip and didn't want to take time to sit down and eat. I needed to keep going. I ordered a kids chicken tenders meal with a salad that I had to pay extra for. they never put the chicken tenders in my bag. I called the restaurant and was told they would not refund the chicken tenders unless I turned around and came all the way back. this is the 3 bad experience I've had with different Culvers. never again read more

Had a wonderful experience at Lehi Culvers today. I was welcomed in as soon as me and my mother walked in, and the cashier that took our order was very quick and polite. Our order was on our table in front of us within 2 minutes of sitting down, and the fries and our meals were steaming. This might have been the best burger I have had from any Restaurant. fresh, delicious bacon, perfectly cooked and seasoned patty, and my mothers sourdough melt was perfectly golden without being soggy. the fries were just out of the fryers, without being soggy or dripping with hot oil. I'd like to throw out some names! I believe it was Jack on the grill, and Shon on fryers, and Corban as the MOD. I got wonderful service from both Corban and the Cashier. Enjoying the friendly service here! Very nice and polite as you walk in. This is down to earth place to come and enjoy a good burger! Plus the fish and chips here is amazing along with the shrimp! The place is just casual and very nice. A family friendly place to bring your family. Kids enjoying there burgers which are huge. I love eating here, never disappoints. Most people don't review fast food joints unless it's bad because they assume everyone already knows what it will taste like but this review is for people from out of state. I have wanted to try Culver's for a while now and I really like it! It is not as saucy as say in n out, but the quality of meat is really good. These are smash burgers and they seem to be a mix of in n out (because of the buns and price) and shake shack (because of the meat and fries). I truly enjoyed the burger. Tips on how to order if you have never been. The deluxe burger is essentially the burger to get if you want a classic cheeseburger with everything on it. The butter burger is if you are pickier about your burgers. It is basically just the bread and meat, so you tell the employees what else you would want on the burger. I really enjoyed this burger, however I do wish it had more veggies and would have liked it more if the cheese were more melted. read more

Never have I went out somewhere and ran to the reviews on yelp so fast because it was very obvious that the customer service was something to talk about. Culver's makes a decent custard. Food is okay but I never ever come here for the food. I'm usually drawn in for the Flavor-of-the-day. Blackberry, chocolate cover strawberry and cookie dough cravings are all wonderful to name a few. The Blackberry Cobbler flavor could use a change in my option. I don't consider granola to be the "cobbler" part of the dish. I was actually quite disappointed to not have actual pie crust. When you advertise "cobbler" you better deliver cobbler/pie! This review is specifically for their spicy chicken sandwich! Hidden at the bottom of the menu is one of the best spicy chickens I've ever had. Make sure to order it with Mayo! The chicken is huge, fresh fried, not greasy and perfectly spicy. It's by no means black pepper spicy , maybe cayenne ? Either way it's Super good. I think you have to go look at the window to get the current scoop. When I passed through they had $2.50 pints on Tuesday and Friday. I tried the Turtle which everyone seems to recommend the most - OK but not mindblowing. It's like a better-end grocery store ice cream, like Haagen-Daaz. At least they hit the basics of using straight milk and cream without cutting it with additives and air. I've eaten at Culver's in Wisconsin where it's got the same level of fans as In-N-Out. I've never quite gotten it. I've never quite gotten In-N-Out either.
