Had Froyo in other cities, and this one is a decent location. It wasn't a great first-time experience, but the place seemed clean and inviting upon first walking in. Seemed like only one employee was working there, which was fine as we came in the hours between lunch and dinner so it wasn't busy, but we were not greeted when we walked in. Also, you cannot sample any flavors at this time (I'm sure it's because of the pandemic), so I'm not sure if they actually gave samples pre-pandemic at this location. When checking out, the employee seemed disinterested, disconnected, more like a robot who just was there to do her job and not go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Yogurt was just OK.

This frozen yogurt shop is really cute, in a good central location, but it is not my favorite frozen yogurt around. Don't get me wrong, their flavors are great, but something about the consistency is a little bit icey. Great toppings, just wish the yogurt was better. Since it's the only one in town, making a tweak to the quality would bring more people in.

impolite worker glaring at me

If you are looking for a place to get froyo i highly don't recommend this place! if your looking for good icecream/customer service don't come here.... PERIOD last friday night me and a couple friends came in roughly around 10:30 and got our froyo while we were paying the worker was very aggressive with my card and was glaring at me then proceeded to say bye in the FAKEST BYE IVE EVER HEARD then me and my friends proceeded to sit down and eat our froyo when her and her fellow worker started talking mean about me and my friends and glaring at us very intensely the she proceeded to walk past us with a stank eye THEN SHE SLAMED THE DOOR and then one of the workers kicked us out of the restaurant at 10:45 15 mins before closing plus there was many people in the booths i really don't know what we did we literally just sat down and we were not loud at all and we were being reverent Anyways the moral of the story is THIS GIRL NEEDS TO GET FIRED

Clean, lots of flavors, many toppings, a few serving containers (two cup sizes plus waffle cones), and the most sauces we've seen at a froyo place. There is plenty seating for small and large groups with a plethora of ambient light (faces east, so you'll not have to worry about direct sunlight shining in your face). Staff was nice and continually cleaned surfaces while our group of 10 visited Saturday after lunchtime. Bathroom (women's) is single serve, bright, and clean. Froyo anywhere is an expensive treat, but worth the price with all the flavors, toppings, and sauces you could imagine. Buy all the ingredients and have your own at home or buy a Ben & Jerrys to see that stopping by FroYo instead is worth working an extra hour of your job to pay for it.

Enjoying the treats and laid back atmosphere.

I'm not a Frozen Yogurt expert but I thought this was a pretty great experience. The place has a relaxing & inviting decor that makes you want to hang out with friends and family while enjoying your frozen treats. I sampled several flavors and many had a smooth creamy texture with some tastes better than others. The chocolate was quite good. I particularly liked the peach. But other flavors like cheesecake weren't even close (tasted more like birthday cake). There are lots of topping options to choose from. The prices do seem a bit high for frozen yogurt though. Overall a better than average experience and I'd come back again.

I come here often with my kids. Place is always clean, even when busy. Cozy and cute place. I've never had a bad experience here, even at the height of the pandemic. The last few times there has always been the same young lady here. Including today. She is so kind that it feels like she genuinely loves being here. She greets everyone and smiles big...Weird, but it sure makes for a nice experience.

Butts on counters. Ew, people.

(I think the address on this one is wrong...it's a little further down, across the road from Chipotle, rebranded Uswirl location.) Fantastic flavors. Loved the pistachio gelato and pomegranate raspberry sorbet. Good stuff! Toppings were good and there's a huge selection of toppings and sauces. Seating inside is very cool. Couches and footrests along with the typical tables. Especially liked the huge half circle that could seat 20. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is the employees sitting on the counters. Butts on surfaces where food goes makes me cringe.

Vegan coconut soft serve with mangoes, strawberries, boba, and coconut shreds

They got a new vegan flavor. It is a coconut flavor made with coconut milk. It is delicious. They have a few other nondairy sorbet and Italian ice flavors as well. We went on a Thursday evening in May and the place was packed. But since it's self serve the line moved pretty quickly.

Picture taken at 9:20, they don't close until 10. Refused to let us in. 25 min drive to get there wasted.

Easily one of the top ice creams along the Wasatch Front…read more I had a double with Honeycomb and Mint Chocolate Chip. Huge portion. Both were excellent. They churn their own ice cream in house and it is obvious that they use awesomeness amounts of cream. The store has a cozy and chic vibe. I like the minty green color scheme. The overall feel is comfortable. Don't expect a freezer displaying their ice creams as the freezer case is behind the small counter that holds the cookies they use for sundae and shake addins. The employee was cheerful and happy to serve. This is a Mom & Pop establishment, so this is their only location. It was worth a 25 minute drive for me, maybe it will be for you, too. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!
