They let me try as many as I want, which was five or six before choosing my three in the large (you can get up to two in the small or medium). I chose English toffee, Greek yogurt (with berries), and blue (for 4th of July) fior de latte (milk flower). I normally like things with fruit the most, but the English toffee and fior de latte had a great rich texture that made me favor them. The employees were nice and had a good sense of humor. A metal tray crashed to the ground and we all joked about it. The table are iron and marble, evocative of Italianate style. The AC was at a perfect level. I did not use the bathrooms. The parking might not be great for busier days, The lot has ~10 spots and the adjacent street (400 N) has no parking signs in front. The only negative was the tables could've used wiping. I arrived close to closing, but it was pretty slow. So, they both could've done it, but also might not have prioritized it, before a final wipe when they left. read more

Good taste - you can really taste each unique flavor. The gelato was incredibly soft and creamy. You will definitely not mistaken this gelato for some run-of-the-mill ice cream. I got the kid scoop, which you can choose 2 flavors and that was more than enough! I'm happy they really pack it in. The server that scooped our gelato was friendly and professional. She allowed us to sample different flavors before selecting our final order. There was a party in front of us that ordered a lot, which caused a bit of a line to build up. I have to say, I was impressed with this place. It's so popular now, because it's actually good. I would say the quality of the gelato is comparable to Dolcetti's in SLC. I was thrilled to pass this shop a couple weeks ago when I was in Provo visiting family. We met up with my cousins (one of whom lived in Italy) a couple days later. The shop has concrete floors and is quite loud and echoey but there is some indoor seating which was nice on a hot day. The flavors were authentic and extremely well executed.
