Great service and gelato. Among the best I've had in America. They let me try as many as I want, which was five or six before choosing my three in the large (you can get up to two in the small or medium). I chose English toffee, Greek yogurt (with berries), and blue (for 4th of July) fior de latte (milk flower). I normally like things with fruit the most, but the English toffee and fior de latte had a great rich texture that made me favor them. The employees were nice and had a good sense of humor. A metal tray crashed to the ground and we all joked about it. The table are iron and marble, evocative of Italianate style. The AC was at a perfect level. I did not use the bathrooms. The parking might not be great for busier days, The lot has ~10 spots and the adjacent street (400 N) has no parking signs in front. The only negative was the tables could've used wiping. I arrived close to closing, but it was pretty slow. So, they both could've done it, but also might not have prioritized it, before a final wipe when they left. read more

Welcome to Italy! In Provo. And this legit gelato is standing the test of time so far. Italians, gelato experts and lovers, and foodies agree that Vinci is the real thing. Their comfortable, bright, and whimsical shop is serving up their goods with a smile. They even chat about everything we love and what we would like to see. I am loving the monthly/seasonal flavors they are bringing on. Their take on affogato is also fantastic. I will admit this is one of our stops when we have out-of-towners. You should check it out and bring friends!! And prepare to take a pint or two home. read more

Best Gelato I've had in Utah. Period. Staff: super friendly and helpful. Ambiance: the place is cute, and the perfect size for a gelato spot. Vintage scoops on the wall were a fun touch. The Gelato: unforgettable. Pistachio was my favorite! Crema Toscana and dark chocolate were also delicious. I can't wait to come back here and try other flavors. read more

This is by FAR THE BESTauthentic gelato I've ever had in Utah so far! The flavors and texture are on POINT‼ My ultimate fav flavor of theirs is the chocolate hazelnut - absolutely phenomal. Their flavors (fruity or sweet) are authentic. I will travel 20+ minutes to get my fix (quality goes a long way). Service is always fast and friendly (even though there's always a line!). Perfect corner location and is super inviting - def has curb appeal! read more

Good taste - you can really taste each unique flavor. The gelato was incredibly soft and creamy. You will definitely not mistaken this gelato for some run-of-the-mill ice cream. I got the kid scoop, which you can choose 2 flavors and that was more than enough! I'm happy they really pack it in. The server that scooped our gelato was friendly and professional. She allowed us to sample different flavors before selecting our final order. There was a party in front of us that ordered a lot, which caused a bit of a line to build up. However, she delivered great service to all of us while scooping non stop! The ambiance is very pretty and clean. Definitely a nice modern aesthetic. I hope to see a coffee flavor gelato added...or maybe they already have one and just weren't serving it that day. That's my favorite flavor! read more

We love this place. The atmosphere is lovely, especially when they have the big door open with the outdoor seating. I loved the salted caramel and peach. Tastes very authentic, very creamy, high end. The prices are a bit steep, I'd say more than average gelato but we just get the child's size and it's more than enough for a good date night. We will Be returning. read more

I have to say, I was impressed with this place. It's so popular now, because it's actually good. I would say the quality of the gelato is comparable to Dolcetti's in SLC. It's dense (as it should be), smooth, and the flavors taste pure. I especially loved the pistachio gelato! Probably the best gelato place in Utah County at the moment. It's always busy in the evening so come a little earlier in the day if you can! read more

We can't believe gelato that tastes this authentic is in Provo The servers were patient, they offer samples which is always nice, and the servings are great sizes, not to mention the flavors are just so well done. The only downside is that the building itself tends to have a very loud echo so we ended up moving outside so we could talk. We will definitely be back! read more

We really enjoy this new gelato spot in Provo. Surprisingly, there haven't been many gelato places in Utah County, so we're thrilled that this one is a hit and living up to its reputation. Our favorite flavors are pistachio, chocolate, and tiramisu. Insiders tip I was suggest eating outside because the inside with the heart services it's very loud space to have a conversation. read more

I was thrilled to pass this shop a couple weeks ago when I was in Provo visiting family. We met up with my cousins (one of whom lived in Italy) a couple days later. The shop has concrete floors and is quite loud and echoey but there is some indoor seating which was nice on a hot day. The flavors were authentic and extremely well executed. All of us were impressed by the quality of gelato. The service was knowledgeable and engaging. I would definitely recommend a visit to this shop! read more

Utah County has been in desperate need of a fantastic gelato shop. Well, we finally have one! This gelato is creamy and absolutely melts in your mouth. Each flavor was so decadent - we absolutely loved every single flavor. We tried and wish that we could have tried more! That just means we'll have to go back! I am such a fan of chocolate that the gianduja was my favorite! But you definitely need to try the pistachio, the brown butter, Marion-berry sorbet, and hazelnut! read more

Amazing gelato very helpful staff I love this lace Really nice employees very patient

Went today and the smell in there was awful, like a dirty mop smell or something. The girl behind the counter wasn't very friendly. The gelato has a wonderful creamy consistency but hardly any flavor. Paid extra for cannoli...$17.00 for 2 gelato!! No thanks. read more

Maybe I hit it at the right moment in my life, but every flavor I sampled was so so good in my mouth. Each gelato in the case was like a work of art, as it should be, and I wanted to eat all the flavors. I chose the cinnamon one and the chocolate hazelnut one, and I downed them so fast. It was not that expensive, and I loved it so much. read more
