As a southerner, I was so excited to here when Bruster's opened last summer! It was the best day ever- especially as a new Utah resident. It's been over a year and I still go most Thursdays! BYOB- Bring your own banana. Your banana split is half off if you bring your own 'nana! They typically serve it with vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate with chocolate drizzle, strawberry, and pineapple topped with whipped cream and a cherry! My advice: switch out some of the flavors for the fun ones! They also have free puppy sundaes everyday if you bring your doggie!

Ice cream is my favorite dessert. It might even be my favorite food. "There's always room for ice cream" is one of my life mottos, but I don't waste my life on bad ice cream. Bruster's is legit. They have delicious fresh-made ice cream with some unique flavors and some AMAZING toppings. There's tons of room to be creative with their menu which makes it such a unique and fun spot to go. They only have outdoor seating so keep that in mind but they do have a walk up and drive-through window!

This was some of the best ice cream I've had anywhere. the flavors were strong and the cones fresh and crisp. The service was friendly and complete with helpful suggestions. I will be back whenever I roll through town!

My family would often visit this place back in NH so it brings some sweet nostalgia with it. I LOVE the cotton candy explosion flavor. Usually not a fan of that flavor but they do it right. The pop rock-like candy is a nice surprise. Also, a waffle cone is a must IMO.

I heard good things so I was a little bit disappointed... When we pulled up we thought they would come up and take our order because we had parker in the "drive up" section. After a minute with no employees we got out of the car. We asked if they typically use their drive up order area and they said, "Yeah...it was just really busy today so we decided not to." If they aren't going to use it they ar least need a sign so that it is clear to customers. The area was a little dirty, they were out of cones, they told me that with the size I ordered I could only have three flavors of ice cream not two, they didn't know what the flavor of the week was and didn't seem worried that they didn't know, and the card reader wasn't working. Hopefully I just came on an off night but I left feeling frustrated. The ice cream was good but nothing special (except for the banana pudding - tasted like laughy-taffy and was not good). I would much prefer Rockwell, Brooker's, or Mora's for ice cream.

We went to Brusters in Provo for the first time. It was amazing! Service was fast and friendly. Everyone was social distancing. if you can't decide, they will let you taste a few. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have unique and wonderful flavors. We ended up trying several flavors... *Birthday cake...that blue ribbon is chunks of delicious frosting and the icecream flavor was so yummy. *Chocolate covered pretzel with caramel....was my all-time favorite! Equal balance of crunchy pretzels, caramel and creamy sweet ice-cream. *S'mores with Oreos, pieces of Graham crackers and ribbon of marshmallow cream in chocolate ice-cream. This was my son's favorite. *Reese's PB ice-cream with Reese's chunks *Cookie Craze has Oreos, Dino cookie chunks, and cookie dough in vanilla ice cream. Delicious! *Chocolate Mudslide is chocolate ice-cream with brownies and marshmallow cream and chocolate chunks. This was my daughter's favorite. She couldn't get enough of it.

This is a great place to come for yummy, freshly-made ice cream. They have a wide variety of flavors that change daily, and the toppings are fresh. It is a casual outdoor atmosphere. Perfect for those hot summer nights, but have shaded tables to protect you from the hot sun. There are other local eating establishments close by, so this is a perfect location & a great way to end a date!

This place is awesome! My husband had talked about it a lot because he grew up near a Bruster's, and it lived up to the hype. Delicious ice cream, great waffle cones, and awesome service. They even give a free kids cone if your child is under 40" tall! They gave it to me without me even mentioning it. Everyone was nice and helpful, I couldn't be happier with our experience. We will definitely be back!

I thought it was also nice that they had dietary restriction friendly options for those who are keto, gluten free, or vegan. I actually ended up trying one of the sugar free options because the flavors sounded really yummy! I wasn't in the mood for a heavy loaded up cup, but those looked incredible too. I stopped by on a late Saturday afternoon and the space was pretty quiet and chill. The staff members were so incredibly kind and helpful when I was making my decision. They also made it really easy to transport back home. I ended up going with the sugar free butter toffee. This was the first time I've seen sf options at an ice cream shop and unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. For the most part my experience with sugar free options has been great, but this was completely devoid of any flavor. I'm almost wondering if the sf flavors are a gimmick to make you feel like you're choosing, when in actuality they just whip up cold milk. Part of the experience is they make the ice cream in front of you, but aside from adding a little stevia I'm not sure what all went into my ice cream. When I got home and tried a scoop it just tasted like whole milk. I was super disappointed because I got a large! I'm torn between giving the sf option another shot or just writing it off forever. It was my first time trying Sub Zero, so I'm sad this was my first impression. Besides the flavorless taste, the texture is fun and almost reminds me a little of dippin dots. Overall, torn on my decision to try this place again or not. There's so many good dessert options around, so I guess we'll see. I still think it's a place you should try at least once, but order the sf options at your own risk!

An interesting concept that works. 3.8 stars, is that a thing? LOL…read more This location is pretty cool. Nice layout and the ambiance is relaxed and chill. (Gotta use "chill" and "cool" when talking about an ice cream place, right?) Just by the entrance and under the stair case is a comfy cubby with two or three high rise tables and chairs. A cozy place to eat your ice cream with a nice window view of the entryway and the street. Then there is the upstairs. You go up a long spiral staircase (there's a landing halfway up) to go to the upper room. Pretty cool. Good view of the Provo Temple across the street. Fun place to eat your ice cream. The employee was not only friendly but you could tell she enjoyed her job. She had fun every time she had to make the ice cream. She told you all about it, too. So on the to ice cream. I had a mix in from the menu, Key Lime pie. Lime-flavored ice cream with bits of cheesecake and something else. It was OK, but I bordered on not liking it. It didn't remind of Key lime pie. But the texture was dense. That's what they are proud of. This process does not stir air into the mixture so it is much more dense than regular ice cream. And not only that, you get a lot of it. The small size cup is really huge! I'm not a fan of the texture. I like a good creamy, smooth ice cream. And while it makes you feel like you are getting more for your money, while not bad, the experience is not a good as a creamy ice cream or gelato. It's ice cream. And it's dense. Very dense. Still Ice cream, though, but very dense. It's not bad. Just not my jam. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

I've never been to the Creamery before, but I will definitely come back!…read more I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was quite tasty. There are a few different stations with condiments and other sandwich toppings (including fry sauce), so it's a bit much to navigate, but it allows you to top your sandwich however you like. I also stole a few fries from my daughter, and they were delicious. After dinner, we got ice cream. I tried the chocolate Graham Canyon--two thumbs up! We also bought a few other things (cookies and cream milk, chocolate chip banana bread), and everything was yummy. The wait is very long for both food and ice cream, and somehow there aren't enough tables (even though there are a lot of them). It's quite crowded, too. But it's a fun and cheerful space, and it seems like a spectacular spot for students on campus to meet up and have fun.

More parking, but it is very narrow between the rows. I didn't park my truck there because of it. But parking is accessible at the Music School across the street for a very easy walk.
