Twisted Sugar is one of the the best cookie shops around! I've been so impressed when their cookies and their flavors of the month. This location offers great service with employees who are helpful and enjoyable. The cookies and cream is the best. I love the frosting, the chocolate and caramel drizzle, and the crushed Oreos. The peanut butter Nutella is always so soft and the flavor combo works so well together. These are my go-go's every time. The chocolate chip is really tasty too. It's soft and I love the chocolate chips they use. Everything is high quality and that definitely shows by the taste and presentation! Go here next time you want a delicious cookie!!
The customer service was exceptional! I'm ready to change my review to a 5 star when my gift card works! That is the only bummer! The cookies were so so good and I always love a soda! The drive through is the best best part!
Delicious cookies!!!! The frosting is amazing!!!! The cookies are baked just right right so they are super soft but not under cooked. This was my first visit. My husband and I couldn't decide and wanted to try several cookies so we ended up ordering a dozen. My favorites were the snickerdoodle (sugar doodle), lemon raspberry, and frosted sugar cookie. My husband couldn't stop raving about the the cookie butter cookie and the sugar doodle. My little boys favorite was the sugar doodle too. I'm not a big cookie eater but may become a regular after today. I'm glad we do not live close or I may be in trouble. The employees did a great job at getting everyone through the drive through in a timely manner. The employee taking orders was very friendly and patient since we had no idea what to order. Twisted Sugar definitely won my business!

Chocolate Chip Cookie: tastes like cooked cookie dough...that sounds dumb; but if you like cookie dough, you will like this cookie! It's a soft, doughy cookie. I'm usually a semi-sweet Chocolate Chip fan, but the milk chocolate tastes good in this cookie! Twisted Sugar Cookie: Super soft sugar cookie with a tasty cream cheese frosting and a lime piece on top. *Cookie of the Month* Rocky Road: Chocolate Cookie base with a chocolate frosting and a marshmallow frosting on top of that, with sliced almonds on top. (I don't like chunks of marshmallows at all so I really liked this cookie because the only marshmallow part of it was a frosting on top; tasty!) Drinks... Flamingo: Red Cream Soda base with Coconut and Coconut Cream. Good! Blackout: Coke base with Raspberry Purée and BlackBerry. Good! Jukebox: Dr. Pepper base with Raspberry, Coconut and Cream. Good! Overall this place seems awesome! I'm excited to try them more!
Lobby isn't open so drive through only. Single lane with no one taking orders outside. You don't see the menu until you drive up. Then to order it's a little behind you. At first we thought it was closed because the lights in the lobby were off. Tried twisted sugar cookie, peanut butter Nutella and lemon tart cookie. Favorite was the twisted sugar. The cookies are perfectly baked and not overly sweet.
Cookies and Soda...the ultimate competition here in Utah County. There is so many places to get these two items specifically, that I would think it would be a difficult market honestly. How will these places stand out or what makes one cookie/soda shop better than the other? They all seem to have different names and mixtures but there is always the option to create your own. I typically choose to create my own unless they already have the signature mixture I am looking for. I know there is mention of a drive through but I am sorta confused at where it starts and ends so I went inside. There was quite a few people in there with very minimal seating. I liked my cookie and I liked my drink. I would totally go back here again if I was in the area. I think what it boils down to sometimes is location too. If you go down the street a bit further, there is another soda place. Eagle Mountain also has it's own soda shop. I did think the cookie was interesting. It was thicker and more of a ball than a circle lol. I think I would've preferred it to be flat but I still thought it was very tasty :)
Now I know why there's always at least 6 cars in the drive thru when I drive by! Wow. My favorite dessert is cookies and so I'm very picky about them. I want them to be completely soft and melt in my mouth. I'm so pleased to say that I found that here at Twisted Sugar!! I just went back for my second time and it's the pick me up I needed. So glad this place is close to home So far I've tried banana cream pie, Oreo and chocolate chip. All really delicious, although I prefer the pie version of banana cream. The only thing is the menu is by the window but someone usually stands outside and takes your order a few cars before that, so I feel like they just need to have menus with them. Last time they did but this time they didn't and I couldn't remember the name of the delicious mango drink I got last time. All in all, I love the chilled, super soft cookies.
My friends introduced me to twisted sugar a few fears ago and I was addicted at the first try! But unfortunately I lived over an hour away from it so I hardly ever got it. When I saw the announcement that they were opening a location in Saratoga Springs I was so happy I could've peed my pants!! It's finally open and it's just as delicious as the their other locations! The store is darling and clean! It also has a drive thru which is so nice for people who have a van full of children like I do! My favorite cookie forever was the twisted sugar cookie but I just tried the lemon tart and it's to die for!! Make sure you squeeze your fresh lemon on top!
I recently tried Twisted Sugar here for the first time and thought it was pretty good. They have really good cookies. I got the peanut butter with Nutella and Swizzle Sugar and loved both! I definitely want to get them again. I got a water based drink Berrylada. It was ok, nothing special. My biggest complaint would be the drive thru line. When we went, they didn't have a person outside taking orders so we had to wait for each car and it took awhile.
So good. Great prices, and I love that they have so many flavors to choose from all the time. Plus a gluten free option!
SPRINGVILLE Grand Opening review. I made a special trip to Springville and Twisted. sugar did not disappoint me. I had two drinks and one cookie. The Salted Caramel cookie was so yummy I refuse to share. The cookie melts in your mouth goodness and the toppings make the flavor explode. Pixie drink (Coke, Peach puree, Orange, and Cream) was perfect blend. Iam by nature another competitor addict BUT this drink will have me returning for more. I also tried the Red Dragon (Mountain Dew, Watermelon, and Cream). They had to remake it twice but that is ok (one time forgot cream and second needed more watermelon). It is a very sweet tasty drink and refreshing. Store is easy to get to. The staff was amazingly courteous and helpful.

When I saw the announcement that they were opening a location in Saratoga Springs I was so happy I could've peed my pants!! It's finally open and it's just as delicious as the their other locations! The store is darling and clean! It also has a drive thru which is so nice for people who have a van full of children like I do! Really great variety of cookies and the price per cookie is definitely the best part. The banana cream pie cookie is amazing. One of the best cookies I've ever had! I also tried a frozen hot chocolate and loved it! I'm a frozen hot chocolate snob and I know a good one when I try one! Others are too watery or not enough chocolate flavor, but this one was perfect! So creamy and chocolaty! read more

Twisted Sugar is NOW OPEN!! Cookies and drinks. $4.38 for 2. We had salted caramel and lemon tart. My daughter is in the back seat right now, unable to control herself because it is so good! Great customer service. Fast. They even have a drive thru if you don't want to do in! This is a great addition to the area! read more

I love me a good cookie joint, especially one that opens at 10am. #CookiesforBreakfast is totally a thing now, right? A few notes: +I love the location. It was the perfect place for me to go with my two littles while we waited for our car to get its emissions test at Jiffy Lube that's located in the same parking lot. + The Oatmeal cookie butter flavor was rocking my world! I loved that flavor burst combination. + Their Chocolate frosting was not my favorite. Needed more chocolate; could be darker. + I was told they sold drinks as well, but walking in I couldn't tell. I would've loved to see the employees at work when making drinks and even preparing cookies. + It would've been nice if there was a water station out where anyone could get water. The cookies are rich and I would've loved to quench my parched pallet without interrupting their taking and fulfilling order flow. + Cookies also would've been better served warm. Overall, the cookies are delicious and fairly big (not as big as Crumbl cookies). They give Crumbl a good challenger in the cookie market. read more
My boys and I took a trip through the drive thru yesterday and boy were we impressed! The cookies are by far the best we've had at any soda shop and I think it's way better than the local cookie shop in the area. I was surprised at the large selection of cookies and drinks. There are obviously many of these soda & cookie places popping up and I have actually been VERY impressed with Twisted Sugar. They have the most original menu! The types of cookies they have are so delicious and honestly really ingenious! Their drinks are also more unique than the ones I see other places. My personal recommendation for a drink is the Diet Mt. Dew Berry Mai Tai (Huckleberry, Blackberry & Pomegranate) or the Diet Mt. Dew Bombshell (Grapefruit, Pomegranate & Fresh Lime) and for a cookie I love the Twisted Sugar, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip with Cookie Butter, Sugardoodle, and their good ole Chocolate Chip. Their prices are also really reasonable! Highly Recommend! read more

There's just something about a chilled sugar cookie that is super delicious and boy does Twisted Sugar have a delicious selection of them to choose from. They also have a large menu of yummy drink concoctions. I don't drink soda, so I always get the drinks with lemonade or water. Today I got the Shimmy with lemonade. It has peach puree, mango and coconut creme. I was nervous about the coconut creme and the lemonade combo, but it was delicious. I can't wait to try their other combinations. I paired my Shimmy with a salted caramel cookie. read more

We are so glad this awesome little place opened just around the corner from us! Every drink and cookie has been delicious. My favorites are the lemon frosted sugar cookies and the chocolate chip cookie, but they really are ALL good. The only negative about the cookies is that the pink sprinkle cookie they advertise is not always pink and the sprinkles change, which is fun for adults but my kids are always disappointed because they get excited about the one in the picture. But the reason I don't give 5 stars (yet) is because the drive thru takes surprisingly long compared to other cookie/drink establishments. This might change as employees become more experienced. And honestly I would take a longer wait in the drive thru over no drive thru at all. So still a win, just needs time to improve! Thank you for coming to Saratoga Springs read more
