the coconut shaved ice was creamy and delicious. flavors were very organic and you can tell that the ingredients are great. I wish they provided more toppings!

What a fun idea for a dessert shop! They've partnered with nearby dessert makers to sell a variety of sweet treats in one cute shop. They've got a display on the wall of the businesses they are currently partnered with. I love this! Small businesses working together is worth supporting! We tried three of their different desserts and loved them all but something called Sugar Pie was my personal favorite. Next time I go I want to try the popcorn from Roosters Gourmet Popcorn.

NEW dessert(s) shop alert! Not one but actually 4 businesses in 1 location! This new spot is a collection of 4 dessert vendors selling under one roof. If your family/friends ever struggle to agree on where to get dessert, search no further, because here there's something for everyone. Here's what you'll find: 1) @eleanors.coconut.cream -- Coconut cream shaved ice cream. Gluten-free and dairy-free. 2) @swirlscinnarolls -- Sweet rolls offered in cinnamon, orange, cookies n' cream and more. 3) @smorethat -- Toasted mallow bowls put together with a variety of flavor options. 4) @renees_cheesecake -- Cheesecake cups and slices for the picking. The coconut cream shaved ice cream was delightfully smooth and her Blueberry coconut flavor was bomb! The Oreo sweet roll was soft and an oreo-lover's dream. I first tried Renee's cheesecake in a Utah Taste Off kit and her raspberry cheesecake was to die for. And the s'mores dish was so creative, I can't wait to try other flavors!

Fun little place with different desserts. You place your order on iPads and they call you when it's ready. I ordered an original cinnamon and I also ordered a maple pecan cinnamon roll. Both were really good. A little too much frosting for me but it's even better if you heat them up a little bit in the microwave.

I have to say this place was very disappointing. Our original idea for dessert fell through so we ended up here. It was very different than what I thought. It's basically just a cashier with desserts in a fridge. Now I don't know how old the desserts are but the one that I got didn't seem fresh. The idea is good. I just feel like it's not well executed.

The Dessert Collective is worth the trip. They have four businesses under one roof offering multiple dessert options. It has a revolving menu so be sure to check the menu in advance if you don't like surprises or want to make sure your favorite thing is still available: https://the-dessert-collective.square.site We got the S'mores pie which was the perfect blend of chocolate, marshmallows and graham crackers. I absolutely loved it. The person I was with loved the cacao coconut cream. It is sweet but much lighter than ice cream so you can eat a decent amount but not feel guilty.

We saw this cute new place and decided to try it out for our anniversary dessert! We ordered 1 coconut cream with coconut flakes and cocoa nibs, 1 chocolate moulton cake, and a lemon bar pie. Let's talk about the coconut cream first. Holy smokes. I want this every single day. I think I would do no cocao nibs next time just because I like the light sweetness of the coconut cream and the bibs are a little too bitter for what I want, but again that was my choice so I now for next time. I'm not sure if you've ever tried another local business, "Vampire Penguin" but they do shaved milk which is similar but the coconut cream is next level in texture and freshness! Both comparable but so excited to find a df/gf option! The chocolate moulton cake was yummy as well! I will say that there wasn't much cake, at least in mine. There was a thin cake consistency on top and then the bottom was just oooey gooey pudding. I did like the contrast of the two textures and would have loved a little more cake. The cake itself had more of a butter taste and the pudding was more sweet so if there was more cake I feel like it would have been even more balanced. Yum! For the lemon bar review, I didn't eat it my husband did and he said it was good! A man of few words so I'm sorry there's not much more to that. He was really hoping for a banana creme pie type of dessert so I think he felt like he settled on the lemon. Excited to try more treats here, we loved supporting local!

Seriously delicious coconut cream. We loved it. So light and fresh. I don't like icecream but I'm a mega fan of this coconut heaven. We look forward to coming back and trying some pie and other goodies. Big fans.

    Delicious smores with homemade marshmallows.

Such a neat concept, four excellent dessert restaurants in one location! Each one offers several of their specialities and you order using a tablet. We tried decadent chocolate cheesecake, a delicious maple cinnamon bun and a real hit the smores with apples and caramel sauce. I chose the coconut non dairy ice cream and it was creamy and flavorful with the only drawback being no lids for take out so I held it carefully on our drive home! This was fun and satisfied all of our varied dessert favorites. Lots of seating and CHOM burger is coming next door!

    Kiddos loving sweet coconut cream!

Their fruit-shaped creations are little works of art--so realistic it almost feels wrong to eat them... almost. Each pastry is fresh, light, and packed with flavor. The pistachio was incredibly tasty, though definitely on the richer side, so it's one you might want to savor slowly. The raspberry had a beautifully balanced sweetness with a vibrant, delicious filling. The lemon was very zingy--almost intensely so--but still delightful if you enjoy bold citrus flavors (just maybe not an entire one in a single sitting). The standout, though, was the mango. Easily the winner. It had such a bright, powerful flavor, and the fresh mango inside made every bite feel special. Everything about it--from taste to presentation--was just beautiful. The only slight letdown was the macarons. While still good, they didn't quite match the intensity and uniqueness of the pastries and felt a bit underwhelming in comparison. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you appreciate creative, high-quality desserts. It's clear a lot of skill and care goes into every piece. I loved the building that the pastry shop was in, as it had a "lunch room" feel to it. There are a few restaurants inside so there are options and there's plenty of seating.

Everything looked good, and the young lady behind the counter provided immediate service. We had the eclairs and the Napoleons. The eclairs were excellent with good flavor and texture. The layers of flaky puff pastry were soft and limp, not flaky and a bit crunchy as they should be. There were probably 20 diners at this location at 4-5 tables at 2:00 PM on a Sunday. I counted about 10-12 employees. The wait for everything seemed a little too long for the employee/diner ratio. The food was just OK. The brisket sandwich was very dry and pulled, like pulled pork, but without any juices. I know it's not a smokehouse and they likely just order overcooked roasted brisket from Cisco or something, but when you order a brisket sandwich for $14, there are expectations. Ordered coffee with lunch. Waiter brought two coffees and a small container of cream. Asked to refill about halfway through. Brought coffees and no cream. So I asked again. Then about 5 minutes later I asked again. Then I watched our waiter go into the open kitchen area and lean against a counter and chat and laugh with two other staff for 5 minutes. I stood up and walked toward him and he saw me. He broke with the group, came out and said, "Sorry, I had to do something in the back." Very mediocre experience overall. Not what I expected based on previous experiences at the other location. Also, noisy dining room, no solid buffering insulation in the ceiling. Cafeteria-like experience.
