Munchies is the best froyo place there is. They have delicious flavors and they have the calories listed. The topping choices are awesome and always well stocked. It's a clean little location and we love coming to it. read more

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - cookies n cream and chocolate - what could be better! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Orem, Utah

Froyo is not good at all. Bland taste and icy texture. The girl at the register just looked at her phone the whole time then we were asked to leave a tip...? Not happening with that service. Place was empty when we got there and I understand why. Also the online menu isn't even remotely correct. Why would you ever go here? I recommend a shop called Froyo in AF. This place is garbage. And don't even get me started on pricing. $20 for 2 bowls??? Insanity. read more

A family friendly dessert place that has something for everyone. And the kids especially love it. I really appreciated that they had so many flavors of fro-yo. I remember at least 10, if not 12. And you can swirl some of those. It's also nice to be able to sample the flavors to see what you want. To top it all off... (pun intended!) they have a huge selection of candy toppings, fruit, sauces, etc. Mix and match to your hearts content. It was also very clean and bright and a welcoming environment. When you're there in the middle of a snowstorm and a steady stream of people keep coming in, you've probably chosen well! read more

The yogurt is fine but the topping bar seems questionable and the fruit don't seem fresh. The place isn't always clean either, the couple times I went, I had to request for tables to be cleaned because they were all dirty. Not a bad place though, just average yogurt haha read more

I love the froze yogurt and I'm obsessed with the toppings and being able to self serve. I definitely wish they had more flavors. The staff are super friendly and chill. It's super affordable. Me and my wife got the largest cup size, with tons of frozen yogurt and toppings for a total of ten bucks. My only complaint is the place needs a little remodel and a theme update. read more

I visited Menchies twice today and the people who helped me - Jane and Eva - were really nice and helpful! The food was really good, too, and I love the options that were available. It's such a nice, quaint shop and the service is amazing. read more

the yogurt is decent but they always have lots of toppings available and kind workers. I like how they have a scale to weight froyo before you pay. read more

The guy with glasses at the counter needs to worry about taking the over-flowing trash out than to make my husband uncomfortable by flirting with him. He Even had the audacity to ask my husband if he's "African American". (He's not). Then continued to compliment his skin tone and texture and how 'beautiful' it is. We didn't come into get ice cream for the guy to lay it on so thick. It actually made both my husband, my children and me, uncomfortable that we were talking about it the whole time we ate our ice cream. We won't be back to this location. read more

This is my favorite frozen yogurt place! They have so many yummy flavors to choose from plus a ton of toppings. The only thing they could improve on, is the upkeep of the place. It's a bit run down. So I usually take mine and eat it in my car. read more

I love frozen yogurt! Unfortunately, this Menchies only had 4 flavors to choose from and when we walked in no one was there to greet us or help us. I had questions about the flavors and no one was there and we left after 5 minutes. I was very dissatisfied with my experience at this menchies! Do better menchies! read more

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - The side party room view - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Orem, Utah

I had an appalling experience today when I went into Menchie's. I went to get some frozen yogurt and I found out that they do not use gloves when putting the toppings in the bin. Yes, they reach into the bins with their bare unwashed and uncovered hands to stock the toppings. This is absolutely unacceptable and anyone with any common sense would know that that is not okay. I asked them about it and they justified it because they thought it was okay. If you are serving food in an establishment you are required by law to have a food handler's permit and this facility obviously doesn't enforce their employees to hold basic food standards. DO NOT EAT HERE! THEY ARE CONTAMINATING OUR FOOD AND YOU COULD GET SICK! Please be careful. read more

Amazing yogurt, toppings, but most of all service. Jaden is a goated employee fr. Best vibes, so kind, helpful, and positive. He deserves a raise fr fr, the true yogurt king read more

This place is discrusting. There was cookie dough in the boba. The service was very bad. Yogurt was gross. Vibe was bad. Yogurtland needs to open on sundays read more

Love this place - very similar to Yogurtland back in Cali. They had a plethora of sweet and fresh fruit toppings. What really impressed me was, they have MOCHI!! Two thumbs up for this! The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars was because I felt like they needed more yogurt flavors. They have the basic flavors (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry) but not enough outside the traditional flavors. Get some watermelon in there, or taro, or dragon fruit! read more

Yogurt is average. On the weekends the doordash wait can be over 60 minutes. Forget it maybe

Very dirty. Handles covered in yogurt/ fingerprints. Sticky floor. Scale was sticky. Hand sanitizer before yogurt machine was out of order.

Don't fall for the bait and switch. I had one of their coupons that says buy one get one free, except they don't honor that. It's more like buy one get one for $1. Total scam business! Most of the tables were not clean. Their toppings are all in little containers, they don't let you take them out and add to your yogurt until after you pay so you have to pay for the weight of the topping containers. read more

it was alright!!!!!!!!!! toppings were good!!!!!!!!!cool spoons and atmosphere!!!!!! Good service!!!

The service was quite terrible. No one was in the front to help us for the first 10 minutes we were there. We could however hear them giggling in the back. When all three of the employees including the "general manager" finally came to the front we asked if we could sample any of the yogurts. I understand the answer was no due to covid, however then one of the employees began sampling yogurts right in front of us. The froyo was good though, customer service not so much. read more

If you are looking for a fun place for a kids birthday party with a sugar bomb, this is it. If you are looking for high quality, well crafted fro-yo, skip Menchies. Menchies yogurt tastes like a super-sweetened, artificially flavored "dairy product". Compare this to a place like Red Mango, where the flavors taste intense and clean without an artificial aftertaste or artificial sweetener. This Menchies gets three stars for super-friendly staff and a very kid friendly atmosphere. Just dont go if you want really awesome yogurt. read more

Menchie's has absolutely delicious frozen yogurt! I love their toppings and syrups, though the syrup bottles were a little sticky, so I used a napkin to hold them with. read more

Yoghurt, the ancient enemy of philosophy, reason, and the better parts of mankind has again reared its beastly visage over our homes. It creeps to our doors and whispers "non-fat" so we let it in without regard to the superfluous sugar that makes it palatable. Menchies is a purveyor of such yoghurts. It's a well-lit, pastel and pleasant den of dairy iniquity, like a heroin den without all the glamor. One takes a cup and fills it with the yoghurts of his choice, covers it with toppings and/or sauces and they weight it and charge you $0.39 an ounce for it. That seems pretty steep. I shelled out the extra $1 for a waffle cone, and they was included in the overall weight ... And it all tasted like yoghurt. We got a sugar-free/fat-free/almost chocolate chocolate, some peach and some vanilla. The available toppings were plentiful, but of the array only the "popping boba orange" and "popping boba strawberry" intrigued me. They are pea sized nodules that burst in your mouth and shoot flavored juice out. The strawberry was very artificial flavor flavored, but the orange was good. The staff was nice, the place was clean, so if one is desperate and lactose tolerant, I wouldn't dissuade one from trying it, though I may encourage one to get a bowl of bobas with a smidgen of yoghurt to bind them together. read more

Menchie's is similar to the plethora of froyo peddlers in Utah Valley. Seriously, why so many of these things? I couldn't tell you other than to say no one likes to travel too far for a tasty treat. Menchie's is one of my favorites for that reason: it's the closest froyo to my house. Despite the proximity, it is very good too! I feel like they change up the flavors more often than our previous haunt, Yogurtland. Menchie's had something else most other froyos don't. Waffle bowls. On Waffle Wednesday they are free, so check them out. read more

My favorite place to go get desert. They always have amazing flavors. Wish they had more to choose from but I can never decide anyways :') They have a lot of toppings to choose from and their staff is always very kind. I come here with my friends and family often. I'm obsessed. read more

This is my favorite place for frozen yogurt. If you love the tart flavor Menchie's has the best as well as a big variety of great flavors!!

In Orem visiting family, I had to check it out after they kept talking about it...I was not disappointed. Great frozen yogurt including a non-dairy alternative which my wife was able to eat. Loved how they had toppings organized, and was presently surprised on the price in the end. Highly recommended!! read more

The yogurt was pretty good but the young woman working the register went above and beyond this evening. The couple in front of us was being a huge pain in the ass about much they hated the flavor they picked. I get it, there's no sample cups right now because of a serious virus, and life sucks, but if you can't be chill in a yogurt shop - stay home. They kept whining about not wanting to pay for it and how they were just going to throw it out. She handled it all, super cool and was incredibly polite to them. Anyway, we couldn't figure out how to leave a tip on the card but I wanted to let you know you've got a great person working there. Will be back. read more

Honestly, I was skeptical of this place at first because I had a set yogurt joint that I enjoyed going to. My friends talked me into going and now I'm a fan! The place. It's a smaller place that still has quite a bit of seating for your group of friends with both inside and outside seating. It's going to be great now that the weather is staying warmer. The inside is kept very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The treat. Let's get down to the real reason people go to get yogurt--the taste. The taste of the yogurt is true to the name of the flavor and the picture they have above the machine. They are regularly changing the flavors they offer so there is usually always something new to try. The price is comparable to any yogurt place in the Orem/Provo area. The only downside is it should be open longer on weekdays. They are only open until 10:00 p.m. on weekdays and 11:00 p.m. on weekends so if you want yogurt after those times, you have to go to their competition down the road a ways. Other than that, I would highly recommend Menchie's! read more

There are probably 100 (exaggeration) different places to get frozen yogurt in the valley but this is easily one of my favorites. The selection of flavors isn't quite as extensive as Yogurtland but I have NEVER been disappointed after visiting Menchies. One thing that I absolutely love is that they have crushed Reeses as an add-on and they are REAL Reeses. They taste incredible. read more

For those of you looking for a guilt-free dessert treat! Menchie's fat-free, no sugar added chocolate and grasshopper swirl is a winner!! The yogurt at Menchie's is addicting! In a good way though, right :) They have so many delicious flavors that every time I decide that one is my favorite then they have a new one that becomes my favorite. PLUS they employees that are super duper nice and helpful! Love this place! read more

Love, love, love this place. We celebrated our son's birthday there, expecting just yogurt and was pleasantly surprised with all the extras that came with it! They had a decent sized party room that was nicely decorated and filled with balloons upon our arrival. The customer service was great, and prices were very reasonable. They even had t-shirts for kids of all ages to design and various games to keep them busy. Oh yeah, the yogurt was delicious too! read more
