Hamburger and Fries

Fantastic service!!!! Great food. I had a burger and fries followed by a sundae. I will absolutely be back.

My seat was sunken in, the bathroom had no paper towels, and a kid two booths away was screaming... but the server was nice. The ice cream itself was more about quantity than quality but was okay.

The ice cream sundaes here are huge!! I would recommend sharing!! Honestly the ice cream here is unmatched! The vibe is great here the staff is nice and it is all together a good time! The food is pretty average but you come here for the ice cream!! I love this place and I will be back!

The food and the service was amazing, I can't believe I haven't been here before I'm definitely going to be going again.

Bananas foster

Ice cream was phenomenal. There were so many options. I got the bananas foster. The caramel was to die for. I see why they bottle it up and sell it. It is very creamy and full of flavor. I will say everything is pretty messy. I was not expecting it to be so sloppy and oh so good. It should come with a warning "sloppy, but good. Share with a friend." They were massive. A friend, maybe two, could've ate one of these. They also sell food but we didn't come there for that so not sure how that is. The ice cream area was open to where you could watch them make your ice cream. It was really cool to watch and the amazement of course how big it was. When they sat it down, I was like no way it was mine. My friend got the banana split. She said the vanilla and the strawberry ice cream were delicious. The strawberry pieces were mushy and weren't that good. She scooped those off. They seemed to be open pretty late I think we went close to 9. Great spot if you have a sweet tooth.

Clean, cute restaurant. We stopped by for ice cream after dinner. Service was friendly and helpful. Portions were huge but delivered rather sloppy. Banana wafer ice cream was really good. Pb choc parfait was too much. Straight up melted peanut butter was ok until it got cold and too thick and hard to enjoy.

I mean it's Leatherby's. If you haven't been here, they give huge portions of delicious ice cream made the way you like it. We'll negotiate on one sundae to split and add a brownie. It may be economical to buy your own ice cream and DIY at home, but probably not by much with their portion sizes and just doing an awesome job of putting a beautiful sundae together! The service is super friendly and helpful! Really rounds it out for a great experience. Don't be shy about asking for help or recommendations. We've learned from repeat experience to not underestimate the size of the sundae and not overestimate our sincere desire to eat that much sugar in one go. One sundae is more than enough for the 3 ice cream eating members of our family to split. But you know you and your party better, so just plan accordingly!

Stopped here for dessert. The ice cream is amazing! Rocky road is my go to. Usually I love ice cream and it doesn't love me back. But this creamery, no issues at all. I thoroughly enjoyed it. When back in Orem, Utah will definitely be back for more!!

Pasty adult grilled cheese

This is the so called Adult Grilled Cheese sandwich...2 thin slices of unmelted cheese, 2 slices of tomato and a barely perceptible layer of avocado scraped over the toast. Hardly for adults. And even my kids would call this a total scam.

Small banana split. Vanilla, toasted almond and strawberry.

The ice cream are one of the best in Utah. My family loves the cheese fries and the ice cream.

Pretty good honestly. Crazy portions. Company was terrible but that's independent of the business.

Play dough ice cream! The best ever!!!!! Came from California to have it

Super cute spot! Lovely on the outside and the inside (: the man who helped us was soo friendly and quick! Then again most Utahns are so nice! Love this place and will come back every time we go to Utah

Adult grilled cheese

Ive been here twice before, and always have had a decent time. We got the loaded fries and adult grilled cheese. For dessert we got the cinnamon sundae. The food was mediocre at best and for some reason avocado seems to be included in a lot of the dishes including the loaded fries. On a positive note, the cinnamon sundae with two churros was genuinely amazing and so filling. The ambiance is non existent, I'm not sure if it's the lack of warm light, the small tables, or something else. The service is always decent, not amazing. I would 100% recommend going here for ice cream but not so much for the food.

Make sure to get the hot fudge. It's divine! They have options for you to dine in or quickly grab a scoop of ice cream. Great atmosphere!

An interesting concept that works. 3.8 stars, is that a thing? LOL…read more This location is pretty cool. Nice layout and the ambiance is relaxed and chill. (Gotta use "chill" and "cool" when talking about an ice cream place, right?) Just by the entrance and under the stair case is a comfy cubby with two or three high rise tables and chairs. A cozy place to eat your ice cream with a nice window view of the entryway and the street. Then there is the upstairs. You go up a long spiral staircase (there's a landing halfway up) to go to the upper room. Pretty cool. Good view of the Provo Temple across the street. Fun place to eat your ice cream. The employee was not only friendly but you could tell she enjoyed her job. She had fun every time she had to make the ice cream. She told you all about it, too. So on the to ice cream. I had a mix in from the menu, Key Lime pie. Lime-flavored ice cream with bits of cheesecake and something else. It was OK, but I bordered on not liking it. It didn't remind of Key lime pie. But the texture was dense. That's what they are proud of. This process does not stir air into the mixture so it is much more dense than regular ice cream. And not only that, you get a lot of it. The small size cup is really huge! I'm not a fan of the texture. I like a good creamy, smooth ice cream. And while it makes you feel like you are getting more for your money, while not bad, the experience is not a good as a creamy ice cream or gelato. It's ice cream. And it's dense. Very dense. Still Ice cream, though, but very dense. It's not bad. Just not my jam. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Crispy Cones - Crispy Cone with strawberry drizzle

Crispy Cones

I've been curious about this place since it was built and every time I'm in town I think I want to…read moretest it out and tonight was finally that night! They have soft dough based cones (almost like a horn shape) that are fresh baked and rolled in cinnamon. They have limited time special selections of tlother flavors too (like golden Oreo - I was so tempted on that but wanted to try th OG). The you select a different soft serve flavor, vanilla, chocolate, swirl or a lilited time flavor. Honestly they could have 2 or 3 more options of soft serve - 3 isn't a lot. Then you select a swirl in the cone like Nutella, cookie butter or peanut butter and 1-4 toppings and a drizzle. They carefully fill your cone with the swirl and a little topping on the bottom, fill half the cone with soft serve and top it, then do the top and add toppings and drizzle it. The soft serve was good but unremarkable. The topping were good but again, just average froyo stuff . I though it was good, but then I got to the cone! That's the star of the show. The cone was delicious. I wish it was bigger and maybe even less ice cream. It's worth trying, it's fun and different. They had fruit filled cones and seems like they change things up frequently. The location is clean, large and sleek feeling. Definitely a good spot for a fun outing.

You can customize your cone with spreads, soft serve ice cream, and a variety of toppings and drizzles. I got the special cone with Reese's Puffs coating. To be honest, I couldn't tell much difference between that and the regular cinnamon sugar coating. It was also a lot more messy eating that--there were crumbs all over the table and on my pants (be careful if you're wearing nice clothing!). It was yummy though! The cone was warm, soft, and slightly crispy on the outside since they make them fresh. It did make my ice cream melt very fast though. As for the ice cream, I didn't find it anything extraordinary. I think they focus more on the cone than the ice cream, but I think they should invest a little more in the ice cream and make it creamier. It's definitely a unique dessert experience. The shop was clean and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Prices are a bit on the higher side--around $8 for a cone with ice cream and toppings. It's quite pricey for what you get, but the novelty and quality make it worth trying at least once. I'm not sure if I'd return though.

It's good to see that they're trying to expand their menu items. However, I think they still need to work on refining some items. I didn't like their croissants much. Not only was the taste just alright, but it was also a mess eating it, because every time you take a bite, the cream in the middle will spill out in all directions. The pistachio croissant I got had zero pistachio flavor. Their drinks are also very, very average, and I would not get those again. I enjoyed the panna cotta though. It comes in a cute bunny shape, too. Most of the times I've gone, the wait time has been long, like 20-30 minutes. Sometimes there would only be one staff who would both take the orders and make them. It won't be a problem if you only choose desserts from the window display though.
