    May menu

Joy Pops is such a good experience. I had been to this location for an event and the Sandy location, so I was excited when my friend told me she wants to go and try the May menu. We went with a group of six, and everyone enjoyed what they got. You start by ordering a base paleta. They have a bunch of different flavors. Then you can get it dipped in white or semi sweet chocolate. They also have a bunch of toppings that you can add. I tried the berry cheesecake dipped in white chocolate, and it was so creamy and good. My husband got the pb cup dipped in chocolate and loved it (this is his favorite for sure!). We also shared an iced horchata latte. It was really good!! The girls helping us were nice. There weren't napkins in the dispenser, so she went and grabbed us some from the back. The inside has three two seater tables, so it was perfect for us because no one else was in there. I would highly recommend checking it out. They also post their monthly menus on Instagram.

WOW!! Amazing experience! I enjoyed my first paleta and can't wait to come back here. The restaurant was super clean and smelt really good! The service was great and the worker took excellent care of us. She provided great recommendations. She was super helpful. :) We ordered the Biscoff cookie bar and then did a build your own with a peanut butter cup, dipped in chocolate, covered with Reeses and Oreos. They use such high-quality ingredients and you can taste it. Though Biscoff bar was super refreshing and light. The peanut butter bar was delicious, and the chocolate was very good and creamy. You could tell that they use high-quality ingredients. We also got the brown sugar and a strawberry Matcha. Both were very good and a generous size. I honestly am so happy to have found this place and will definitely come back to mix it up. I love the fact that you could make your own and put your own twist on things. I will definitely recommend and I look forward to my next visit!

This was so good! They had many many choices. I went with a dolce de Leche with toffee sprinkled on top. It was amazing! I will definitely be coming back for another one soon! And the cute worker was very helpful and generous with the toppings. It was fun to watch her, make it.

This place was great and my 3 year old daughter loved it. We got the cookie butter paleta dipped in milk chocolate and for our topping we got more cookie butter pieces. It was excellent! We also got a horchata that was delicious and had the perfect amount of cinnamon in it and they topped it with more cinnamon. So good! We will definitely be back.

Loved this place! So cute. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Seats inside and out to enjoy warmer weather. Lots of flavor variety of paletas and toppings/drizzles. I had the best matcha ever, which was their most popular strawberry coconut. I want to go back soon.

These paletas are the gourmet version of magnum bars. The flavors are unique, I think anyone could find something they'll like. The drink options are also very unique and my wife got the coffee and said it was really good. I got the strawberry horchata and it was also way good. The server that helped us out was so funny and helpful. She really helped us find something both of us would like. The inside had a lot of natural light and a good amount of tables for separate groups. And even though it's a smaller shop, they do have a really clean and nice bathroom! My wife and I will definitely be coming back!

This place is small, cozy and cute. The person running the place was delightful and clearly wanted to make the experience a fun one. I really enjoyed my cookie butter paleta while basking in the sun on their little setup outside. I think kids and parents will both be delighted with these treats! There were so many flavors to try and endless combinations, but not in an overwhelming way. The price point is also very appealing and fair for what they offer!

This was my first time having paleta! I was so excited to try this dessert. First and foremost, they have A LOT of different options when it comes to paleta flavors. In addition to the paleta base options, they also have a variety of toppings. What I ordered was - a strawberry with condense milk base, milk chocolate drizzle, and topped off with biscoff cookie crumbles. It was a great combo. I will say, I should've let the paleta sit for a bit so it wasn't so hard biting into it. It was my first time eating it, give me a break! Now I know for when I return :) I also tried their strawberry matcha drink. I am an absolute SUCKER for matcha; the more intense the matcha flavor, the better. This matcha drink had a nice sweet matcha flavor mixed with strawberries. I really enjoyed it. I finished my whole drink in one go, practically chugging it. The worker there was great! She took the time to explain to me all the different paleta flavors. Also, the vibe is so cute, nice girly ambiance.

Raspberry cheesecake. Strawberry mango. Cookies and cream.

Cute little hidden shop. They have quite the assortment of paletas, it was hard to choose which one because they all sounded soooo good and they tasted just as great. Such a cute little date idea. I took my kids and they loved it. They do have a bathroom there but no high chairs. There's a few little tables inside and outside. The cookies and cream was soft and accurate to description. Raspberry cheesecake was my favorite as it was soft, creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness, dipped in white chocolate with graham cracker sprinkled on top was perfection. The strawberry mango was harder in consistency and very sweet, strawberries were a little sour. They have a lot of coffee and matcha options with hot chocolate just nothing else cold to drink for kiddos. Staff was friendly and helpful. Besides being a little more expensive than I'd like, it was worth the stop, maybe just leave the kids at home.

I had a disappointing experience at Peace on Earth Coffee…read more I specifically ordered a matcha latte with a substitution for health reasons, so accuracy mattered to me. I made sure to confirm this substitution was available before placing my order. After drinking it, I became concerned that my substitution had not been applied, so I tried to contact the store. It took multiple calls to reach a manager, but once I did, they acknowledged that a new employee had likely made a mistake and apologized. Although it was difficult to get in touch with someone, I appreciate their willingness to hear my concerns and their attempts to rectify the situation. When I returned to the store for the agreed-upon refund, however, the experience became frustrating. The manager, Aubrey, initially attempted to refund me for a less expensive drink and seemed unwilling to believe me when I explained what I had paid. I clarified that I was not seeking reimbursement for the tip, only the agreed-upon refund for my purchase. Her tone felt irritated and dismissive throughout the interaction. Fortunately, I still had my receipt with me and was able to verify the correct amount. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the store acknowledged the possibility of an error. What disappointed me most was how the refund was handled. I left feeling that my concerns were met with skepticism rather than understanding. Additionally, on a completely separate side note, while I was there, I noticed a customer had a dog inside the café. When I first visited with my friend, we had her dog with us and we were told dogs were only welcome on the patio because they had an open kitchen. So it was unexpected to see this dog inside and drinking from a reusable customer water cup provided by Peace on Earth. The inconsistency in enforcing store policies was surprising. I hope the business uses this as an opportunity to improve employee training and customer service.

Incidental Coffee Roasters isn't just a coffee shop; it's a masterclass in the craft. I can say without hesitation that this is the best espresso I have ever had in Utah County. What sets Incidental apart is the absolute precision in their flavor. Because they roast their own single-origin beans in-house, the coffee is incredibly fresh and "dialed in" to perfection. My espresso is always exceptionally balanced--smooth, with a complex natural sweetness and none of the bitterness you find at larger chains. It is clearly a labor of love for true coffee purists. Why you should visit: The atmosphere is minimalist, intentional, and calming--perfect for a focused morning or a sophisticated coffee date. But the real heartbeat of the shop is the owner, Dylan. He is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly lives and breathes coffee science, yet he's one of the friendliest people you'll meet. Whether you're a fellow coffee nerd wanting to talk extraction or a casual drinker looking for a recommendation, he makes everyone feel welcome without a hint of pretension. If you appreciate the "art" of the bean, do yourself a favor and stop by. Provo's coffee scene is better because of incidental! I come in here multiple times per week and am never disappointed. I also buy their fresh roasted coffee for making espresso at home and it is amazing! I like all the roasts i've tried but the Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Iwariti roast or the Ethiopia Guji roast are my favorite!

What should have been a simple…read morecoffee run before I headed to the 4th district court for business this visit to Juice 'n Java turned into a scene of verbal assault and physical intimidation. It began with the older female barista who rang me up. She was incredibly rude, cocky, dismissive, and had an "attitude" toward every word I said. When they realized they were out of whipped cream for my decaf latte (decaff which I need for a heart condition), she and the staff laughed sarcastically. When I asked for other options, she snapped that they "wouldn't give things for free," which I never asked for. After they mentioned that water wasn't free to go and asked that I pay $1 for a water I insisted I would like the water to stay well they didn't like that I wanted to sit down and drink my coffee, also that water almost never came til mins before I had to go , I had to ask three times before a bald older grouchy looking man named Christopher slammed the cup on the counter, the lady who took the order never got the water and so when I reminded them that I had waited forever for the water he went shouting that he was "too busy with the drive thru and that I had to wait ." The situation turned dangerous after I used the restroom which I had to ask for a code to enter and he shouted the numbers at me like I was a lil Toddler learning numbers . I overheard Christopher calling me a "bitch." When I was entering the restroom. As I came out I tried to ask the female barista for the owner's name to report the name Calling and attitude , she ignored me twice. Christopher then abandoned the drive-thru, holding a mop, and began screaming at me. Shouting, "Yes, I said you are a bitch because you are a bitch, coming here giving us attitude about whipp cream treating us like crap !" He proceeded to: * Physically intimidate me by lunging toward me and repeatedly slamming the mop against the floor as he mopped . * Use xenophobic slurs, called me a bitch at least 10 times, mocking my accent and screaming that he didn't know "what hole I came from" but that I "needed to go back to it." Both of these employees Threaten me by shouting for me to "get the eff out" and claiming they would call the police for trespassing because I dared to ask for the owner's name and because they didn't like that I was not taking their attitude or prejudice against me. Just so you know Mr nit so kind Chris working at the coffee shop. I own 2 business and I am a citizen raised in Utah since 1998 and came here legally! You making assumptions about what hole I came from is pretty low and ignorant . The drive-thru was left unattended while he screamed at me. Multiple customers were so horrified some were confused some walked out. In fact, a couple followed me to my car to make sure I was okay and suggested I file formal charges. Christopher has apparently managed this shop for 8 years, yet he lacks basic anger management and human decency. If you are a person with an accent or a customer or professional who expects basic respect, stay away. This staff is a massive liability to the brand. They need to leave customer service to people who actually want to work who has the energy and the passion for customers and who want to represent a brand not some hippie who doesn't care to trash the brand and drive revenue to the floor . Check their google reviews and you will see how much they disrespect customers. They think because their friends have posted some fake reviews that those reviews can distract from the other reviews where customers or victims or as they call us " trolls" have posted the truth. I don't care how much people thinks that senior barista Chris and senior lady barista think they are a badass. For all I know they both act as if they hate their job wearing that bitterness in their faces. It is clear that that are butthurt that there aren't as many customers "wonder why" but also butthurt that they probably don't get many tips. Please go get a real Job leave this to the youthful happy hipsters. I know several baristas that have worked here at both locations in the past and many have left this job unhappy. Owners wake up before you guys have to close your doors maybe start finding that guy and that lady a replacement before you are left with just Chris family and friends as customers. We are in a economy where we can't risk losing customers. Chris won't pay your bills when you have to shut down that place or better yet he won't be able to afford or help you guys pay a lawsuit if you keep allowing him to not control his anger and entitlement in this building. Good luck. I give it a couple of years before this building goes out of business.
