The parking might not be great for busier days, The lot has ~10 spots and the adjacent street (400 N) has no parking signs in front. The only negative was the tables could've used wiping. I arrived close to closing, but it was pretty slow. So, they both could've done it, but also might not have prioritized it, before a final wipe when they left.
