It's like no grilled cheese you'll ever have experienced before. The sandwiches are so packed with unqiue, creative combinations of flavors that both surprise and excite you with every bite, while still delivering a flavor so enjoyable and accessible to people who may not be interested in branching out too much. These are not small sandwiches--you'll be full by the end of one (or if you're like me, half of one), and still won't be tired of it by the end. Don't be deceived by the higher price- it's completely worth it and a bigger quantity than you might expect. I'm not much of a cheese love myself, but the menu had such variety that it was very balanced in catering towards people wanting the most cheese possible to people like me looking for a sandwich centered on other flavors with the cheese as a compliment to the rest.

I was curious about the Classic or the Amazing (Garlic Parmesan) and was recommended the Classic. That's probably the highest praise in this review -- except let me also say that my wife is pretty choosy about her coconut filling, often too sweet -- she loved hers, I had a bite of her bar and I know it was just right, quality stuff. They looked and smelled good but the flavor wasn't what I expected. The burrito tastes like mush and the tacos were bland and the vegetables and sauces could not save the experience. The worst part is that the food is not cheap! $12 for the burrito and the taco combo almost another $15. Even the drinks are expensive which is ironic since they are parked next to a local grocery store so I actually bought soda for cheaper at the grocer. Supposedly the burrito went viral on TikTok so I really thought I'd be in for a good time. The workers were nice, the menus are well done, and the food truck has a good look to it.
