They have a wide variety of meats, and somewhere around 10 different types of cheeses to make any one just cry with delight. very mid grilled cheese, tried the spicy crack as they came to our apartment complex. $28 for two grilled cheese sandwiches had our expectations high but there's ZERO spice on this. no peppers at all, barely can taste the siracha and the cheese was barely melted we had to heat it up in our air fryer... i'm sorry idk how this place has really good reviews when we basically got served a cheese and chicken sandwich with no flavor on it. could've made one at home for cheaper and it would've tasted better so save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I had a craving for a grilled cheese over the past few days and this was an oasis. I got the Odd Father and the Cheesemonger. The Cheesemonger was a beautiful mixture of all of the cheeses, very very gooey and tasty. I loved the taste the goat cheese brought to the mix. The Odd Father was by far my favorite. The flavors were balanced and all complimented each other. The caramelized onions cut through the super creaminess of the Havarti and the goat cheese put a nice finish on the sandwich. I will make a point to hunt this truck down next time I'm in the area. read more

I found them at the Small Shop Roundup on Saturday in Provo as one of the food vendors and bought their 3 Blind Mice cheese sandwich with Havarti, Muenster, and Provolone. The combination of flavors along with the garlic butter they used to toast the bread was simply incredible. This truck is worth looking for. When I bought my sandwich it was well after the lunch rush and the owner was not in a rush and took the time to talk with me and answer all of my questions. Great food, great guy. read more
