While short staffed this night, the guy running the store did a phenomenal job taking orders, fulfilling as quickly as possible, and then moving on to the next set of customers. He was very apologetic for the wait, and we understood - he was putting all of his effort in to keep things moving as smoothly as possible. I used to think I was not a boba fan but it's honestly so good!! I've been wanting to try this place for awhile now and I finally went yesterday. I was greeted by the lovely ladies working and the one who took my order was very sweet and gave me recommendations after I told her it was my first time there. I was pretty happy to find a boba place in Pleasant Grove! The staff are helpful and quick. We ordered the SilkyCado with Tiramisu Foam, Thirstea and Popcorn Chicken. All of which were delicious. The two drinks were not too sweet and were refreshing for a hot day. The popcorn chicken was flavorful and crispy, pairing well with the boba. The cafe is clean and open with cute cloud decorations. Seating is comfortable in groups of 4 or less. There's games available that you can enjoy such as Jenga and Exploding Minions. Additionally, there's one restroom inside (clean and spacious) and plenty of parking. There is also WiFi available, with the name and password displayed for customers to easily access. Sad thing first and the reason it is not 5 stars. I initially came here for a bubble waffle. They are hard to find and very delicious. I learned when I got here that they no longer serve them. Huge bummer for me. Now for redemption. Their avacado smoothie is the best I have had in Utah. Definitely in my top 2 ever. It wasn't too sweet, the boba was perfectly cooked. Absolutely a must try. I have never been a huge fan of boba until I had boba at Da Cloud. Yummy! The texture of the tapioca pearls they have is amazing and yummy. This is my favorite boba shoppe so far, its located in a small plaza next to a few other restaurants. I get the plain milk tea, fruity teas, or the chocolate tiramisu milk tea with no or light ice and crystal boba. The fruity teas taste super fresh and have fresh fruit in them. The chocolate tiramisu milk tea comes with a thick layer of yummy chocolate foam on top. Great place for boba!! The drinks are always good and come out fast. read more

We are so happy to have a great boba shop nearby! We almost always get the Pina Colada and Baberry boba smoothies- both have killer flavor! There are a few ice pieces at the end sometimes, which is the reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5. We also love the brown sugar milk tea, it's a 10 out of 10! ⁣ The snacks are awesome! We have tried the popcorn chicken, panado twist (the twisted, fried potato), garlic parm fries, and bang bang shrimp. Delicious Boba but a little on the pricey side! The location is super easy to get to off the pleasant grove exit. It's in the strip on the left side behind R&R BBQ. The location is great for hanging out, studying, playing games, and even a casual date. After moving here from California, I've always been hoping for more from Utah's tea game, especially outside of SLC. Da Cloud is amazing, even directly compared with LA. The boba itself was super fresh and the taro milk tea was just sweet enough. I felt like the size was also pretty good for the price, and it comes in a cute cup. I also tried the cream cheese wontons, and they were good! They were ready in less than a minute, and they were super crispy and affordable.
