So good! Ribeye meal comes with 2 big pancakes eggs and hash browns for $25

We live 2 minutes from here and today was the first time. Lets just say i wish we tried it years ago. The parking lot was packed but I saw previous reviews that said the service is fast and boy were they right. Cynthia our server was so on it, my coffee got to the table not even 3 minutes since we sat down. My drinks never reached half way before it was refilled. Our food came so quick and super good. we had the ribeye with eggs and hash brown served with 2 big pancakes it was yummy and cheap. I think we found our new breakfast spot and cant wait to try them for lunch and dinner. It was so good I forgot to take a picture before eating lol

We love this Jim's Family Restaurant. The food is great. The portions are very generous. The staff is friendly and efficient.the prices are good. We go there at least once a month. I highly recommend them if you like good home cooking.

I've been coming here since I was a little kid and first moved to Utah, so I May be a bit biased in my review. But JIMS is definitely the best breakfast spot in town. The food is delicious and I love the small hometown vibe of this place. I've had everything on the menu at least once, but I highly recommend anyone of the skillets or the cowboy jim's breakfast

This place is so good for breakfast! We came on a weekday and were seated right away by a friendly waitress. It was busy but not too busy. The restaurant was clean and had a nice family charm to it - similar to Black Bear but much better food in my opinion. We were asked what we wanted to drink and that came out just a couple minutes after ordering our drinks. The menu was big and there were a lot of options for breakfast and lunch. No matter what you're in the mood for, they have it foe breakfast! Eggs, pancakes, French toast, omelettes, and waffles. It was hard to make a decision but I went with the egg breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs (they ask how you want them prepared), hash browns, and bacon. My husband ordered the French toast combo but upgraded to strawberries and whipped cream. The food came out about 15 minutes after we ordered. Wow!!! The portions are huge! Two people could easily share... with that said, the food was delicious. It was fresh and you could feel the love put into it! The hash browns were nice and crisp on the outside, the eggs were fluffy, the bacon had amazing flavor, and the pancakes were fluffy and soft. I loved the butter and the syrup as well! The French toast was like a dessert. It was so good though for anyone who enjoys strawberries and French toast! It almost had a strawberry syrup with it too. Overall, amazing experience all around at Jim's. Definitely somewhere I would bring friends and family for breakfast when they're in town. Just be sure to come really really hungry!!

We ate here twice for breakfast two mornings in a row while visiting our son. Their breakfast was better than a big chain but still needs a bit of improving or you just need to know what to order. Their hash browns are superior to their home fries (fried potatoes) which are all deep fried. If you're looking for that country fried skillet potatoes these aren't those. The steak in the morning needs considerable seasoning but I was raised part time in Santa Maria CA where bbq'ing is a sport against the best of the best in the southern states. This place gets very busy and their staff is very well trained. We enjoyed their staff so much we came two days in a row. Inside is decorated like an old log cabin. Very cool.

Welcome to this laid back restaurant that is so relaxing here. You geeeted with a smile and the hostess is friendly and the servers are amazing. They always go above and beyond. The food itself is amazing! They give you so much that if you leave here hungry it is your fault. Everything here tastes amazing that's why I'm a regular here. Thanks for everything.

There was no wait to be seated, which was a great start, and we were looking forward to a relaxing breakfast together. Unfortunately, the experience steadily declined from there. After being seated, it took several minutes before anyone came to our table. When our server arrived, she offered coffee, which we accepted, but we were never offered water. I noticed that nearly every other table around us received both coffee and water automatically, so that stood out. When our food arrived, my eggs were significantly overcooked and had to be remade. While mistakes happen and I certainly understand that, it added additional wait time to the meal. Throughout breakfast, service felt very inattentive. We had to request extra napkins, ask for coffee and water refills ourselves, and rarely saw our server check on the table. One thing that really surprised us was that she brought our check while we were still eating. I've dined at many restaurants, including First Watch, and it's unusual to receive the bill halfway through the meal rather than after you're finished. After Bill was placed on the table, we didn't see our server again. The final disappointment came after we had finished eating. We stayed for a few minutes talking, and when we were ready to leave with our leftovers, we waited approximately 20 minutes without seeing our server. I finally had to find another waitress just to get a takeout box. Individually, none of these issues would have been a major concern. However, when you combine them all together, it resulted in a disappointing overall experience from beginning to end. I realize our server may have been new, and I truly don't enjoy criticizing someone who is learning. My intent isn't to get anyone in trouble. Rather, I wanted management to understand why what should have been an enjoyable breakfast with my daughter turned into an experience that left us questioning whether we'll return.

I've tried many things and just haven't cared for any of it. But this last time I was pretty satisfied with my meal. I got the sliders (pretty hard to mess that up) the fries were good and I really liked the sauce that came with the sliders. My husband got the grand slam with fried pickles, cheese curds, onion rings and wings. Everything was really good! The fried pickles were a little salty to me. But the cheese curds were soooo good! I'd order just a plate of that, I love the squared size bites. Our waiter Bob was amazing! He made our table laugh and let us hang out for a bit while we waited for our Tee time at top golf next door.

We had our IDs scanned and briefly used the restroom before heading to a table had to piss and wash our hands. A few minutes later, the staff abruptly told us we would not be served and had to leave without explanation. We sat there confused and were threatened with police involvement. Only after pressing for an answer were we told it was "suspicious" that we went straight to the restroom and were "touching our noses," implying drug use. It was 34 degrees outside we had just walked over, our noses were running, and one of us blew his nose. That was the entire "evidence." We were the only customers in the establishment, were polite, sober, and never given a chance to order food or drinks. Instead, we were followed, accused, and escorted out into the cold. Based on the way we were treated and consistent with other reviews about this place we feel we were racially discriminated. Both staff members involved were white; all three of us are Latin American U.S. citizens. For context, we are working professionals: I run a consulting agency, my friend manages business developers for a major company in Salt Lake City, and my brother-in-law is a registered nurse who supervises and trains other nurses. We came in to eat and talk, not to be accused of criminal behavior. Management should seriously review the conduct and judgment of the staff working that night. This experience was inappropriate, humiliating, and unacceptable.
