The food was good, but the ambience was disgusting. My son used the bathroom and there was toilet paper all over the floor and it was filthy and also smelled gross. There were only one or two other customers in the restaurant, but It was hard to find a place to sit that wasn't filled with crumbs and food from previous customers. The perfect Friday night date spot! The sweet potato fries here are BOMB. Eat it with their fry sauce, and you won't be sorry. We ended up getting an extra order after our food came because we ate them so fast! I always get the tri-tip steak salad. High in protein, fresh, and delicious! Love the dried cherries in it. I tried the Mac and cheese today because I was craving it (I'm 4 months pregnant) and it was delicious! The bread crumbs on top really add something extra to it. My husband got the Houdini burger, and he loved it. He said the patty had a good flavor, and the bacon was the perfect doneness--right in between crispy and chewy. Very Average food for above average price. Average fast casual stand in line order your food and get your own own drinks and utensils, think chipotle that thinks highly of itself. We wanted something a little healthier for dinner so we got salads. Wife got chicken apple and pecan salad. 3 stars for small amount of average flavor industrial supply chicken breast small amount of blue cheese couple of average apple slices and a tablespoon of finely diced pecans on a bed of mixed greens. Dijon mustard dressing that was mostly mustard and thick as mustard. *sigh*. It's what a bistro salad done by Sysco foods would taste like. I got a half chicken parmesan salad and a cup of chicken poblano soup. Salad 3 stars, fresh romaine cut very large, small average amount of the same chicken breast as my wife's salad, a few white chewy croutons, ONE tomato halved, and a small amount of shaved domestic parmesan cheese. 3 stars because the lettuce was fresh, although I was mightily tempted to two star, due to the prep and quality control in the stinginess of stuff other than lettuce. Meh, your kid sister in home ec in junior high made better salads. Soup 4 stars for taste, 3 stars for lukewarm and 2 stars for portion size. It's a chicken tortilla soup with tasty bits of roasted chili's, chicken and what could have been some micro tortilla strips. 4 spoonfuls later, my "cup" of soup was gone. So much potential, I bet it would have tasted better hot. Overall it's not bad, three stars for this place is generous for portions and quality and price Point. We love Cubby's! It's sad to see that their prices have gone up again (you're gonna be paying $13 for a 6 in sandwich), but alas, I realize they are just another victim of inflation. It just puts Cubby in our "splurgy eats" category, but we will definitely keep coming! The food is delicious, well-seasoned, and aesthetically presented. The menu offers a variety of options for different tastes, from beautiful salads to sandwiches and burgers to plenty of options for the kiddos. My favorite delicacy at Cubby's is the tri-tip steak sandwich. I prefer to get it "cali style" (with avocados and cheddar cheese) and I finish it off with a spicy BBQ sauce- tangy, sweet, and just the right amount of spice. My husband had the apple pecan salad and described it as "delightful, just enough for my belly." Our toddler does not yet have the words to share how she liked the mac & cheese kids meal, but if the creamy Gouda sauce smeared all over her face and shirt by the end of the meal is any indication, it was a hit for sure! We shared a side of sweet potato fries. I would say one order is perfect for 2 people to split. And I would also say Cubby's sweet potato fries are my favorite sweet potato fries around. Service was quick and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is kept clean and utensils, napkins, and fry sauces are kept stocked. I came here with some friends for lunch yesterday. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. The decor was simple and modern. The menu boards were a nice touch to explain the different options while waiting in line. I ordered the apple pecan salad with no cheese (half) and a cup of tomato basil coconut soup. The soup was good and the grated coconut on top was a nice touch. As mentioned, the soup was good but it was nothing special. I personally feel like it needed more seasonings in it (I felt it did lack basil). I'm not sure if I would order it again. The salad was great! The mixed greens were fresh and crisp. The chicken was seasoned well, not dry, and there was a decent amount for it being the half size. I was impressed. The grapes and pears were fresh. The candied pecans were a nice touch and I enjoyed how many were in my salad. The salad came with the mustard vinaigrette. I didn't use much of the dressing because I personally feel like it wasn't the best option for this salad and almost too heavy. It wasn't a typical vinaigrette consistency either. It was thick and felt heavy. I would not get this dressing with this salad next time. Overall, had a pretty decent experience here. You won't go wrong with their chocolate shake (it gave me some strong In n Out vibes mixed with a Wendy's frosty). NEGATIVES: it is quite slow, esp. during rush hours, so get there early. DELICIOUS! I've been wanting to try Cubby's for a while and finally had the time today. First off, the drive thru staff are great, kind, courteous and welcoming. I ordered the Nashville Chicken sandwich, wrapped in lettuce. It was SO great. Huge piece of chicken, lots of that amazing slaw and wrapped really well. I can't forget to mention the amazing pickles also! You guys should jar and sell them ! The crisp was perfect and not overly greasy. The only suggestion is to kick the heat up more. We also ordered the Mac n cheese kids meal. The Mac was so good , Smokey and delicious. I truly appreciate the fresh fruit on the side. Usually this places is pretty good, but it was horrible tonight. The lobby is half full and you'd think they were packed. We had to clear our own tables to sit down. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had dining in a long time. I decided to grab a blueberry buttermilk shake before a movie and it took 20 mins for them to get a single shake. There had to have been at least 8-10 people working not it was hard to tell what exactly they were doing. They seemed occupied with things like sweeping and doing dishes but I literally waited at the cashier for 20 mins without a single update. Only one other person ordered food during that time. They weren't remotely busy. There seemed to be some salad making going on, but for whom was a total mystery. The shake itself was pretty good but I had to down it in hurry because all the sudden didn't have as much time before the movie as I thought I'd have. It was a huge mistake to eat there. Where's the quality control? This place has not been up to par for months and months. I think expansion to more locations is causing quality problems. The meat is always overcooked. All of it. Every time. The French fries portions have been cut down and this week I called in to pick up food for me and my coworker and specifically asked for fresh fries. I went to your american fork utah store and spent $60 on food. I asked for my double burger to be cooked medium-rare and it was over well done and completely dry.  I also asked for it to be plain with an egg on top. Since this virus has drive thru only I noticed the burger was not plain and there was no egg in it (which I paid extra for) when i got back home. After sitting in the drive thru for almost an hour I wasnt about to go back again so I dealt with and ate the burger with a pound of my own ketchup in my fridge because I asked for 4 fry sauces and he gave me 2 saying that's all they had left. I wonder how they dealt with that no fry sauce problem for the people who ordered fries behind me. Wow!!! First time here since I'm from Nevada. Gotta say the food is bombdiggity! BEST Tri-Tip Sammich I've ever had and the Rosemary fries are the best fries you'll ever have. Yes, what ever place is your favorite for fries will no longer be after eating here. You can taste the freshness in the food quality. Sizes on the burgers is a little small but the tri-tip in generous. They have some salads that made me drool which is saying a lot from someone who can make a meal of bacon.
