The food was good, but the ambience was disgusting. My son used the bathroom and there was toilet paper all over the floor and it was filthy and also smelled gross. There were only one or two other customers in the restaurant, but It was hard to find a place to sit that wasn't filled with crumbs and food from previous customers. Post a couple pics, but it won't do it justice because the crumbs bl ne into the table . There were plenty of workers in fact, there were 4-5 workers who were sitting around talking.

Tri-Tip Steak Salad! Just do it. The Lemon Pepper Chicken is sub par and the Rosemary Fries are always a good idea.

The perfect Friday night date spot! The sweet potato fries here are BOMB. Eat it with their fry sauce, and you won't be sorry. We ended up getting an extra order after our food came because we ate them so fast! I always get the tri-tip steak salad. High in protein, fresh, and delicious! Love the dried cherries in it. I tried the Mac and cheese today because I was craving it (I'm 4 months pregnant) and it was delicious! The bread crumbs on top really add something extra to it. My husband got the Houdini burger, and he loved it. He said the patty had a good flavor, and the bacon was the perfect doneness--right in between crispy and chewy. A go-to lunch or dinner place for us. We love you Cubby's!

Newbie at Cubby''s. My wife and I went there on a lunch date. I love the bright and light environment and the cozy booth setup. My wife needs Gluten Free and it was so refreshing that they say right up front on their menu that ANYTHING can be made GF! I had the Houdini with rosemary fries and she had a GF Gypsy with sweet potato fries They were great portions! The service was super friendly and welcoming. We'll be going back!!

Very Average food for above average price. Average fast casual stand in line order your food and get your own own drinks and utensils, think chipotle that thinks highly of itself. We wanted something a little healthier for dinner so we got salads. Wife got chicken apple and pecan salad. 3 stars for small amount of average flavor industrial supply chicken breast small amount of blue cheese couple of average apple slices and a tablespoon of finely diced pecans on a bed of mixed greens. Dijon mustard dressing that was mostly mustard and thick as mustard. *sigh*. It's what a bistro salad done by Sysco foods would taste like. I got a half chicken parmesan salad and a cup of chicken poblano soup. Salad 3 stars, fresh romaine cut very large, small average amount of the same chicken breast as my wife's salad, a few white chewy croutons, ONE tomato halved, and a small amount of shaved domestic parmesan cheese. 3 stars because the lettuce was fresh, although I was mightily tempted to two star, due to the prep and quality control in the stinginess of stuff other than lettuce. Meh, your kid sister in home ec in junior high made better salads. Soup 4 stars for taste, 3 stars for lukewarm and 2 stars for portion size. It's a chicken tortilla soup with tasty bits of roasted chili's, chicken and what could have been some micro tortilla strips. 4 spoonfuls later, my "cup" of soup was gone. So much potential, I bet it would have tasted better hot. Overall it's not bad, three stars for this place is generous for portions and quality and price Point. I know the economy is doing weird stuff prices wise, but deliver very average food for this price, is a no deal deal. Bah, save your money and look elsewhere.

We love Cubby's! It's sad to see that their prices have gone up again (you're gonna be paying $13 for a 6 in sandwich), but alas, I realize they are just another victim of inflation. It just puts Cubby in our "splurgy eats" category, but we will definitely keep coming! The food is delicious, well-seasoned, and aesthetically presented. The menu offers a variety of options for different tastes, from beautiful salads to sandwiches and burgers to plenty of options for the kiddos. My favorite delicacy at Cubby's is the tri-tip steak sandwich. I prefer to get it "cali style" (with avocados and cheddar cheese) and I finish it off with a spicy BBQ sauce- tangy, sweet, and just the right amount of spice. My husband had the apple pecan salad and described it as "delightful, just enough for my belly." Our toddler does not yet have the words to share how she liked the mac & cheese kids meal, but if the creamy Gouda sauce smeared all over her face and shirt by the end of the meal is any indication, it was a hit for sure! We shared a side of sweet potato fries. I would say one order is perfect for 2 people to split. And I would also say Cubby's sweet potato fries are my favorite sweet potato fries around. Service was quick and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant is kept clean and utensils, napkins, and fry sauces are kept stocked. While it can get busy there, it never feels crowded thanks to the open aisles between tables and the bright natural lighting from the big windows throughout. Do yourself a favor and make Cubby's your next date night!

I really enjoy Cubby's food, although it is a little expensive but that's what you get when you pay for quality food. My favorite is the tri tip salad and a side of sweet potato fries. The position side is just right and not to large. If you go through the drive thru during lunch expect to wait or go inside to order or order online ahead of time.

POSITIVES: Cubby's food delivered way beyond my expectations! The service was quick, the food was hot and tasty, and the decor was quite cozy. The chipotle fry sauce was pretty dang good! I tried their Gypsy burger, which had fantastic flavor. I also tried their Tri-Tip steak torta, which was equally delectable. The fries had perfect seasoning. You won't go wrong with their chocolate shake (it gave me some strong In n Out vibes mixed with a Wendy's frosty). NEGATIVES: it is quite slow, esp. during rush hours, so get there early. Also, it can be a tad expensive considering how little the portions are, and with no leftovers. I was just borderline satisfied, but not full. PRICE: $10-15 per person.

Nashville Hot W/ Lettuce Wrap. The picture does not do it justice. It's truly a huge piece of chicken.

DELICIOUS! I've been wanting to try Cubby's for a while and finally had the time today. First off, the drive thru staff are great, kind, courteous and welcoming. I ordered the Nashville Chicken sandwich, wrapped in lettuce. It was SO great. Huge piece of chicken, lots of that amazing slaw and wrapped really well. I can't forget to mention the amazing pickles also! You guys should jar and sell them ! The crisp was perfect and not overly greasy. The only suggestion is to kick the heat up more. We also ordered the Mac n cheese kids meal. The Mac was so good , Smokey and delicious. I truly appreciate the fresh fruit on the side. The prices may be a bit more but it's well worth it and the quality of ingredients make the price tag spot on. Can't wait to try more !

Step inside and you will find a beautifully decorated space with an open kitchen greeting you at the entrance and a staff that is genuinely enthusiastic about the food they are serving. Ocotillo specializes in the cuisine of Sonora, Mexico, a region known for bold meat and seafood dishes. They also offer a daily brunch menu that is worth planning your weekend around. We ordered the tres leches pancakes, a triple stack that delivers exactly what the name promises. Bathed in a three milk mixture and topped with fresh berries and whipped cream, moist but not to sweet. The Sonorense combination was equally impressive. Arrachera steak strips, chilaquiles made with poblano chile, a tamal de elote, and two eggs. The arrachera was excellent and the chilaquiles were crispy, which is exactly how they should be and not something every kitchen gets right. The menu is long enough that choosing something different next time will be a genuine challenge. Omelettes, chilaquiles, brioches, and other specialties give you plenty of reasons to return. We are already looking forward to exploring the lunch and dinner menu. Slightly more expensive than a standard breakfast spot, but the generous portions and the quality of the ingredients justify every dollar. Five stars without hesitation.

There was no wait to be seated, which was a great start, and we were looking forward to a relaxing breakfast together. Unfortunately, the experience steadily declined from there. After being seated, it took several minutes before anyone came to our table. When our server arrived, she offered coffee, which we accepted, but we were never offered water. I noticed that nearly every other table around us received both coffee and water automatically, so that stood out. When our food arrived, my eggs were significantly overcooked and had to be remade. While mistakes happen and I certainly understand that, it added additional wait time to the meal. Throughout breakfast, service felt very inattentive. We had to request extra napkins, ask for coffee and water refills ourselves, and rarely saw our server check on the table. One thing that really surprised us was that she brought our check while we were still eating. I've dined at many restaurants, including First Watch, and it's unusual to receive the bill halfway through the meal rather than after you're finished. After Bill was placed on the table, we didn't see our server again. The final disappointment came after we had finished eating. We stayed for a few minutes talking, and when we were ready to leave with our leftovers, we waited approximately 20 minutes without seeing our server. I finally had to find another waitress just to get a takeout box. Individually, none of these issues would have been a major concern. However, when you combine them all together, it resulted in a disappointing overall experience from beginning to end. I realize our server may have been new, and I truly don't enjoy criticizing someone who is learning. My intent isn't to get anyone in trouble. Rather, I wanted management to understand why what should have been an enjoyable breakfast with my daughter turned into an experience that left us questioning whether we'll return.

During our most recent visit, our group sat at a table right in the middle of the restaurant and could have driven all the way to the Draper location in the time it took for a server to notice we were there. We initially assumed the experience was a one-time issue, so we gave the American Fork location a second chance a few months later. Unfortunately, it was almost identical to the first visit. The pace of service was painfully S...L...O...W... The time from when we sat down until we got the special priviledge of actually ordering: 25 minutes! In contrast, the Draper location has consistently been a much better experience and appears to be managed far more efficiently. I just hope they can improve their service processes so customers can enjoy a great meal without needing to set aside half their day to do it.
