The restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and delicious, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service. Taylor, the General Manager, went out of his way to make sure my family was taken care of and had a great experience. It's clear that he genuinely cares about both his customers and his team. This is a new location for me. The workers were very friendly and fast. I ordered a chicken teriyaki sandwich and added avocado and wrapped in lettuce. I probably shouldn't have added the avocado. It was a little too soft. Not very much texture to the sandwich. But it tasted ok. I also got French fries and my daughter got a cheeseburger. Went to the drive thru on Mother's day to get my son and I some food to cheer him up because he doesn't get to see his mom today even though all his friends get to see their moms he doesn't get to because his mom made some bad choices and went away for a while and he was feeling sad so I ordered him some Onion Rings and specifically asked for a side of ranch because my son loves ranch so much because his mom also loves ranch a lot with her Onion Rings but then when we got back to the house with our order there wasn't any ranch in the bag and my son started freaking the helll out and was throwing stuff and shit and even shot the dog with atike 4 Nerf blaster darts. read more

We went 35 minutes before closing with the intention of getting a to-go order. After fiddling with the kiosk which would not scan our offer properly, we decided to just ask someone at the counter to get it working and place the order. Immediately after getting an employees attention, she with a condescending attitude asked us to "just leave and eat outside after because lobby is closing". Last I checked the lobby closes at 9:00, not 8:30. The burger itself was done pretty sloppily, clearly in a rush and annoyed at the fact that we dared to order 30 whole minutes before lobby closed, but ultimately it was still yummy. I guess I just think you shouldn't kick out customers who are already on their way out before the store officially closes. They ended up locking some employee out of their restaurant before 9 anyway. Just let people finish their food in the restaurant and lock the doors on the dot so no further customers enter? I don't know. Needs better customer service for sure read more

My husband has eaten at Habit several times and has continually told me I need to try it. Today was the day!! And I was not disappointed!! I appreciated that they had a side salad and Caesar salad option, but I totally snuck an onion ring and a French fry from each of my girls. (Both of which her DELIGHTFUL!) Impossible burger was so tasty! You can tell all the ingredients were made of good quality. HOWEVER, I was warned by the server that the impossible burger is NOT vegan, which is odd. I think anytime you rate a fast food establishment, you have to take into consideration what it is. This isn't a gourmet place, I'm not going to compare it to some brewery that makes the burgers by hand and has hand cut sea salted fries to go with it. However, I think some of it is bigger than this outlet. The rings and fries are going to be coming from corp already to fry. I did the double charburger with cheese. It's a classic burger. When it came out, I give them credit for not overcooking it, but that meant no char. That didn't help. The fire is obviously not close to as hot as it should be. The tomato was very sad, and got tossed right away. The fries only redeeming value is being able to act as a vessel to hold fry sauce and ketchup. This is a review of Habit's drive-thru service and food, post COVID-19 outbreak. The drive-thru: All the menus outside were clear and organized in a logical manner. Speaker system works well too, so there shouldn't be any order confusions. Drive-thru lane should be okay with coupes, sedans, SUVs, but big trucks and larger SUVS need to be careful around the corner. The service: The employees working here are extremely courteous and take all the extra precautions to keep you safe and to keep the food clean. They wrapped up the burgers in extra napkins just in case. Also wore gloves and changed them each time. The food: My favorites are the double, the porta-bella burger, and the yam fries. I came to The Habit after a raving review from some family out of state, and ended up being sorely disappointed. I think the chain may vary widely location-by-location because of the huge difference in quality we experienced. Here's why I wouls only give it 2 stars: - The patties tasted like the kind from the store, straight from the freezer to a pan (not even a grill) and onto the burger. Super bland, a little dry, etc. - The cheese was literally just a square of that fake cheese (again) from the grocery store, not even melted on. Just slightly warmed. - The garlic fries were just super plain fries with garlic powder dumped on top of the pile. No real garlic, no flavor spread throughout, nothing. It was honestly a little unpleasant. The Habit is inexpensive and I understand that other locations are killer, but this Provo location was aggresively disappointing. Our experience occurred in the middle of the COVID pandemic, as we went through the drive thru. The menu was really easy to read, and the worker quickly took our order. When we approached the window, there was a smiling masked face and gloved hands to give us our order! The food was absolutely phenomenal- and we raved over the quality of the burgers and the tastiness of the fries. We couldn't believe we had never eaten here despite living in Provo for 4 or so years! Ordered through door dash. Food arrived in perfect condition and on time. Unfortunately, I requested no egg on the Cobb salad due to an allergy. The salad contained chopped egg mixed throughout. I contacted Habit in Provo and was routed to their call center. When I explained what happened, the call rep told me that since I ordered through door dash, I needed to take it up with them. I told her that I already reported it with them and she said there was nothing else she could do. My family very frequently goes to the habit to get food together. I had a really bad experience with getting the wrong order and food being really cold from a different location previously. It made me really hesitant to try out the habit in Provo, but i finally went with friends. I now understand why my family always wants to go. I got the Santa Barbara char and they added bacon to it. We've given this location a few chances and the most recent solidified their terrible service. We've eaten in, taken out, and used their delivery. This last time it was delivery and the order was incorrect and not to mention not cheap so we were frustrated even more so when they were impossible to get a hold of to fix it. If you tried calling you can't talk to a person and the system hangs up on you and tells you to email or contact another way so I did that and after a couple back-and-forth of saying someone would be in touch nobody ever was and I never received a refund or any kind of follow up for the order being wrong. Giving them the benefit of the doubt since they had barely opened and were very busy that night, I came again tonight to try the other items on the menu. I ordered the Charburger with cheese and onion rings. The burger was just what I expected and surprised me with how crisp the toasted side of the buns were (because I love a very toasted bun!). The onion rings looked beautiful as well but the onion wasn't as thick as I like it to be. Yet they were still very crunchy and the batter didn't fall apart like onion rings do at other burger places so the onion rings had more good going on than bad. We were wanting to try something new and I remembered this restaurant of my youth in California. We went inside to order. It was spotless and staff was courteous. We got our order to go. Best thing (not listed on menu inside but is on takout menu) is that you can order 1/2&1/2 sides so we got to try more things. We enjoyed thick, sweet, creamy, ice-cold malts (Oreo and Mocha). The mocha is so mild that I wondered if there was any coffee in it at all or if it was a chocolate one by mistake.
