this place was dead during prime lunchtime in the middle of the week so i was nervous, but it deserves a lot more recognition! the chicken is solid quality, and it's certainly crispy, so at least they don't lie. the fries were decent. middle of the road. but i can confidently say i've had significantly worse fries. the cashier who helped me was very kind and accommodative to all my questions, and gave great suggestions. i stayed simple, got the #10 with curly fries. i highly recommend the orangie sauce as well. like sweet and sour but tastes more real. i will definitely be coming back here!
Updated 2025. Guys. I CRAVE this garlic chicken. Not even an exaggeration!! I love how the owners are always pushing the envelope, trying new things, and willing to experiment. Their salads are THE BOMB and I've been DYING to try the Mac and cheese. LOVE Kluck's!!! Best friend chicken in Utah!!
I ordered the Original Krispy Chicken Sandwich meal with curly fries at Klucks Krispy Chicken. The combo was closer to $15, which feels a little high but is pretty standard for Utah. My food came out in about 5 minutes, and the staff was friendly. The fries were crispy and perfectly seasoned. I tried the Kluck-in and Korean BBQ sauces--the BBQ had a nice tang, while the Kluck-in was okay but nothing special. The sandwich was great. The chicken was juicy and fresh with a crispy coating, and the cabbage with special sauce added good flavor without being heavy. Definitely would order again. The space is small, and the booth cushions are uncomfortable unless you sit just right. Also, the candle scent clashed with the amazing food smells, which I didn't love. That said, I'll be back for sure. It's a really good quick eat.
Happened to be in the area and decided to give Kluck's a try. I got the chicken pieces meal with spicy mac as a side and it was all delicious! Chicken is crispy, mac is cool, and the homemade smooth hottie dipping sauce hit the spot. Plus this place is just outside of the main mall area, away from the craziness, which I appreciated.
I find occasion to be in Las a couple times a month. The frustration I've had recently is their hours. It seems the times I want to go. They've just closed or aren't open. They have good food, but their hours are just seriously wonky.
This Krispy Chicken is a winner, winner. These sandwiches, served on a brioche bun with your choice of toppings, offer a generously portioned Krispy Chicken breast, prepared to perfection. The chicken pieces are large, juicy, and Krispy. There are 9 different sauces to choose from so make sure to try them out. The staff kindly led us through the various options. We tried four different sandwiches and we were fans of all of them. The decor is stylishly simple. The carved wood dividers that hang from the ceiling are contemporary yet look handcrafted. We are liking Klucks!
Visiting Utah to see family we stayed in a hotel walking distance to Klucks Krispy Chicken Menu is pretty small like in-n-out.. But that small menu packs a very big punch!! The chicken was so delicious.. hand trimmed white meat, clean oil for each order and homemade sauces ... do not get me started!! Get the chicken nuggies.. and make it a meal. 9 sauces you get and options were all amazing.. I won't say what they were, you must go your self and taste them all. Best boneless fried nuggies!! Oh and if you like rice crispy treats... get one... the biscoff cookie one was to do die for!

When a new chicken restaurant opens up on the block, people will often say, "another chicken restaurant"...folks, this is not just another chicken restaurant. This is home to one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had. I say, "one of the best" because I have been here more than once...see what I did there? University Place in Orem has been around for quite a while and it is so awesome that Kluck's Krispy Chicken is basically right there in the mall parking lot. They are in a prime location where you are able to get shopping done, go see a movie, or even grab a sweet treat after the best meal you've ever had in your life. The parking is a little bit odd, especially for the Kluck's Krispy Chicken location. There isn't really a parking lot, but rather just slots that can fill up very quickly. The first time I visited Kluck's Krispy Chicken, I tried the chicken bacon ranch sandwich meal. With it being in a meal, I got fries and a drink with the sandwich. Once your meal comes out, they let you choose whatever sauce options you'd like. It is hard to decide but they have never judged me for picking a few. ;) As far as the staff throughout the experience, they have never been short of exceptional. They are always so nice, helpful, patient, quick, etcetera, etcetera.. They seriously dot all their i's and cross all their t's when it comes to top-tier customer service at an eating establishment. The food itself is so damn good, y'all. The chicken is always cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The additional toppings they add within the sandwich make it all the more incredible. The fries are always hot, fresh, and a delicious pairing to the sandwich. The sauces are great for dipping your fries in but can also be delicious drizzled over your sandwich. The texture of the sandwich is consistently good and you truly can't get food like this anywhere else. The only downside is a very small downside...the prices are a bit steep, comparatively. This is not a huge deal though because the food is such good quality and so much more amazing than any other basic, cheaper option. The CEO of a different chicken restaurant chain has said that they purposely keep their menu simple. The logic is: you can be mediocre at a lot of things or you can be really good at a few things. Kluck's Krispy Chicken is representing this quite well. They don't have a million options to choose from. However, you are sure to enjoy whatever you pick because the menu options they do have for you are all amazing! I don't think there is a single item I don't LOVE. If you haven't been to Kluck's Krispy Chicken, don't make the same mistake I did by taking forever to go. Kluck's Krispy Chicken is one of its kind and you won't find the same chicken sandwich anywhere else. We wanted to grab a quick bite before our 4-hour hike and stumbled upon this hidden treasure! Klucks definitely lived up to their name, because their chicken tenders were ultra crispy! These were probably some of THE BEST I've had! They're Korean-style, and the flavors were bold and flavorful! The skin were extra crispy! They also had a wide variety of amazing dipping sauces. We ordered the Hottie Krispy Chicken and the Garlic Krispy Chicken, one an entree and the other a meal that came with a fountain drink and choice of sides (regular fries, curly fries, or macaroni salad) with no upgrade charges. We got the curly fries. The chicken was made to order, as I could see the guys in the back rolling the chicken in the flour and frying them, so it was beyond fresh! The portion size was more than generous and the 2 orders we got were enough for 4 people. I highly recommend this restaurant! Make sure you try out all their sauces. I tried the Hard Core, Orangie, Kluckin, Korean BBQ, and Smooth Hottie. They all tasted great, but my personal favorites were the Korean BBQ and Smooth Hottie.
Great chicken and wonderful flavors. My daughter got the chicken strips, my wife got the Jr. Chicken Sandwich and I got an extra Spicy Chicken. Everything was great and the sauces had some complex flavors that really added something special. The Orangie sauce was my favorite. I highly recommend checking this joint out when you are in the area.

Great little place. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The entire restaurant was exceptionally clean and you can tell they make an effort to ensure it's kept this way for their guests. The chicken pieces were cooked perfect and the portions extremely generous. They provide you with many options of their homemade sauces. All of which were great. My co worker and I decided to come check this place out after reading a ton of good reviews. I'm glad we did because this place is finger lickin good! I got the garlic chicken pieces and she got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The garlic chicken flavor was so delicious! Not too garlicky with a touch of sweetness, which is my jam! I love the crispy breading they use, it's so good! This place is a little on the pricey side but the portions are rather large so it's something that could be shared. I'll definitely be going back to try other stuff! read more
Yes, yes, yes. Utah seems to be buzzing with chicken. We got places popping up all over and often it is the same old sandwich across the board with some exceptions. Klucks is bomb! Not only does the sandwich taste like a dream on its own but it can be paired with dozens of sauces that will knock your socks off. I love that there is no stinginess to the sauce handouts. That means a lot for the customer. The bun is solid and holds things together, the different heat levels add some skin to the game, fries are crispy and delicious overall, solid 5 star. read more
My kids and I wanted to try a new chicken place so we came to Klucks Krispy Chicken for lunch. The wait was a little long but the guy working behind the counter was really polite. The chicken was super good and definitely crispy! We all loved it! The fries were also crispy as well. And we appreciated that they had a variety of sauces and they don't charge you for them like other places. Can't wait to come back and try the sandwiches! read more

The sandwich is dope, don't love the Mac salad, and wish spicy options were shown on the menu. I was so pleasantly surprised by the size of the sandwich. I got the original sandwich and it's big. I like the coleslaw and kluckin' sauce (fry sauce). It's pretty messy to eat so I see why they give a lot of napkins too. I was a little sad to find out that there were spicy chicken options but those weren't on the menu, I saw them on a chalkboard at the register after I ordered. Would've been nice to see. The Mac salad isn't my favorite. My friend got curly fries and that is I'm sure the way to go. The Mac salad wasn't The right noodles imo and was a very uniquely flavored. I didn't love it and wouldn't recommend. I love the sauces they have. Mustard and chipotle are good. The Korean BBQ is super interesting, almost cinnamon flavored. read more

If you are wanting chicken look no more. The service is always amazing and the staff are always so friendly. The building is always clean and surprisingly has the coolest bathrooms. Overall my favorite chicken place ever and can't recommend it enough. read more
Fantastic buns, succulent chicken, only gripe might be that the portions are too big? And the place is a little drafty when I wish it had been a bit more cozy for the comfort food. But it's clean and nice. I like going to a place that sells ONE THING and does it well. You're coming here to get a chicken sandwich, and there are only a handful of variations on the menu. Keeping it simple and straightforward. I'm going to be honest: I just expected this place to be okay. There are so many chicken sandwich places, and another local one I had high hopes for that had only set mediocre expectations had me ready to just accept whatever happened here. But it. Was. Delicious. I'm actually EAGER to hit this place up again very soon. That cheese sauce was top tier! The curly fries were seasoned just right - not too aggressively - and very crisp. I never order a macaroni salad, but my friend did as her side and I'm pretty sure that's what I'm going to get next time - most are so bland, but this had a nice zip through the creamy sauce. read more
