They only offer stuffed crust in a Large size, and there's no way for employees to override that, even if you're willing to pay more. To be a national chain as big as Papa Murphy's and not have the option in your system to allow customers to customize their pizza size with stuffed crust is frankly ridiculous. It feels unprofessional to sit there trying to explain what you want, only to be told the computer system doesn't support it. That's not customer-first thinking. To future customers: If you're hoping for a stuffed crust Family Size or Create Your Own pizza with specific toppings, prepare to be disappointed. Papa Murphy's--this is a serious issue that needs to be fixed. You have the ingredients and the capability--now you just need the customer service system to match.
