Zubs has been consistently good for longer than I can remember. They use quality ingredients and don't make major menu changes, which ensures you can always order what you love. My personal favorite is a ham and pineapple with alfredo sauce. But also, their cheese sticks and Zubs sticks are both regularly enjoyed by my family and friends. The location is maybe the only potential issue for picking up an order, with limited parking outside and limited seating inside. Sometimes you're left waiting for an order without a comfortable place to sit unless you want to sit in your car. I note that this isn't a sit down restaurant anyway, so those things can be overlooked as you drive away snacking on those Zubs sticks. read more

I've driven by so many times, I had to finally make a stop. I was pleasantly surprised with the selection of sandwiches, pizzas and salads. I ordered the Greek pizza and loved it. It has Olive Oil and Crushed Garlic Base Topped with Spinach, Red Onion, Black Olives, Fresh Tomato, Mozzarella, Provolone, and Feta Cheese. I think the crushed garlic base could've been stronger and could've had a great deal more spinach but it had a generous amount of feta-which was awesome. As far as sandwich shops go, this one is one of my favorites. And the pizza is pretty dang good as well. It's located off of main street in Springville and doesn't have a ton of parking in the shared lot, but there is a lot of street parking nearby. The restaurant itself is smaller and doesn't have much seating, but it is clean and nicely decorated. It's a family owned restaurant, so it doesn't crank out food like the big chains, but if you're willing to wait a bit or call ahead, then you're in for some yummy food. read more

After searching on Yelp for a good sandwich place we decided to try Zubs Subs. Excellent! So glad we tried it. Now I have a new favorite sandwich place. I had the turkey and Swiss sub. The roll holds up to the sandwich and is made fresh to order. I got a 1/2 sandwich and it was huge. We can't wait to go back and try more, the pizza, garlic bread and salads. I've driven past this tiny shop and hadn't ever given it a shot. Welp! I sure have missed out for SO long! I've been back 4 times in the last week. The bread is WONDERFUL and really makes the sandwich complete for me. A light texture and perfectly browned crust on the bread / sub roll holds all the makings inside, hot or cold, as if they were floating on a cloud. I've had the turkey bacon and tomato, meatball, and the Italian. Seems as if you can't go wrong. The food here is great and the service has always been great as well, but tonight the service was a let down. I called in my order 15 minutes before coming in. When I got here, I told them I had a call in and she needed me to repeat my order. I told her, she went in the back and came back to tell me they were out of stuffing for their seasonal sub (at 6:30pm?) and I needed to wait 15 more minutes for them to make stuffing so they could make my order. Bummer. I mentioned that was the reason I called in my order. No response. I mentioned my frustration. No response. So I paid (plus tip ‍) and waited 15 minutes for my order. I did get a "sorry" as they handed me my order, so, that was nice. Having said that, I will come in again (for hopefully a better experience), their subs are really good on the most amazing fresh bread ... just hoping that perhaps it wan an overly-busy night. read more

$17 for a sandwich straight off the menu. No extras, not in a meal. When I questioned why the menu listed it as $12 but I was charged $17 the teenager said "most of the prices on the wall are wrong." Back to Subway for me. I like the new Subway menu and even in New York City, a foot long Subway is less than $12. read more

I always love trying somewhere new. This hole in the wall sub shop was great! We got two toasted subs (great bread, good fillings) and a giant cinnamon roll to take home to the kids. The quality of the veggies is good but the chicken was a bit dry but good quality. The quantity is a lot of food. What sets this place apart is the sandwich bread that reminded me of my grandma's bread animals and Texas toast. Their bread is so unique and delicious... like a really fluffy, flavorful pizza dough. The prices are completely reasonable, especially considering how much food you get! We have always loved Zubs. However, the last few Times we have been there, have become more disappointing . We live in Payson now, so the trip is a little further for us, so we don't get to go there as much. Tonight I ordered on my way home from American Fork. Food was ready when I got there. The lucky one that picks up the order, gets to snack on the way home. Sad to say, the breadsticks were about 25% crust. The flavor was very much in the center, with a lot of bare crust. The steak sandwich was very flat, and the meat was very thin, sparse, and not even to the edges of the bread. I assume the cashier was having a challenging night, as she was not cheerful at all. Zubs in Springville My office is half and half of people that LOVE zubs or those who really dont care for it. I decided I would give them a chance! I ordered Zubs for lunch during work. I ordered at 1130, they took FOREVER to deliver to my work (I am literally two streets away from them) And when they got here, they didnt have any change to give me, AND my sandwhich was SOGGY! The bread was falling apart it was so wet... I couldnt even eat it.
