I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the caprice, grilled cheese. I really enjoyed it. The tomato basil soup was OK. The serving size is pretty small considering the price. Kudos for having diet Dr Pepper! The cleanliness of the place was OK. I saw some crackers and crumbs here and there. The workers here are racist. I was not greeted when I walked in, the two white young ladies that work there laughed as I approached the counter and would not come out to take my order. Lucas came out to take my order but was not welcoming. The customer who entered this location as I waited for my order was greeted well so I know that the workers can greet customers when they want to. Please do not waste your time coming to this location if you are not the right color (white) because you will not feel welcomed but you will feel belittled. This place is nice. My wife thought it was in the gas station - it's not. It's next door. But Ike's is one of my favorite places in Lehi and it is in a gas station. We got three different things: BBQ Brisket Sandwich- 6/10 - it was good, but I wish it had more BBQ sauce or something. It almost felt like the sandwich didn't taste the way I wanted it to. French Dip - 9/10 - I love a good au jus sauce and this one is great. The sandwich was also wonderful. Totally recommend if you like French Dip. Onion Rings - 9/10 - crunchy, flavorful, awesome!!! This was my first visit to Melty and I found it on my search for tater tots. I got the Turkey Gobbler Melt and it was just like eating a Thanksgiving feast. It was super filling and it made me so tired. The restaurant was clean and the staff was nice and tried being accommodating by bringing peoples food out to them since they weren't very busy. My only issues were that the cheese on the tater tots was so crispy it was stuck to the pan and we basically had to scrape it out and we had ordered online and they had forgot our drink. I went here on my lunch break and got it to go. When I first walked in the staff were super nice and friendly. They had a wide variety on their menu, but I went with the classic ham and Swiss. They have a few different sauces to choose from, but I went with their recommended bam sauce for that specific sandwich. I also got a side of cheese curds, I was a little disappointed that I didn't get more for the price that I paid, but they were good. I tried a cheese curd before I left back to work and it was so yummy and cheesy, but you definitely want to eat them right away because they aren't as good once they cool down. Wish I could give 3.5 stars..the food was tasty but if you're a grilled cheese establishment then I think the sandwich should be overflowing with cheese. I got the jalapeño grilled cheese and it was good just very underwhelming due to the lack of cheese. The chipotle mayo was super good to dip the onion rings in. I'd give it a try again but maybe try something like the spicy chicken sandwich or a burger. Melty is located where the old Subway was located at Thanksgiving Point (near the 7-11). Some of my coworkers were super excited when it was being built. The place is cute with photo ops too. The restaurant itself was clean, with seating available inside. The staff was nice and helpful, but some on the younger side and still newly training (when we visited). There were lots of yummy options. I did ask for my short rib sandwich to be GF since I was dealing with food sensitivities at the time. My sandwich ended up being a little less flavorful and super small because of the size of the bread. I feel like the portion of meat I got was reduced because of my bread too. The fries were not flavorful at all. The sandwich meat was okay. In my opinion my meal felt a little overpriced. But at least there's a new option in the area for lunch. read more

Incredibly show service, took 20 minutes for a grilled cheese. Grilled cheese was subpar and online menus are completely inaccurate.

A co-worker had placed an online order for this location for a company offsite we were having near Ashton Gardens (just west of their Lehi spot) a few days before our event and she had requested delivery so we wouldn't have to leave the presentations being given. About 15 minutes after the time the food was supposed to be delivered, my co-worker called the restaurant for an ETA and they stated they never received the online order, but had confirmed the driver showed up to grab the food for delivery. The gentleman on the phone was nice and said he could take the order and they'd make it right away. A little over an hour later our food was finally delivered which was a little disappointing since there were only 12 of us and we were literally down the street. My co-worker and I sorted the orders by person and ended up being short 2 whole meals, but somehow we were given 4 extra soups and 4 extra bags of chips. Since lunch had arrived so late and we didn't want to have to wait any longer for someone to drive to the restaurant and sort out the missing items, myself and another person shared half of our sandwiches with those that didn't get theirs and they ate some of the extra soups and chips. The food tasted pretty good, but was cold by the time it got to us, the cookies looked a slightly overbaked and were hard as rocks, and we were disappointed that it took so long and we were missing food as well. We waited a really long time for our food which is fine but when our food came out our order was wrong and the cheese on the sandwich wasn't even melted. We asked for it to be fixed and it came back looking the same. The cheese was still not even melted. The meat itself looks like fake meat you microwave and tasted like old beef.
