I had lunch delivered from this spot and enjoyed it so much, I did it again the very next day. Not a lot of options like this where you can get good food and not feel guilty after.

Aubergine has been a favorite of mine ever since visiting for the first time at this location it's September 2025! On a second visit shortly after, I continued to be impressed with the restaurant in Park City. Today I had the mango salmon bowl, which was outstanding. The pairing and explosion of flavors is impressive! The employees were very attentive, both behind the counter and in the dining area. They were quick to serve me my food and also take my dishes after I was done. The ambience was great, but unfortunately, there was a family there with a kid that was screaming so loud it was ear piercing! Now that certainly isn't the fault of the restaurant. Fortunately, that family left after about 20 minutes. This place remains one of my favorites here in Utah and I was very excited last year when they opened up a restaurant in Mesa Arizona!

I love eating here for lunch on work days. I work 5 min way in Lehi, and this place is so reliable for a healthy but delicious lunch. It is also an easy spot for a group, because even though it is marketed as healthy food, even people who have heartier palates can find food that they like here (for example, steak pita melts). It is so versatile and folks with food allergies like GF, DF, and those on vegetarian/vegan diets can also enjoy the food here. The price points are also acceptable-- I usually spend ~$15 for a lunch that is really filling and sometimes I have leftovers I can munch on later. It's truly a win-win for everyone. They have truly clean ingredients that you can mix and match to create your own salads, bowls, etc. or you can choose from their extensive menu of pre-determined meals. It's really easy to order something healthy and filling without having to think too hard about it here. There is also nothing boring about their food. My most recommended dishes from here: Mediterranean Bowl, sub out falafel for chicken instead, with hummus Mango Goat Cheese Salad Spicy Coconut Curry with Chicken Chicken Harvest Bowl Rio Bowl The in-person service is also fast and friendly; I want to give a special shout-out to a woman (I don't know her name) who brings out the orders to the tables. She has darker hair and is close to middle-age. She is so sweet, works so hard, and is so nice to all the customers. I hope they treat her well! The one callout for room for improvement that also took off 1 star is that often times, I cannot rely on the online ordering system because little components of my meal get messed up or forgotten about. They would forget about dressing for a salad or forget the cheese bread that comes with the meal. These things do matter, and the number of times something has been forgotten is far too high. Also, if you try to place an order at 11 to be picked up at 12, they will make it right as you place your order and by the time you can go pick up your food, it will be cold. So, I just end up waiting to place the order right before I can go pick it up. It can be very annoying on busy work days when I have back to back meetings.

I'm not a healthy eater and I like this place. Big fan of the greek salad options and the convenience of swapping out kale for other options. The same attention to healthiness of the dishes might not be carried into the kitchen cleanliness based on the ice machine which has been neglected to the point of being gross. I can only imagine the mold growing on the inside. I assume that because the ice machine is customer fac ING and that neglected, what might be hiding out of the customer's view. Consider yourself warned. Overall probably breaking net neutral on the balancing act of healthy eating vs kitchen cleanliness.

I'm updating my review... Although I love the Aubergine idea, as someone with high blood pressure, I'm finding their food to be heavy on salt. Not healthy....

Aubergine was on my list since very long. It's a treat for vegetarians. They have a lot of vegetarian options. I ordered the Mediterranean bowl and it was really good. What I love about this place is how healthy and hygienic it is. The banana bread was great too. The açai bowls looked lovely, and would give it a try next time I'm there. The service was pretty fast and friendly.

Y'all, I was an Aubergine newbie, and I have to say, it did not DISAPPOINT. My cuz and I shared a Rio Bowl, and y'all, it was straight MADNESS. Peeps there are SO nice, and it was hip and hoppin. Service, also frikkin stellar. Place for the queens, that's for sure.

    POWER PASTURE BOWL

as much as I love aubergine kitchen, this location always disappoints. they have given me the wrong item several times (even as you see in the photo they gave the wrong dressing), and their serving sizes are always significantly smaller than the other locations. Skip this location, go to a different one. Not worth it for the price you pay

    Great look to the place.

The lighting, decoration and overall look and feel is nice and modern. The cheese bread is amazing. The healthy bowls didn't taste all that flavorful to me. I tried the Spicy Coconut Curry bowl and some of my wife's Tri-Tip Madeira bowl. Both were just okay and sort of bland to me. Either way like healthy aftertaste, if that makes sense. We just had water but most of the juices available had like strange-sounding ingredients in them. The healthy bowl scene just isn't my scene I suppose.

Five locations and they have not lost a step. The menu is simple and does not need to be anything else. Plenty of omelette options, solid sides, and the star of the show: the Heavenly Hot Cakes. The name is not marketing fluff, it earns every word. Light, airy, and unlike any pancake you will find at a generic breakfast chain. Their secret, sour cream folded into the batter. Whatever they are doing, it works! We ordered a single stack, two Heavenly Hot Cakes, and paired it with a side of strawberries and Nutella, scrambled eggs, and home fried potatoes. The bacon came out crispy to perfection, exactly as requested, no more no less. The strawberries and Nutella alongside the pancakes was an indulgent combination that I have zero regrets about. Portions are generous and the prices are more than fair for what you get. Staff was friendly and the place fills up fast on weekends, so join the waitlist before you leave home. Do not show up and hope for the best. Five stars. A Utah breakfast institution that continues to earn it.

I recommend joining the waitlist in advance. It's tough to choose from such a wide range of delicious options, but my go-to pick is always the Mixed Berry Dutch Baby, Baby! The berry syrup and cream cheese topping set it apart from other breakfast places. We also had the Classic Breakfast Special, with crispy bacon cut thick to perfection. The interior is one of the most distinctive things about the place. Nearly all the Art Deco furnishings, the booths, mahogany paneling, black glass counter, and light fixtures, were salvaged from Lamb's Grill, a Salt Lake City restaurant that had operated since 1919 before closing in 2017. Eating here feels a bit like dining inside a piece of Utah history. The service is usually excellent, and you can tell they take the motto behind their name seriously: "True service is true religion." This visit, our waitress did seem in a rush to turn the table, but the quality of the food made it easy to overlook. Worth noting: they run a Second Chances charity that supports people in recovery from addiction, those reintegrating into society after incarceration, and folks rebuilding after financial hardship or other life challenges. It's a meaningful mission, and it's part of what makes this place feel different from your average breakfast spot.

However, it is 50°, I'm dressed in shorts and a T-shirt, and I would be uncomfortably chilly having to sit outside. Regardless of my comfort, this is still of course, a violation of the Americans With Disabilities Act. Service dog handlers beware, this is not a restaurant in compliance with the ADA. The thing as a whole just didn't blend well together for me. My friend ordered the Biscuit Benedict and it came with hash. I tried the hash and it almost felt like I was eating mash potatoes. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich ($20) with a side of turkey chili, and it was excellent. The pork was tender and flavorful, and the chili was hearty and tasted homemade. The portions were very generous, and from what I saw around the table, that seemed to be the case with all the dishes. We also shared an order of nachos ($12), which was plenty big enough for several people. The atmosphere was one of the highlights of the visit. The décor has a unique brewery and industrial vibe with lots of character, making it a fun place to relax and enjoy a meal. The service was friendly and welcoming, and our server did a great job keeping up with a large group. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the prices are a little on the high side, and the automatic 22% large-party gratuity can make the bill climb quickly. That said, the quality of the food, generous portions, and great atmosphere made it a worthwhile stop.
