Roasted Garlic Chicken Alfredo
Megan L.

My husband and I planned to come here for dinner. I had a gift card and we had never been. We didn't realize that this location is to go only. There is no dine in option here. So we ordered and took our pizzas home which was fine. We each ordered our own pizzas and also an order of the Cinnadoodles. My husband and I each ordered our own 8 inch pizzas. My husband ordered the buffalo chicken pizza and I ordered the roasted garlic chicken Alfredo. We both enjoyed our pizzas. I heard good things about the cinnadoodles. They weren't as good as people were telling me they were. It was maybe just who made them. They were hard and not enough cinnamon. We didn't care for them. We didn't even finish half of them. We ended up throwing the rest of them away. I am open to trying them again to see if they are better the second time depending on who makes them or if a different location is better.

I called in my order and requested it to be ready in 25 minutes since I was coming from Eagle Mountain during rush hour. We got there right on time and only had to wait less than 5 minutes for our order to be ready. We got a medium Chicken Pesto pizza and 6 count cheese doodles. I love pesto so this was a no brainer and it did not disappoint! The balsamic glaze was the perfect cherry on top. My picky 4 year old son even ate a piece so you know it's good! Also the cheese doodles were delicious too. I got both the ranch and marinara dipping sauce and honestly I liked dipping them in the ranch then the marinara sauce. Nice rich cheesy flavor and decently sized. There is no indoor seating only outdoor so plan accordingly. Also if you are coming from I15, turn left at 2000 W then your next right on 700 S and it connects to the Summit Pizza parking lot.

There's no dining in at this location and I'm so glad that I checked before just showing up. I placed an online order and upon walking in, no one acknowledged or asked if they could help me. I ordered a 8" chicken pesto pizza and 3 cheese doodles. The doodles tasted like bread only...I didn't taste any cheese or garlic. My pizza was a disappointment because they totally left off the balsamic drizzle. The pizza looked good otherwise but it was very oily and bland. It was so oily that my table had oil on it from soaking through the box.

We ordered the chicken pesto pizza, cheese doodles, and raspberry doodles. Everything was hot and fresh. The crust on the pizza has a nice crisp exterior and soft fluffy interior. The toppings were generous and the balsamic glaze was a nice touch on this particular pizza. The cheese doodles were fantastic! Looked great and tasted great. We chose ranch over marinara for the dipping sauce, but would have enjoyed them plain as well. The raspberry doodles, however, were barely recognizable in both looks and taste. The fruit was basically missing. Just a slight hue of pink and a couple of raspberry seeds inside. They tasted mostly sweet with a small hint of raspberries. The cream cheese frosting was a nice dip though. We showed up a little before the predicted window of when it would be ready and only waited a couple minutes for them to finish up our order. You do pick up the pizza inside and take it to go. There's no indoor seating, but there are some outdoor tables and chairs which would be nice to use when the weather is better. This is a nicer pizza place so it is more expensive, but the quality is mostly there. We'll probably be back for another lunch date.

Absolutelyyyyy delicious pizza. The chicken pesto was perfect--toppings, proportions, etc... The dough was crunchy at first, then soft and fluffy. The cheese-bread roll-ups were also equally delicious. Big fan, will return :)

Finally tried summit pizza and it did not disappoint! Loved their specialty pizzas most! The chicken bacon ranch and pesto were so good! Perfectly cooked and the pepperoni was good too! The place was super clean and management was excellent! Be sure to get their doodles too! The savory and sweet! Amazing!!

man i had high hopes for this place. they somehow burnt the pepperonis on our pizza. didn't find out til i was already home. i wish good service and care could be expected these days. this place is another reminder that it can't.

Cute location! I love the inside, but they don't have any dine-in so if you're looking for a sit down place, you'll need to go somewhere else. Yummy pizza, quick service considering you have to wait for it cook after ordering :) Its on the expensive side so I wouldn't be buying dinner for my whole family, but good for a date night!

I hope it's not just opening weekend hype... But they make some really good pizza. Got a medium sized pepperoni pizza with one order of cheese doodles with ranch. And it all hit the spot. The pizza crust was perfectly crispy but cheese was perfectly melted. And the best part of the pepperoni for me is always when the edges of the pepperoni are nice and crispy which they nailed. Cheese doodles are fantastic. Really yummy.

Soooo happy that Summit Pizza is in PG (and close to my house!) We placed an order online and got a text that it was ready 20 minutes after ordering. Keep in mind, this was on opening day! The restaurant was clean and filled with hardworking employees. The young man who greeted us was kind and gave us our order as soon as we gave our name. We took our food home (this is pickup/to-go only location). It was so fresh and hot when we got home. We ordered the cheese doodles, pepperoni pizza, and a chicken bacon ranch pizza. The chicken bacon ranch pizza has such an amazing combination of flavors. I love the onion and mushroom. It had the perfect amount of chicken and bacon. The pepperoni is so good too. I do wish there were more pepperoni but it's tasty even so. The dough on both pizzas was cooked perfectly. It was soft and just so good. The cheese doodles are the best part - always. So flavorful from the melted cheese and the seasonings they use. They're addictive. So happy they're in Pleasant Grove. We will definitely be regulars!!

Great pizza but why do you close so early? The guy on the phone seemed hesitant to take my order at 7:47 but he did thankfully!

Very good pizza and cheese rolls. I'll think about this pizza for awhile. Definitely a better alternative to the chain pizza stores.

They seemed to be a little short handed and did a good job communicating with us about it. The food suggests comes out good, and the pizza is spot on with the flavors. The only thing is that I wish they installed something to help with the back ground noise, most nights it gets so loud that it's hard to have a conversation.

Had a bad meal there about 6 or 7 years ago, and filed it under, "Gone downhill from previous, "OK" status. Probably won't go again." Fast forward to last weekend. Out, time for dinner, driving by, wife said, "We haven't been there in a while", so I pulled in. Walked in and waited a minute for the check-in line. I commented to my wife, "I feel like I'm in a Time Machine. Every kid working here looks like a clone of the kids that were here 20 years ago." That's not a bad thing. Just funny. Got to the front of the check-in line. Young girl behind the counter picked up the phone. Stayed on the phone for 3-4 minutes taking a long takeout order, while avoiding eye contact with me. Hangs up phone. I'm relieved we can at least get on the list now. Picks up phone without acknowledging or apologizing. Takes another long phone order. We wait. She hangs up, finally makes eye contact and says, "How many?" I hold up two fingers. She disappears into the hallway behind her and hurriedly walks toward dining area (right). In a few minutes, she walks hurriedly past the opening again, but this time toward the kitchen. She briefly made eye contact but no verbal or non-verbal cues as to what she was doing. In a minute or so she rushes back past that opening toward the dining area again. I'm guessing that, among other things, the dining rooms are probably full, she's checking on when the kitchen will get orders out. Or something. We just looked at each other and laughed. After a minute, another girl appears through that opening, apologizes (I guess she saw what was going on?), grabs two menus and asks us to follow her. This used to be a place you'd have to wait for 30 minutes or more on a Friday night. Not this night. As we walked past the several dining rooms, one had 0 patrons, one was a third full, one had one table occupied. When we got to the largest dining room with 10-12 four tops and six tops in it, there were four other booths occupied. A server came pretty quick. We ordered. My wife ordered the soup as a side. When it came, she tasted it and then asked me to taste it. It was bad, like a very tinny taste. When server reappeared, we told her and asked her to take it as we would not be eating it. My build your own pasta (fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, grilled chicken, grilled mushrooms) ordered as a 1/2 order, was delivered kind of warm. The "sauce" was the consistency of room temp sour cream - not a flowing sauce. Pasta is always overcooked if you don't do it at home, this was no exception. Tried to mix in the sauce to get it to coat the other ingredients. Finally just asked for the bill and left. Didn't even notice til afterward (this is on me) that our server didn't take the soup off. On the way out we noticed that smell you smell in a restaurant when the grease traps aren't cleaned and sanitized for a while. Just a hint of "rancid" in my nostrils. Will NOT make the mistake of going back again.

It has a lot of chicken and green onions. The base was very flavorful and every bite was truly delicious. I love baking it at home and how fresh it is and tastes. I'm honestly very disappointed with the Papa Murphy's location in Pleasant Grove, Utah, located in…read morethe Macy's shopping center. This review is mainly about how I was assisted when I called the store and also about an unnecessary change Papa Murphy's has made for customers. For years, Papa Murphy's included a paper with the pizza that clearly showed the cooking temperature and instructions for the different types of pizzas. You could simply look at the paper and find your pizza. Thin crust, original crust, XLNY, gluten free, and the other types all had their cooking instructions clearly listed. Now, for some reason, the instructions for the stuffed pizza are not included on that paper. Instead, customers are apparently expected to scan a QR code. So I called this Pleasant Grove location and asked a very simple question: What temperature do I cook my stuffed pizza at, and for how long? Instead of simply telling me the answer, I was told that I had to scan the QR code. Think about how ridiculous that is for a moment. You are selling people a pizza that they have to take home and cook themselves, yet you have made it harder for them to find out how to cook it. The information used to be right there on the paper. The paper still includes instructions for several other types of pizzas, but for the stuffed pizza, the customer now has to use a smartphone, know how to scan a QR code, and go through extra steps just to find the temperature and cooking time. What about elderly customers? What about someone who doesn't know how to use a QR code? What about someone who only has a basic phone? Or what about customers who simply shouldn't have to pull out their phone and go online just to find out how to cook a pizza they just purchased? And what really bothered me was that I actually called the store to get help. This should have taken a few seconds. Someone could have simply said, "Yes, the instructions aren't printed there anymore, but here's the temperature and cooking time." Instead, I was told to go scan a QR code. That is not good customer service. Papa Murphy's, you need to seriously reconsider this decision. You had a simple system that worked. Customers could look at one piece of paper and immediately know how to cook the pizza they purchased. Now you have removed information that was already there and replaced convenience with unnecessary technology. Not everything needs a QR code. Sometimes the better option is the one that actually makes life easier for the customer. Put the cooking instructions back on the paper for ALL of your pizzas, including the stuffed pizza. Don't make customers jump through extra steps just to cook the food they bought from you. This is something that should be simple, and Papa Murphy's has somehow managed to make it unnecessarily difficult. I hope the company and the Pleasant Grove location take this seriously because customers should not have to fight to get basic instructions on how to cook the pizza they just paid for.
