She told me that the only individual present said someone had called out for work and so they were behind (which should have been considered in their estimated pick-up time IMO), but their English was such that she wasn't sure whether or not things were being understood. I tried to call their listed number multiple times and went straight to voicemail. I never got a call back. Being quoted 35 minutes when submitting an order and then having to wait 1:45 (exactly triple) with no type of discount or compensation or even an apology is unacceptable. Staff is great, have tables inside but looks like they do mostly takeout. Must be hard to break into a market with pizza eaters that are so use to eating bad pizza that they don't know what good pizza should taste like.
