I hate when calzone are more dough then filling and this did not have that problem. Pretty clean dining area, small crumbs here and there. Our table didn't have a napkin holder so I took it from another table. It was pretty empty so we didn't take it from another patron's table. Refillable sodas - Coke products. She told me that the only individual present said someone had called out for work and so they were behind (which should have been considered in their estimated pick-up time IMO), but their English was such that she wasn't sure whether or not things were being understood. I tried to call their listed number multiple times and went straight to voicemail. I never got a call back. Being quoted 35 minutes when submitting an order and then having to wait 1:45 (exactly triple) with no type of discount or compensation or even an apology is unacceptable.
