I'd probably give this a 3.5 stars I think this is unfortunately a place really dealing with understaffing. Dirty tables just sat out the entire time I ate here. They messed up our order pretty bad, even after we confirmed what pizza we wanted twice. They then forgot the cheese sticks, so those got delivered after the meal. All of our food arrived after people behind us. Even the first wrong pizza. I love the Two Jacks in Provo, but this pizza tastes pretty different. It wasn't as fresh, seemed really heavy on cheese and the crust was quite tough. Overall, it was fine pizza, but not great. Service wasn't great, though they did fix our order. We love Two Jacks, definitely a family favorite! We are suckers for the combo pizza, it is loaded with toppings and when dipped in creamy Italian dressing it's practically perfect! The cheese sticks are great too. They do have a thin crust option but you do need to request it. I like getting a personal small pizza in Chicken Bacon Ranch or Buffalo Blue Chicken when not with family. They can get super busy, so be sure to call ahead. I can't even count the number of times I've driven past this pizza joint over the years, but today I finally decided to pull over and try it. And I am SO glad I did. I've been craving Buffalo chicken pizza for awhile, but nobody else has been sharing the craving. Fortunately for me, this place has fairly priced individual (small) pizzas. Going to have to adjust my rating here in Utah as this state is the fast food capital of America. Aside from some Mexican joints which are family owned, most everything out here is fast food chains or places operating like one. Since my move here, I have been making my own pizza every week, homemade dough, sauce and best mozzarella, fresh veggies, Italian sausage that is available. Thin crust, Sicilian, Chicago and deep dish, but this week was too busy with work and did not have time to make the dough. This was the first of two stops in one night and came into the the factory model for pizza which had the Domino's feel. Place does a fair amount of business and there were 2 working the pizza assembly line and another 10 working the counter. All very friendly and hardworking and pizza came quickly. Ordered a personal Pizza with sausage and mushroom and a pineapple jalapeño personal pie. Sausage was the crumble style that was unimpressive and is the norm for fast food pizza (want to impress, start by using real sliced Italian sausage), the sauce did not taste homemade and there was not much of it. Crust was way to large, 2 inches in some places. The toppings on both pies was spread evenly which was good, but was concentrated towards the middle because of the large crust. Prefer thin crust but unavailable. Would have rated this pizza a 2 back home but what can you say other than to keep making my own. Place is not a four star. read more

We have lived in springville for nearly 15 years and this is our first time eating at this pizza brand. It's likely because I'm cheap with 5 kids so when it comes to pizza hot and ready is hard to beat. The wife was out of town so dad likes to splurge when on duty. So we asked Sam at the register what he recommended. And this is what we ended up with. The pizza was nice and cheesy. My daughter, not knowing what we were gonna be served was nervous it would be too greasy. This was a great pizza. It was not greasy. It was a full pie and had great flavor. The breadsticks were heavy with real cheese, and that's how I like it. Came with large sauce cups for wide mouth dipping. I recommend it if you have a few extra bucks. Great lunch spot. I usually stop in for a personal size pie with sausage and green olives. The two Jacks combo is good as well. Really I like anything with the sausage. It's quality stuff with a nice spice to it. This location is in a gas station with plenty of seating. For you soda drinkers they serve Pepsi. Water is the only non sugar drink. read more

Are you kidding me. When they handed me my pizza box I was glad I've been going to the gym! This thing has so many toppings, the large was the heaviest pizza I've ever lifted, I mean you could get their XL pizza and do lunges to your car and you will have pre burned all the calories your about to eat. This is my favorite pizza in Utah... which is saying something, because I love pizza and go to A LOT of pizza places! I live up in Salt Lake, but will drive down to this location once or twice a month to order the daily special with my dad. To say we are regulars would be an understatement. I love my 8" with pepperoni and onion but sometimes mix it up with sausage and pineapple. My mom will often order the white sauce with sausage and onion; which is also yummy. If you've got a hungry group, I definitely recommend ordering the cheese sticks to share. You haven't had cheese sticks until you've had these. It's also really economical, the special is a two topping 8" pizza and a drink for $6.49 or so thing like that. I just moved to Springville, UT from Nashville, TN and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to find good pizza here. Believe it or not Nashville has some truly world class pizza joints like 5 Points Pizza and Desano. So, when I asked my brother-in-law where I could get some good pie here he strongly advised I try Two Jacks. After looking at their website and noticing it was in a gas station I was apprehensive. I trust my brother-in-law (mostly ) so I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did! It was really good! I had their cheese sticks and supreme pizza with a side of creamy Italian dipping sauce. Whatever your pizza preference is their pizza will be good. THE BAD: Its a little doughy and I wish they had a thin crust pizza or NYC style. So, if you love a hardy pizza this is perfect for you. Also, if you order delivery expect to wait. I'd advise to get pick it up. One last thing; if you order during peak times (Friday-Saturday night) expect a wait no matter what. I'm not sure what happened to this place. If I were to write a review two years ago I would have raved about it. But now? Let's start from the beginning of my bad experiences... A month or two ago I ordered a lasagna and a pesto. I went and picked it up. Bag was ready, I didn't check the order. Got home and had two salads ( which came with the two dishes ) and one order of lasagna. Missing the pesto dish. I called them and they dismissed it like it was no big deal. I went back the next day, they gave me the pesto dish. No apology or anything, just,here you go..... Today I ordered wings. All I can say is...whatever you do, don't order wings. I have looked far and wide and I'm ready to declare Two Jacks the best pizzaria in Utah valley. And the cheese bread is probably the best I've ever had anywhere (I'm not kidding). The crust (for pizza and cheese bread) is outstanding, and I'd like to put in a personal recommendation for the sausage. The stuff they use spicy and flavorful: way better than what you'd expect at a pizzaria type place. As for the restaurant, you've got to love the gas station ambiance: you can see them working, the service is fast, its a casual & family friendly environment, and sometimes the owner will come out and chat with you. We were tired and not very familiar with the area, so we decided to have a pizza delivered to our hotel room. Based on the excellent reviews, we chose Two Jack's. We ordered a pizza with three toppings but both halves were different. We were quoted 45 minutes for delivery, but it came a little before that. It arrived hot, fresh and delicious. For the price, this is decent pizza. I personally think Pier 49 has a better selection and fresher ingredients, but TJ's crust is tastier....and, you'll pay about 1/3 less for everything at TJ's. I dropped in ad hoc and ordered a Hawaiian combo pie to go. They estimated 15-20 minutes, and it was ready for me in less than 15. Although a bunch of teens seem to run the place, I watched the cogs of efficiency orbit as they pumped out pie after pie for delivery, take-out, and dine-in guests. For a weekday evening, things were hopping at TJ's. There was one rueful teen delivery driver whose entire appearance indicated that everything and everyone he ever loved had died, his pitiful life was over, and he was now sentenced to serving eternity in purgatory here at TJ's. Not sure I'd let this one behind a motorized wheel. Otherwise, the staff seemed happy to serve. This place is located inside a main street gas station, which would normally be a turn-off. But, fellow Yelpers steered me in this direction and I was somewhat pleasantly surprised. As I waited for my order, I observed that eating in here would leave a little to be desired. The ambience could be improved quite a bit by way of a few small upgrades and/or changes; like, a good cleaning, tablecloths to cover the substandard tables, and perhaps some piped in music. It was dead quiet in there, except for some teenage girl banter about who's "dating" who, and why. The pizza was good. Not "Wow, this is incredible!" good, but better than one would anticipate from a Springville gas station joint. They produce all pizzas on a singular crust; no choices here. It's a standard looking medium-thick crust, but delicious. Think the Hut sans the grease. The toppings were pretty standard as well - we added green peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the ham and pineapple. Not the freshest I've ever had, but nothing to complain about, either. One of my measurements for a great pizza is how it performs cold for breakfast the next day. Yes, I'm a cold breakfast pizza eater. I enclose leftovers in foil in case I feel like heating it up, but rarely do. Sadly, this one was almost inedible. The cheese had hardened along with the crust and veggies; the ham curled up and died; the pineapple actually shrunk in size...no bueno. On my breakfast pizza meter, this one scored 2 out of 10. So, if you're looking for good pizza at a reasonable price, try Two Jack's. And, you can pick yourself up a tank of gas, a cold Keystone Light or two, and a Hostess fruit pie for dessert while you're at it. Just make sure you eat it all before morning. read more
