I ordered 6 pizzas in the morning for a group of 18 with pickup at 5:20 pm. Arrived 10 minutes early and was told that our pizzas were just coming out. 10 minutes later I checked again and was told 5 minutes. 10 minutes later was told 5 more minutes. You can guess what happened 10 minutes later. Asked for manager who was very apologetic and said 5 more minutes . He also said that they accidentally gave one of our pizzas to someone else. I reminded him when 5 minutes passed and again 5 minutes later and finally after 5 more minutes I finally got my pizzas. Got home and there were 7 (not sure who else is missing a pizza), 4 were cold, 2 were warm and the extra pizza was burnt. I was there for a total of 48 minutes and watched at least 20-25 other pizzas leave the store before I got mine. Their prices are notably more than chain stores, making a pizza shouldn't take more than ~15 minutes, and where they should have succeeded (quality and service) they failed miserably. I really try to support local small businesses, which is why I ordered from here, but this experience was just disappointing. This was a delivery order, and the pizza arrived barely warm, which immediately took away from the overall quality. I ordered a large pizza, but it only had 8 pieces of pepperoni on it, and the three other toppings were so sparse they could have fit on a single slice. For $36, I expected something much more substantial and satisfying. Between the temperature and the lack of toppings, it just didn't feel worth the price. We arrived around 1:50 pm and noticed they offered an unlimited pizza bar for $12--but it ended at 2:00. We were disappointed and debating what to order. I wanted the pizza bar, while my wife preferred a salad. That's when Jace, the newly promoted General Manager, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. Instead of letting us miss out, he kindly offered to make fresh pizzas for the bar and accommodate my wife's salad. I ordered a half BBQ Chicken & Butcher Pizza, which he prepared fresh and personally delivered to our table. To our surprise, he also brought out a half Cheese pizza, Garlic & Herb Breadsticks, and even Raspberry Cinnamon Sugar Breadsticks--going above and beyond what we expected. His thoughtfulness, generosity, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed us. We live about 20 minutes away so the pizza was somewhat cold by the time we got home, so I think dining in would give a different experience. The raspberry sticks, I wasn't a fan of. Well this little slice of heaven is hidden for sure. Came here for the lunch special. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Was here with my family and it was decent. They did have different pizza out which was good. They are known for the calzones pizza. The service was ok, we served our selves. When we asked for more pizza they would get on it. Really nice and casual here. Can't ask for a better atmosphere. I truly enjoyed it for sure. I will come back and try there calzone. Thanks again for the yummy pizza. I have eaten here before and it was great. Tonight I had takeout and I was disappointed. Our order was not ready when we got there, despite arriving 5 min after the time stamp on the order. The pizza was raw on the bottom, and cheese was quite chintzy. We also got a gluten free crust that was not baked much at all. Was in the mood for some pizza and decided to try out the nearby local pizza place instead of the normal chain pizza. I was quite impressed with their quality and taste! I ordered pick up, 14" Butcher (Large) and they had it ready for me in about 10 mins. For a Saturday evening, I gotta say I'm impressed with the speed! The building itself is small with enough seating arrangements for about 7-10 groups. Staff were all very friendy as well and keep a clean restaurant. I noticed there's also a drive thru and window on the right of the building, though I cant say for sure if its operational. I was drooling from the smell alone on the drive back home. I could not wait to sink my teeth into the first bite of meaty cheesy goodness. There was a generous amount of toppings and all of it worked together beautifully. I was only able to down half the pizza, even though I wanted to eat more. The pizza came out to 23$. I compared prices and for a few dollars more, you get to enjoy a non-chain pizza. Village Pizza has been around in Eagle Mountain since the beginning it seems! They are family run and it's nice to have a "Ma & Pop" kind of pizza place in the City. With that being said, they are more expensive, but it's because everything is homemade and not mass produced. I really enjoy their garlic cheese breadsticks. They are cheesy and have a great flavor. They have a lunch buffet for $9.99 and it includes all-you-can-eat salad, breadsticks, pizza and soda fountain drink. They even have dessert-style breadsticks in the buffet such as a cinnamon breadstick and raspberry icing one. They are pretty tasty! I'm a little disappointed in their ranch though, when I go to a restaurant I want that "restaurant-style" ranch that tastes amazing...but unfortunately their ranch here just tastes like the hidden valley ranch bottled dressing; just a heads up! read more

Cutest little family owned biz. I have lived in Eagle Mtn for 8 years now and I can't believe this was my first time inside the restaurant! It's old school adorable. It has a very retro, old town pizza shop feel and the food reflex the feel as well. They make everything to order, so the wait is longer than your typical Dominos (just FYI), they also have wings and sandwiches and lots of other food options. We came here on a recommendation from a neighbor. The pizza wasn't amazing - but I did enjoy the thin crust and flavors. Overall a 3.5 because for pizza restaurants, I tend to have higher expectations than just Dominos. The worst part was I did a pick up order online and when I arrived, the cashier told me i would have to wait another 10 min. It ended up taking another half an hour for our pizza and wings to get to us. Pretty outrageous for a small restaurant that was not busy at all that evening. We could see the few employees and they did not appear rushed for time at all. Maybe the experience would have improved if they offered us some sort of freebie for the inconvenience but just a regular "sorry." I arrived and got my food, filled up my drink and then noticed I didn't get my ranch so I asked for some ranch. Everyone was nice and the food tasted great! They literally don't care if it's a delivery order. $15.99 for a margarita pizza with absolutely nothing on it. Just dough red sauce and three hardly melted pieces of mozzarella. That's it. Other pizzas were cold. No chicken on the bbq chicken pizza but LOADS of pineapple. The first time we cut our losses it was a gift card we received from a family member. We've always enjoyed Village Pizza. From the fresh ingredients to the customer service it can't be beat. It's a nice little treasure in Eagle Mountain. Being able to order through text was so nice as calling with kids around is near impossible. We ordered today as there is a special going on for kids. So I've ordered pizza from here a few more times. I find if I just order early enough particularly on the weekend I can get the pizza within 30 minutes or so. I think this is a really decent pizza place. They have great breadsticks and good flavors of pizza. They use a thicker crust which is good, but I do prefer a thin crust. I will continue to order from this restaurant since I prefer to eat pizza from local establishments. read more
