I really try to support local small businesses, which is why I ordered from here, but this experience was just disappointing. This was a delivery order, and the pizza arrived barely warm, which immediately took away from the overall quality. I ordered a large pizza, but it only had 8 pieces of pepperoni on it, and the three other toppings were so sparse they could have fit on a single slice. For $36, I expected something much more substantial and satisfying. Between the temperature and the lack of toppings, it just didn't feel worth the price. Ordered delivery, expected projected delivery time 55 min. whomever delivered, just dropped at door and left, no contact, found pizza on my steps, checked my phone, showed pizza had been dropped 40 min before finding it, cold. I guess my fault for not checking my phone. I guess we have really lost touch to even knock or ring doorbell for a delivery. I love the pre delivery fee and pre tip, to not deliver what I ordered. My wife and I were looking for a quick date before picking up our kids. After living in Eagle Mountain for 16 years, we realized we had never tried Pizza Village and decided to give it a shot. We arrived around 1:50 pm and noticed they offered an unlimited pizza bar for $12--but it ended at 2:00. We were disappointed and debating what to order. I wanted the pizza bar, while my wife preferred a salad. That's when Jace, the newly promoted General Manager, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. Instead of letting us miss out, he kindly offered to make fresh pizzas for the bar and accommodate my wife's salad. I ordered a half BBQ Chicken & Butcher Pizza, which he prepared fresh and personally delivered to our table. To our surprise, he also brought out a half Cheese pizza, Garlic & Herb Breadsticks, and even Raspberry Cinnamon Sugar Breadsticks--going above and beyond what we expected. His thoughtfulness, generosity, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed us. What started as a disappointing moment turned into one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time. We even got to share the food with our kids afterward, which made it even more special. Still in search to find some good pizza. Overall the pizza was alright. We live about 20 minutes away so the pizza was somewhat cold by the time we got home, so I think dining in would give a different experience. The raspberry sticks, I wasn't a fan of. The dough/crust was too thick and didn't have good ratio of the toppings. They were also really hard. They also gave us the wrong pizza we're ordered. read more

Well this little slice of heaven is hidden for sure. Came here for the lunch special. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Was here with my family and it was decent. They did have different pizza out which was good. They are known for the calzones pizza. The service was ok, we served our selves. When we asked for more pizza they would get on it. Really nice and casual here. Can't ask for a better atmosphere. I truly enjoyed it for sure. I will come back and try there calzone. Thanks again for the yummy pizza. I have eaten here before and it was great. Tonight I had takeout and I was disappointed. Our order was not ready when we got there, despite arriving 5 min after the time stamp on the order. The pizza was raw on the bottom, and cheese was quite chintzy. We also got a gluten free crust that was not baked much at all. I know it's the weekend, and it's busy, but underbaked pizza crust is gross. read more

Was in the mood for some pizza and decided to try out the nearby local pizza place instead of the normal chain pizza. I was quite impressed with their quality and taste! I ordered pick up, 14" Butcher (Large) and they had it ready for me in about 10 mins. For a Saturday evening, I gotta say I'm impressed with the speed! The building itself is small with enough seating arrangements for about 7-10 groups. Staff were all very friendy as well and keep a clean restaurant. I noticed there's also a drive thru and window on the right of the building, though I cant say for sure if its operational. I was drooling from the smell alone on the drive back home. I could not wait to sink my teeth into the first bite of meaty cheesy goodness. There was a generous amount of toppings and all of it worked together beautifully. I was only able to down half the pizza, even though I wanted to eat more. The pizza came out to 23$. I compared prices and for a few dollars more, you get to enjoy a non-chain pizza. I'll be back to try other menu items like their calzones and breadsticks! read more

Village Pizza has been around in Eagle Mountain since the beginning it seems! They are family run and it's nice to have a "Ma & Pop" kind of pizza place in the City. With that being said, they are more expensive, but it's because everything is homemade and not mass produced. I really enjoy their garlic cheese breadsticks. They are cheesy and have a great flavor. They have a lunch buffet for $9.99 and it includes all-you-can-eat salad, breadsticks, pizza and soda fountain drink. They even have dessert-style breadsticks in the buffet such as a cinnamon breadstick and raspberry icing one. They are pretty tasty! I'm a little disappointed in their ranch though, when I go to a restaurant I want that "restaurant-style" ranch that tastes amazing...but unfortunately their ranch here just tastes like the hidden valley ranch bottled dressing; just a heads up! read more

This place is amazing! There is no reason you should be going to little Caesar's, Pizza Hut, or dominoes, which are the only other pizza places around. We came here on a recommendation from a neighbor. The pizza wasn't amazing - but I did enjoy the thin crust and flavors. Overall a 3.5 because for pizza restaurants, I tend to have higher expectations than just Dominos. The worst part was I did a pick up order online and when I arrived, the cashier told me i would have to wait another 10 min. It ended up taking another half an hour for our pizza and wings to get to us. Pretty outrageous for a small restaurant that was not busy at all that evening. We could see the few employees and they did not appear rushed for time at all. Maybe the experience would have improved if they offered us some sort of freebie for the inconvenience but just a regular "sorry." Maybe you'll have a better experience if you don't do a pick up order - but I don't really care to eat here again. read more

Cutest little family owned biz. I have lived in Eagle Mtn for 8 years now and I can't believe this was my first time inside the restaurant! It's old school adorable. It has a very retro, old town pizza shop feel and the food reflex the feel as well. They make everything to order, so the wait is longer than your typical Dominos (just FYI), they also have wings and sandwiches and lots of other food options. They worked great with our elementary school for our Spirit Night! I can't wait to work with them again next year. read more

Tonight was pizza night and I was excited to see what Village Pizza had to offer. I found this combo meal and thought it was something I had to try. I called and was out on hold for quite sometime but that's okay! I finally got around to ordering and I was excited. I got a three topping pizza, breadsticks and a drink for $9.99. I arrived and got my food, filled up my drink and then noticed I didn't get my ranch so I asked for some ranch. Everyone was nice and the food tasted great! Their ranch was of a thicker consistency but it still tasted splendid. The marinara sauce was yummy too! third time ordering from this place Via their delivery service Which seems to be third party DoorDash. Well all three times something was wrong Or the pizzas were ice cold. Today topped it off. They literally don't care if it's a delivery order. $15.99 for a margarita pizza with absolutely nothing on it. Just dough red sauce and three hardly melted pieces of mozzarella. That's it. Other pizzas were cold. No chicken on the bbq chicken pizza but LOADS of pineapple. The first time we cut our losses it was a gift card we received from a family member. The second time sucked but the "manager" wasn't available to talk. Same story this time. "my manager is busy doing something else so sorry". $60 on pizzas everyone down the drain and inedible. They gave us our food and we left to go watch the game and realized they gave us boneless wings all hot & spicy flavor. We've always enjoyed Village Pizza. From the fresh ingredients to the customer service it can't be beat. It's a nice little treasure in Eagle Mountain. Being able to order through text was so nice as calling with kids around is near impossible. We ordered today as there is a special going on for kids. I like pizza but I am so tired of the three big ones in Saratoga Springs (Pizza Hut, Dominoes and Little Caesars). The service was amazing. The pizza was delicious! The crust has just the right amount of chew. I love chewy crust. My major complaint with the other pizza joints is that the crust is more bready and not chewy. We have tried Village Pizza before and loved it, but today we tried the calzones. We got the Clubzone and the 3 meat calzones. The bread was just the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft and flakey on the inside. They also had they perfect amount at bread to filling ratio!
