We were tired and not very familiar with the area, so we decided to have a pizza delivered to our hotel room. Based on the excellent reviews, we chose Two Jack's. We ordered a pizza with three toppings but both halves were different. We were quoted 45 minutes for delivery, but it came a little before that. It arrived hot, fresh and delicious. We loved it for dinner and finished it the next morning. Pricing was reasonable, pizza was correct as ordered and service was friendly & efficient. For the price, this is decent pizza. I personally think Pier 49 has a better selection and fresher ingredients, but TJ's crust is tastier....and, you'll pay about 1/3 less for everything at TJ's. I dropped in ad hoc and ordered a Hawaiian combo pie to go. They estimated 15-20 minutes, and it was ready for me in less than 15. Although a bunch of teens seem to run the place, I watched the cogs of efficiency orbit as they pumped out pie after pie for delivery, take-out, and dine-in guests. For a weekday evening, things were hopping at TJ's. There was one rueful teen delivery driver whose entire appearance indicated that everything and everyone he ever loved had died, his pitiful life was over, and he was now sentenced to serving eternity in purgatory here at TJ's. Not sure I'd let this one behind a motorized wheel. Otherwise, the staff seemed happy to serve. This place is located inside a main street gas station, which would normally be a turn-off. But, fellow Yelpers steered me in this direction and I was somewhat pleasantly surprised. As I waited for my order, I observed that eating in here would leave a little to be desired. The ambience could be improved quite a bit by way of a few small upgrades and/or changes; like, a good cleaning, tablecloths to cover the substandard tables, and perhaps some piped in music. It was dead quiet in there, except for some teenage girl banter about who's "dating" who, and why. The pizza was good. Not "Wow, this is incredible!" good, but better than one would anticipate from a Springville gas station joint. They produce all pizzas on a singular crust; no choices here. It's a standard looking medium-thick crust, but delicious. Think the Hut sans the grease. The toppings were pretty standard as well - we added green peppers, onions, and mushrooms to the ham and pineapple. Not the freshest I've ever had, but nothing to complain about, either. One of my measurements for a great pizza is how it performs cold for breakfast the next day. Yes, I'm a cold breakfast pizza eater. I enclose leftovers in foil in case I feel like heating it up, but rarely do. Sadly, this one was almost inedible. The cheese had hardened along with the crust and veggies; the ham curled up and died; the pineapple actually shrunk in size...no bueno. On my breakfast pizza meter, this one scored 2 out of 10. So, if you're looking for good pizza at a reasonable price, try Two Jack's. And, you can pick yourself up a tank of gas, a cold Keystone Light or two, and a Hostess fruit pie for dessert while you're at it. Just make sure you eat it all before morning. read more

Springville has a lot of dentists and pizza places. This is the best pizza place in town and it is family owned and run. If you get the cheese breadsticks, get the creamy garlic dressing to dip it in. You can eat here for lunch very cheap with a personal sized pizza. read more

Two Jacks pizza is a great pizza place to go. The pizza is fresh, they use good ingredients, and the staff is a pleasure to speak to. The pizza does not taste like other pizza joints and they seem to have their own taste to their food which is refreshing. Price wise I usually spend around $20 for bread sticks and an xl pizza. It's more expensive than little caesars but on par with everyone else. The location in springville is beside a gas station. The staff keep the inside clean. You can dine in or take out. The booths are older and the place could use a remodel. I'm not that picky and go there for the food. On occasion I order take out. They have always set and met my time expectations. The cheesy bread is 4 stars alone, but it can't be a 5 without BBQ sauce. What an arbitrary criteria. Why not just order a side of BBQ sauce, you may ask. I, too, attempted such a seemingly simple fix. For some baffling reason, the Springville Two Jacks does not allow you to order a side of BBQ sauce. You can get a dipping side of any other sauce in the establishment. Perhaps the BBQ sauce has magical properties that only certified sauce wranglers can harness. It must be protected! Obviously, this dilemma exists only to Springville's store since Provo has never heard of the embargo. When pressed for comment, the store replied (repeatedly), "We just don't do that." read more

Two Jacks is a decent place, one of the best pizzas for lunch and sit down and eat. It seems like most pizza places are either delivery only or something that is more gourmet, and costs a fortune but you get to sit in the restaurant and eat. It is in half the gas station. So it has a different kind of feel. People are walking in and out the entire time. There are usually only two people working. One at the register, and one that is making the pizzas. Because of that you can have a hard time finding a clean table when the place gets busy. So It takes a little hit on cleanliness. The pizza is very, very good. There are a fair amount of options, and the portions on the pizza are fairly large. They use decent dough and sauce as well. So you get a decent pizza. They make small individual sizes that are less than a meal at a fast food establishment. So for a bargan for one at lunch or dinner that is harder to beat. The employees are usually pretty good. I have had a few that were pretty rude, but most are very friendly. You pay when you order, and so you don't have to hunt the waiter/waitress down for the check. You can grab a box and head off at any time. As I don't have much interaction with them other than placing my order, I don't really weigh them too much in my review here. There is a lot of room. Lots. Far more than I have ever seen people. So you could bring a fairly large group of 15-20 and still have a lot of booths/tables left over. We have gathered in groups of 10-12 and you barely notice. The people are pretty good at turning out a lot of individual pizzas fast, ever for larger groups. Horrible service. I have 20 people at my Christmas party waiting for pizza ordered yesterday and is over an hour late. No phone call notification from the driver. We had to call the store and they didn't even know if the driver had our order on his vehicle. Never ordering from Twi Jacks again. Horrible service. Still waiting....an hour and 10 minutes late now. It is good, but for those of you claiming it is the best in the valley... have you not been to Nicoitalia's on University Pkwy in Provo? C'mon. But I am not discouraging people from Two Jacks either. It is a great second option if you've just had too much of Nic's lately and too much of the real Nic's Bostonian accent (which is great mind you). I think the pizza here is really good. I thought it had a great taste that not a lot of other pizza places around have. It was very hearty which I really enjoyed. The service was also great and very friendly. We got ours to go but you can also order it in the restaurant and stay. The only reason I give to three stars is ours was quite greasy. The bottom of the box was considerably greasy which was a little unappetizing. Usually the grease is up top where the cheese and topping are but for some reason the crust and dough was very greasy. It made it messy to use your hands and was quite odd. read more

Very good pizza. Little more expensive then the chain pizzas, but they put a whole lot more on it. We had the combo and it is seriously loaded with toppings. The crust is thicker too. Very filling. Overall, we liked the food, however, we were a little sad when we got our food and the pizzas were smaller than we thought. They weren't 8 slices, but were 8 inch pizzas. I love this place. The pizza is great and the cheese sticks are even better. I noticed the other reviewers commented on them as well. I always get the ranch dipping sauce (which is great) - I'll have to try the creamy garlic/italian sauce that the others mentioned. Lunch is good here. They have a individual pizza + drink combo that is a decent value. I think they also have other specials for various days of the week. Like a medium pizza, cheese sticks, and a 2 liter for x amount of dollars. Some slightly negative things about the place. It's in the same building as a gas station. No big deal, but not the greatest atmosphere. The seating is so so. They have mostly booths. I think there are only one or two tables that'll seat more than 4 comfortably. Sometimes the pizza is kind of greasy (under the crust). It seems like it's when you order suasage maybe(?) No big deal, but I know there are some out there that are turned off by grease. But hey, it's PIZZA! =) Lastly, the restrooms are pretty medicore and you have to get a key from the gas station next door. No biggie, just another slight ding. I eat take my family here for lunch about once a week. We get 2 small pizzas, a side of ranch, cinnamon sticks, and 4 drinks for under $15, and we all get really full. They are not stingy at all with their toppings, in fact, I have at times asked them to ease off some of the toppings. Their toppings are superior to any large pizza chain. A couple menu items that I particularly savor are the BBQ chicken pineapple pizza, and the pepperoni, sausage, mushroom, and green pepper calzone. read more
