The chicken bacon ranch pizza had a ton of flavor and was covered in crumbled bacon. Everything was super tasty in that pizza. The ranch base added a great creaminess as well. I also really enjoyed the combo pizza. They were very generous with their portion sizes and amount of meat. Everything was very fresh and the portions were generous. The one and only suggestion I would like to make, is any kind of gluten free option. I grew up in Santaquin, went to high school in Payson. Fat Jacks and Two Jacks were always there growing up. Then I noticed, Fat Jacks left Payson, so glad to see there back. I'd really like to come order a delicious pizza, if there could only be a "gluten free" option. Been a while since attempting pizza and it was late before closing and driving by the double jack and said what the heck. It seems all of these pizza joints here use the conveyor belt method because they use kids and not a pizza guy. Not a problem I guess if the finished product is good but the double J was the average domino type pie and nothing special. The sauce needs work but might be from a can, the crust was the typical puffy fast food kind so it appears I will still be making my home version for many years to come. The pizza and food is great sometimes they are a little slow though. But the real problem I have with this organization is what goes on behind the counter. I've had a few teenagers in my ward work here and both of them have dress concerns about the managers and staff stealing money from their very own paycheck. According to them a few months in a row, they were getting a few hundred dollars less than what they should've gotten paid. The worst part is that when they tried to address the manager together, they said that if they brought it up again that they would be fired. Super sketchy. Also, it's weird how there is kind of just a dark mysterious alleyway right next to it and the inside looks dim always. This has definitely become one of our favorite pizza places in Utah county. When we have family get togethers pizza is always on the table and always from Two Jacks. We love grabbing some large pizzas, salad, and always the Cheese Breadsticks. This is personally my favorite part dipped in their creamy italian dressing. It seems to take a little longer and cost more than your average to go pizza but it makes sense as they are always busy and it's definitely a few tiers higher than your usual chains. If you're looking for a new pizza place give this one a try. They always have some specials going on as well to try and get the best bang for your buck. read more

This review is strictly for call in orders. I am livid! We called in 4 hours ahead and we're promised we would have 1 pizza and 5 wings done at 6 for pick up. They were 40 min late! We came in at six and had people come in after us and get their food before us. Then were not given any reason or consideration for why our order was so late. We live this place and their food. Got a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread on 10/10/23 and it was fantastic, great proportions on the cheese, sauce and toppings. Crust recipe is tasty and is crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. A little more on the "bready" side so might not be perfect for thin crust lovers. One of our favourite go to pizza places. Stopped in to pick up a pizza and salad for dinner and was so impressed by all of the kids that were working. This is a young crew, about 10 altogether, but each knew their respective tasks and did them well. It was literally like watching a well oiled machine! Haven't seen this kind of performance from other locations with younger workers. Our order was taken promptly by a friendly cashier. I observed the tables being efficiently cleaned and sanitised. Props to the crew on a job well done and props to whoever trained them. read more

My go to pizza spot. I regular the Provo location and the SF one also. I had surgery and the first food I wanted was a thin crust sausage onions and peppers. Dinner salad with creamy Italian is always a great addition to your meal and the cheese sticks are awesome. I did have a bad lasagna once... it had no cheese inside just a massive amount of sauce but overall it's been a consistent pleasure dining there. read more

I struggle with places like these. You know the ones. Everyone has been going there for ages. Everyone has great stories of times they went with friends. Yet usually they have gone downhill and do not deserve the stars that they are given. This place breaks that idea. I have been eating there about once a week for 17 years. It is one of the locations that my friends and i go for lunch regularly. It is simple food. Pizza and the trappings that go around it. Enjoy, it is good. The bread-sticks are some of the best I have gotten, and many friends order the cheese bread-sticks. I have one thing that bothers me. 80% of the time everything is perfect. It is that one time that it is not that it all comes undone. Once and a while so much sauce or the mix of stuff is just haphazardly tossed on the pizza that it does not work. Don't get me wrong, it is still good, but just ok. I may not finish the entire thing. I have not been able to pinpoint what turns it off. However, the 80% of the times I go there everything is perfect. I love the pasta with salad. It is expensive, and too much to eat, but really good. In the end I recommend this to everyone as one of the best locations in town. read more

Customer service is terrible. Ordered a med. double pepperoni pizza with cheese sticks n marinara sauce. We were the only customers in there at the time. A little league team came in a few minutes after we sat down. They were so worried about them that they forgot our cheese bread. I went to the counter and mentioned it. The tall blonde (i believe manage) said they'd put one in the oven right now. About 5 minutes later they brought out cheese bread for the parents of the team that came in after us. Once we were done eating our pizza they brought out the cheese bread. We told them to just give us a refund as we were now finished eating. No apology, they threw the cheese sticks in the trash, came back to get my cc for the refund ( tall blonde manager) and again not one so sorry or anything. read more

I have gone here many times and I have been extremely displeased with EVERY SINGLE visit, The first time I found some fabric in my pizza (probably from the dough bag) and I was EXTREMELY displeased by this. the next time I visited this disgusting place I was treated to a girl cutting my pizza after she picked her nose and ate it and DIDNT WASH HER HANDS and if that wasn't bad enough a ball of dust fell on a pizza from their vent, and they just took it off and boxed it up, i feel bad for whoever got that , this place looks as if it was never cleaned one star never coming to this restaurant again! read more
